Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

@AskNationwide Thanks, but you’ve said that before and it doesn’t address the problem. If someone requests a reasonable adjustment then just saying ‘no’ isn’t an acceptable (or legal) answer. Can you advise on how I can take this further @RNIB @guidedogs?

@AskNationwide Your service is horrendous, I have had my account blocked and I've spoken to your customer services agents and they cant get through to the fraud team and keep cutting my call, its disgusting, I can't access my account, you need to sort this, or I will sue you in a small claims
