@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide Yup but fortunately at home as most of us don’t carry customer nos or card readers . So the reinstalling and so on is a consequence of some sort of upgrade. Seen this at TSB.

@SarahDawson83 @AskNationwide Oh Sarah. My problems are insignificant compared to yours. I’d to reload etc, luckily home so could do, but couldn’t have when I used App previously; so a near miss. I hope you get a full resolution. I’m still an @RBS_Help customer…. they’ve had their problems but App is fine.

@PayPal what a waste of time you lot are. Fobbing me off saying you've sent 'MY money' to my bank account when no transactions are showing and then telling me the @AskNationwide is lying about pending transactions. Not only ridiculous charges but terrible customer service.

@AskNationwide How would I have locked my pass no.? I was entering it correctly every time & it didn't tell me it was locked, only that *if* I entered it incorrectly again I'd have to wait 30mins before trying again. Desktop log in worked (card reader) but got screen saying I need to set up?

So now I’m back on hold again. Usually it wouldn’t be urgent, but in this case it’s a fixed-term ISA I want to close within the first-14-day grace period, and I will be very very angry if the broken @AskNationwide website and poor customer service actually costs me money. (3/4)
