@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

Be easy to make another of their victims. @AskNationwide have more complaints against them by disabled staff for discrimination than any other building society and are one of the worst for customer complaints. So this should not surprise me. It was just the shock at a time I am

@AskNationwide We need more branches to replace the banks we've lost. Please do not shut down the branches, many customers will switch to you if you have branches, good customer service, people are crying out for it!
