@TraceyandHarry @AskNationwide I’ve no problem using a card reader, though, if I’ve got my card on my smart phone, perhaps there is another way. But, some won’t have smart phones, so, I think it’s a bit of tech we’ll have around for a while yet, and happy that it does.

I am emotionally exhausted by the total ineptitude & misinformation provided by @AskNationwide’s #TheMortgageWorks - provided estimate of 5 weeks = 5 months & counting… Hopefully a report to @financialombuds will ensure TCF practices are actually adhered to. Absolutely awful. 😔

This may make me sound incredibly old but can anyone recommend a decent home insurance company with good service? @AskNationwide have increased mine by 40% with no claims made because “people in my area may have claimed for accidental damage during lockdown” and won’t reduce it.

Please, please Kevin Parry help us. After 5 months of @askNationwide mistakes we are about to lose our sale & purchase and our money. 56 day wait for complaint investigation - we lose everything on Friday. I am on my knees, begging you to help us. PLEASE HELP US. We can't take it
