@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

@AskNationwide UK launders apprx £100,000,000,000 every year. The figure you cite is 0.015% of the total (less than margin of error). What in the world is "scams involving bitcoin"? Like when someone steals your bitcoin?

  • hanleyi Ian Hanley (@hanleyi) reported from Greenock, Scotland

@AskNationwide Hi. Are there problems with using Google pay etc? I've tried using my phone over the last couple of days and it's not working. Card still in date, money in bank to cover.

  • nik_tchouparov Nikola Tchouparov 🇸🇻 (@nik_tchouparov) reported

@AskNationwide Hi bot, those statements are factually incorrect. Please ask your human employers to check FCA's website.

  • enragedbadgerz Jonathan Waterhouse (@enragedbadgerz) reported

@AskNationwide I hope ypu never have to feel as sick as I do at them moment, with your bank not even able to show you the one thing that can put your mind at rest, and a customer service agent who takes an hour to tell ypu they are closed

  • katebevan Kate Bevan (@katebevan) reported

@AskNationwide NOW they tell me! On the website it just says you have to call.

  • 777ds6jz5v Dan Wilson (@777ds6jz5v) reported

MAJOR disappointment with @AskNationwide insurance today. Paid for emergency home cover, offering 24hr, 365 day support for “repairs”. Apparently turning off the water supply to stop a leak is a ‘repair’. Feels like fraudulent marketing text on their sales website.

  • UKMiller UK 🇬🇧 XRP 💎 HODL 👍 DYOR 💯 ISO 20022 #bpm (@UKMiller) reported

@doritoeubanks @bullet_bar @AskNationwide And that's exactly what I have done after being a customer of NW for 15 years. Like you said "their loss".

  • 777ds6jz5v Dan Wilson (@777ds6jz5v) reported

@AskNationwide Asking me to log a complaint doesn’t help me: Shower, use the toilet, cook, wash clothes, feed my dog. @AskNationwide Disgusting misinformation on your policy sales website. “Repair” doesn’t mean repair. Feels like fraud.

  • LS19Rob Rob (@LS19Rob) reported

@AskNationwide ...as I want to maintain access to the significant mortgage overpayment I've made, if the worst ever happens.

  • nik_tchouparov Nikola Tchouparov 🇸🇻 (@nik_tchouparov) reported

@AskNationwide Is that legal? Does not it breach the rules of the payment schemes? What seems to be the underlying problem. Thanks. (btw, I don't feel any safer)
