    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide loyal customer treated like criminal 3 months after a transaction made, no call just a txt to say bank account on hold, cant even look at account or access money account removed from app. fraud department- guilty till proven innocent and no help.

    @AskNationwide Our priority right now is fixing the problem so our child isn't freezing and our hours of waiting aren't wasted. Rather making making a complaint which presumably takes a long time to submit and days and weeks to get a response. No help at all.
