@AskNationwide Can you help pls. Switching an account to you and trying to set up digital banking. It says it’s sent a text to my mobile but nothing received. Only other way to set up would be with a card reader but not been sent one of those yet?

@AskNationwide when is the app expected to be back up and running? I am unable to even log in this morning and need access to my accounts?! This happens all to often and I think it may be time to change account provider, the service is appalling.

@AskNationwide When I go to do a transfer or make a payment it gets to the final screen, I press confirm and then it pauses like it’s busy, then I get an error message saying We’re having some technical difficulties please try again later
