    Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

    @AskNationwide I've just transferred pretty much every penny out of Nationwide. When even instant access accounts with other providers are paying higher interest than your 2 year Isa you know something is wrong.

    Utterly disappointed with @AskNationwide. I need a customer number, password, OTP to my mobile phone, a browser I’ve used before and a card reader AND my card to make a £10 payment to somebody I have previously paid? Ridiculous. You haven’t even sent me a card reader yet

    I have had the worst experience with @AskNationwide . I logged a complaint a MONTH ago and my complaint is still not resolved. As a new customer, this makes me want to close my account and move elsewhere. Doesn’t seem like they care for new customers!
