Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

As to answer you point, you’re just aggravating the situation by getting involved in personal issues that got nothing to do with banking thus 100% dividing your customers.🙄

Myself and a few others have this issue not just nationwide either that has a ongoing issue but all banks seem to say everything is working , guess everyone's bosses ain't paying if nationwide insists no issues🤦
