@AskNationwide Ringing you is a nightmare. Your robot keeps saying you are experiencing high call volumes. Why tell your customers this? It means you’re understaffed surely? The recorded message telling me I can go online for help is so annoying. If I could do it online I would.

@AskNationwide No - we are trying to use the card reader to access our customer number so we can log in online. This is for my son. The card is blocked, therefore we can’t use the card reader to get the cust number

@AskNationwide Should Impulse Saver be automatically transferring the daily amount into an account I have specified? I seem to have to log in daily to ask it to transfer the amount which seems wrong. My Natwest ac does it automatically.
