@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@MNicholls85 @AskNationwide They’re struggling to accept there is an issue. I highly doubt any other banks customers have a faster payment system which takes over 2 hours to receive the money.

@AskNationwide hi, there is an issue with opening banking app and logging in online. Was told money would be in there today, waiting on that. This is a error through nationwide that has taken weeks to solve, can’t call yet as no lines open. Need the money asap today
