@AskNationwide They have transferred us to your European partner who have said they can't do anything until Monday. They’re trying to find someone to recover us to at least Calais but have said we need to cover the costs. This is not the recovery service we were led to believe

@AskNationwide Im DISGUSTED. Just spent 45minutes HOLDING because YOU blocked my card for fraud BS when its ME using it. THEN it hung up saying 'sorry noone is available, bye'. WTF is this? I want access to my card NOW. the incompetence is infuriating. SORT IT OUT.

@AskNationwide Nationwide.. as a 20+ year customer (i can verify this if you want).. are you going to block payments to #RBS alongside #Binance? RBS managed to con the UK taxpayers out of billions.. surely a scam like that should be blocked.. for my protection??

@AskNationwide utterly disgusted that you issue a cheque in joint names & your branch assistant demands I open a joint account. I'm independent I don't do joint. Telephone CS team has sorted the cheque but I've joined @Metro_Bank this not 1950! I will not be dictated to
