    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @bitoclass @AskNationwide Pretty much everyone on twitter is a stranger. It's why people come here to have discourse. I've not defended a pay gap, I've tred to explain that it's not something companies can easily fix, regardless of intentions, so why criticise them instead of focusing on positives of IWD?

    @AskNationwide You don't have instant access products that pay over 0.01% available in branch, have to go online to get 0.35%. Regular saving products it looks like you only have online, no in-branch at all. Why is this? Ironically on website: no way to filter by "available in branch"

    @AskNationwide I’m still waiting a reply to my complaint I sent about your service issues when payments etc was down? I got a message yesterday saying you will reply ASAP and also send compensation. What timescales am I looking at ? As still waiting?

    @AskNationwide Ok can you please update your website as when I enter my customer number that’s the number it prompts me to call to give me telephone number…even though I gave my number when I registered…thanks for the prompt response at least that worked
