Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

@robcarlyle @AskNationwide I have the same issue. You can’t potentially tell thousands of customers they can’t have access to the app, I have five different accounts with you and use the app everyday. I also have an account with another bank and their app is fine….

@AskNationwide Hi Gill, thanks for the reply. This has been an issue since IOS 15 stable which is still yet to be fixed. The solution is to move to a bank that actually cares about customers, which I’ll be doing first thing tomorrow. @StarlingBank & @monzo apps both work fine. Regards, Mike

@AskNationwide have been trying to use my debit card online this evening and it's being declined. Your customer service closes at 6PM?? What's going on? Not even a notification to say theres a block on my card or anything!
