  @AskNationwide switching my direct debit/bill paying account from monzo to you. As saw switching offer and also I wasn't 100% happy with monzo anyway past couple years. Got my account info in text over weekend and some emails but no customer number. How do I sign into the app?

  @AskNationwide Hey! I cant view any pending transactions. Just get faced with the error message. There is a red exclamation mark on my screen and underneath in bold it says "We couldn't load your pending transactions" Underneath this in small print it says "There seems to be a problem 1/2

  @AskNationwide @zsllondonzoo I have pages and pages of criminal service from the Nationwide - some of your people are good and some wilfully provide bad service, from playing games to clear incompetence. If the CEO isn’t interested in serving members what does that say about you?

  @AskNationwide Once I pass the credit check it just comes up with a message saying there has been a problem and the try again later or contact the generic nationwide phone number
