@AskNationwide Is there a problem with your bank cards? I have funds in my account and my card has just been declined. I then went to cash point to see my balance, and the machine said this service isn't available. Wots going on?

Wow the incompetence of @AskNationwide and their outsourced conveyancing monkeys at Enact are really not helping with my stress levels today. You pay them £999 and get the kind of service I wouldn’t accept for a £2 burger

@AskNationwide Been in Aldi. Debit card was initially declined then accepted (both times PIN entered). Sibling cannot take cash out of cashpoint, yet you havent issued any warnings customers may face problems....

@BeccyWoodTV @nickowen Just been told that in 2022 money from a @AskNationwide matured bond can't be transferred electronically But has to come in a cheque, (written with a quill?), that only Head Office can issue Employees in other banks thought this daft

@AskNationwide Pretty impossible as branches are only open 9-4 Monday to Friday and I work Monday to Friday 9-5! My daughter can’t go in on her own as she has a physical disability and my next available leave is Easter. So tell me in age of electronic transfer why are you the only service that
