GOD BLESS England, Britain, UK (@Hammer57COYI) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but where is the 24/7 assistance that is mentioned. It is a joke! The situation is I want to transfer a decent amount of money in from an ISA elsewhere and I have to battle to get assistance from someone! I would like to speak to someone. Is that not part of 24/7 help?
-
AndrΓ© Lombard (@AndreLombard2) reported@AskNationwide Hi, I was on a call with you and the line went dead and it's not letting me phone back. Are your lines down?

-
Alexa Tyrrell (@Lexicharm) reported@AskNationwide If you class help as not communicating in a timely manner, leaving our mortgage chances in tatters, then to use a piece of snail mail as an excuse when everyone knows Royal Mail was backed up in December due to COVID! Atrocious service. Exact opposite of helpful
-
Ross Stephen (@rsl_124) reported@AskNationwide disgusted with the service and lack of quality control with you mobile phone insurance partner. Please can you contact me with regards to this complaint

Caroline Debenham (@CarolineDebenh1) reported@minusplnp @AskNationwide I had no problem changing my name with them either; in that respect they were great. However their subsequent refusal to stop advertising in the transphobic Daily Mail meant I had no choice but to close my account. Shame.

Panda Green (@PandaGreen5) reported@AskNationwide Hi, yes, it was just that I was on the website (phone credit) and I did hers immediately after mine, however it told me there was a problem processing payment. I have entered the details correctly, I'm sure of it.
