    @AskNationwide can you confirm what the interest rates on a 1Y Triple Access Online Sav 12 taken out in October 2021 was please? We believe it to be 1% if no more than 3 withdrawals are made. No one in branch can find this information.

    @AskNationwide Hi, Please help. I have sent £10.00 to an old account (thinking it was still open) sent from Starling Bank to a FlexBasic Account I used to have. The transaction actually went ahead. Have I lost the £10.00? I sent the £10 by Instant bank transfer. Please advise.

    not impressed so far by @AskNationwide texts saying account open text saying i can register for online banking however when i do it tells me I can register yet and when i try to access online chat that doesn’t work . This isn’t a good start to my switcher #badcustomerservice

    @AskNationwide Thanks for fobbing me off. Do Nationwide really feel that over 4 weeks to respond to a complaint is acceptable? This is in addition to the basic issue you are failing to resolve for me. Your customer service is appalling. I’ll be raising this with the ombudsman and your CEO.
