@AskNationwide Possible reason for that is the entire HIP/EPC/DEA thing was completely ballsed up from day 1 and it's taking a long time to fix it with all the different versions of SEDBUK

@AskNationwide Good morning, I’m trying to set up a new payment but when it comes to the final part, put in the 2 sets of 4 numbers I can’t work out how to separate them? I’m having memory problems anyway but I just can’t work out which button I need to press
