    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide @lenlendrem But by selecting those options, it would mean James will be connected to a department/personal that specifically deal with lost and stolen enquiries. Which isn't the issue he is facing or needs resolving ???
