    Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

    @AskNationwide Can I claim compensation for the damage that the problem caused yesterday. As it’s having a knock-on effect of the money am meant to be receiving by now. This is not acceptable

    Got to be honest with the amount of “maintenance” @AskNationwide do at the stupid times they choose to do them and yet still have major issues like what’s gone on is mind blowing. You’ve caused a lot of stress today and you should be ashamed. Maintenance for what? This rubbish?

    @AskNationwide I rely entirely on disability benefits and universal credit thanks to a multitude of illnesses, should I be even more concerned that my account is still not working? I joined you because of your reputation but this is shot now, the week of Christmas?
