Graham Clewes (@GrahamClewes) reported@AskNationwide And another day ticks by without an email update from @AskNationwide Clearly the issue raised was important enough to call when we asked not to but not important enough to send an email.
-
john & libby (@johnandlibby) reported@AskNationwide Sorry Nationwide, again you got it wrong, telling your customer to fill in a complaint form! You simply are not focused on providing a good customer experience, we have banked with you for circa 40 years, but you have failed to respond to the changing and remain competitive

DeniseS070 (@MichelleS070) reported@Jonesy_Bones @AskNationwide I'm sick of it!! Just had the same issue. I don't carry that stupid piece of plastic everywhere I go and why should I have to 🤬. Couldn't make a small payment so I had to cancel it!

Sam Manny (@manny2473) reported@AskNationwide Interesting. I received a letter 4 weeks ago saying you are increasing my mortgage interest payments because of previous BOE rate rises. Didn’t get an email then and didn’t see any savings account interest increase on your website. One way traffic I fear.

@Richi 🤓 Jennings (@RiCHi) reported@AskNationwide sorry yes my point is that it was the live chat staffer who couldn't help. Anyway, never mind. I found the Feedback page to send the message I was originally trying to send.

George T (@GtLufc) reported@AskNationwide Was personal loans. Eventually got through. Was told “nothing we can do” in regards to nationwide offering me a loan with 15%apr when I have a mortgage with you and bank for over 20 years. tescos will offer me 5%apr. Lost yourself a customer
-
Genial Harry Grout (@Harry_Grout_) reported@neilhay3s @YesterdaysBrit1 Went into the @AskNationwide the other day and asked for some help to sort out some payments as I didn't have a card reader. Got handed a tablet and told (nicely) to do it myself.
-
Chao Naut (@ChaoNaut) reported@AskNationwide You did not leave them with those who want them, you unilaterally decided and a ted. Common courtesy would be the standard process of sending a warning that you intend to pull the plug, unless the customer reacts and says to keep it. Not shoot first and then make me repair it.
-
@Richi 🤓 Jennings (@RiCHi) reported@AskNationwide Thanks. I did that, but they were unable to help.
