    @AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

    @AskNationwide Just received email ref oct 2021 DSAR requiring me to download adobe software with 4 access to my data! #disabledhatecrime jake marianne ammy owers no idea what DPA2018 requirements are or how to comply withEA2010 need docs via email no redactions tday 71days late!

    @AskNationwide And will you do this personally Mel or will I be relegated to a ‘chat’ queue? All someone (who cares) needs to do is contact Worthing branch and speak to the assistant manager who has worked hard and is being let down by IT

    @AskNationwide For GDPR I’m not going to publicly discuss what I need to talk about, as a bank I’m sure you understand that. In the DM conversations I am being told to call the mortgage department, which is what I’ve been trying to do, and why I am complaining. So…. Not much help really…
