Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

@AskNationwide Collection department is poor. We have been trying for months with no follow through. A formal complaint will be going in and if it’s not resolved then we are going to the financial ombudsman. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. So upset.

@AskNationwide absolutely discussed with your service. You have said we missed a mortgage payment when we have not. This has been confirmed on the phone it’s YOUR error. But it’s now on our credit score. So many promises and non kept. The worry and stress you are causing is wrong

…it won’t let me access my account because you don’t have my mobile no? Really? How did I set up internet banking in the first place? Oh and don’t advertise having phone lines open today, I went through 5 menus only to be told lines are closed @AskNationwide
