@AskNationwide I am not questioning that, I am wondering how, in an increasingly cashless society I can get money transferred to her care home account when I am unable to access internet/telephone banking without my own account nor am I able to physically visit the bank during its open hours.

@AskNationwide I’ve just been told my mortgage application has been declined because on leasehold purchases the LTV needs to be 85%. But my deposit is 15%!! What’s going on? I waited 3 weeks to hear this and now interests rates have increased even further. Poor customer service.

@AskNationwide I’m going through mortgage application, switching from current provider. There have been errors with your system which has meant my case been ‘re-keyed’ and now my illustration has been lost. Apparently without this -my mortgage can’t be completed.Please contact me
