    Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

    @sil @AskNationwide As a loyal Nationwide customer, this is why I have kept my @monzo account active, much easier, especially if the payee wants reference text per transfer.

    @AskNationwide Hello, I tried to visit your stevenage branch recently in the afternoon and the atms were both switched off and the branch had shut early. Please could you let know if the atms were switched off due to issues as it was an inconvenience to me

    @AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting

    Was due to travel to DBX on 2nd March. Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all. Anyone else having this problem? @Telegraph

    Last year @AskNationwide gave me £50 as a thank you Today they sent me an email telling me my account has been closed!! WTF!!! What about the money, including the £50, I have in it?????
