At @AskNationwide to deposit Xmas cash. 2 cashiers doing nothing. "sorry your account doesn't have cashier access. You'll have to pay it in at the ATM" So off I went with a *** of cash and a baby in a pram to stand on the roughest high street in the UK in the dark for 5 mins 👏👏

@AskNationwide No error. I’ve made 3 payments from my Nationwide account to a Santander account and none have shown up yet. Usually these are instant with no delays?

@AskNationwide We can try, I tried it on internet banking and mobile app and it failed on both platforms for some reason. It just said there was a technical problem but I tried on a couple of different days?

@AskNationwide just had the first customer service call with credit card services. Unfortunately your operator hadn’t the slightest idea what she was doing and after 1 hour on the phone I gave up! Well Done Nationwide for giving excellent staff training!!
