  @AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

  @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? I’ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.

  @AskNationwide Infuriatingly, this was the same automated service that I had called previously and told me to use the app to dispute the payment. Talk about going round in circles 🤬. Meanwhile an insurance company has taken £100s from my account

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
