    Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

    @AskNationwide @333peterobinson Think it is quite clear where customer service can be improved by the description of what happened. Why would anyone want to waste further time in doing a feedback form Perhaps someone could forward it to who ever it may concern

    @AskNationwide Things breaking down! My washing machine has just died 😫 Difficult to have money put by to replace things that break. Especially when everything tends to go at the same time! My dishwasher broke before Xmas, no plan to replace that yet. Can't live without washing machine though!

    @AskNationwide phone insurance included with a flexplus account is AWFUL! Made a claim back in June, have had nothing but trouble! Been broken and shoddy phones! From my experience, stay well clear!

    @AskNationwide It's a shame that the rest of the organisation does not move at the same speed! I am still waiting for her name to be removed. So much for technology. Meanwhile I got my passport renewed in exactly 7 days. Proper customer service.
