    Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

    @AskNationwide Only option was to go through Financial Ombudsman which we’ve done. We are very disappointed that no one from customer service or management will look at options for us. Will never recommend Nationwide to anyone.

    @AskNationwide I don’t want a web chat. I want to speak to someone. I’ve just had to come off my second call to Nationwide after queuing for over half an hour. A total waste of my time and an unacceptable service!!! Three calls, 2.5 hours! Please pass my comments on to your relevant colleague.

    @AskNationwide Hi nationwide, I need advice, I sold tickets for a concert and @AXS_UK have said many things about giving me the money from the sold tickets however they still haven’t transferred the money, I have proof of them telling me multiple things. Please help
