@AskNationwide It's valid, Tina; the refund went through, yesterday. but the problem is the transaction fee. I was informed by a person named 'Jack' (at Nationwide) that this is immutable. I have, effectively, been charged £25.30 in pound to euro fees, for a product I didn't receive. It's wrong

@AskNationwide Rebecca Nairpour sent me a insulting email telling me that everyone did their best & my sons/wife's issues were unknown to Nationwide. I sent back a timeline of our experience & to me, she decided to walk away. Just like Joe. Been with Nationwide 25+ years. Shame on U Nationwide

@AskNationwide 35 days to 'investigate' is completely unacceptable. How can you possibly consider 35 days to be doing 'everything possible'. Someone needs to pick up the phone and speak to me - stop hiding behind policies to excuse unacceptable customer service.
