    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide JUST TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE.. BE CAREFUL NATIONWIDE WILL RANDOMLY SEND YOU A NEW CARD AS 'ADDED SECURITY' BUT WILL ALSO CANCEL YOUR OTHER CARD THAT HAS NO ISSUES BEFORE THE NEW CARD ARRIVES TO YOU, LEAVING YOU FOR DAYS WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY.

    @AskNationwide I did. I’m looking to speak to your complaints department ASAP. Our only experience with your insurance service and it’s been abysmal. Not at all commensurate with the level of customer service a so say valued customer should be entitled to as a bare minimum? So disappointed
