    @AskNationwide That's not what the error says though, is it? It says it's due to an "unexpected technical error" not that it's unable to match the details. All the details are correct, and I have had to submit the CHAPS request now. But I suggest you pass this through to your technical team.

    @AskNationwide absolutely disgraceful service lately I will be changing bank providers in the near future that’s for sure sick and tired of not being able to access my money or have money sent to me that I can use straight away none of this bullshit maintainence

    @AskNationwide Hi, wife now very upset with you. She opened a Flex Account last week on my advice (I've been with you for years with no problems until now) but you have just told her you've blocked her account and she has to contact the Fraud team??? What on earth is going on?

    @AskNationwide hi, is there an issue with mobile banking transaction? I have just transferred money from flex account to cashbuilder book account, transaction shows it had left flex acct but not showing in cashbuilder - this is usually instant and i am worried now?
