    @AskNationwide we have been promised an offer letter for the last 3 weeks following our porting application have been advised it will take a further 5 working days. We are in danger of losing our buyer this weekend so so stressful

    @MadMaxMel @AskNationwide I have the same problem. Apparently it’s a universal issue with nationwide at the moment. The dumbest oversight of all time but I don’t expect anything less from them!!

    @AskNationwide called the customer 'unhelpful' line and guess what, they have no knowledge of my complaint. They said they don't recommend that customers fill out the online form!! you couldn't make it up! so nothing has been done for over 3 weeks ... here to help... yeah right! 🤡

    @AskNationwide since installing iOS16 on Monday, my Nationwide app is taking around 20 secs to get to FaceID when before it was almost instant. Using 70Mbps broadband so no issues there … you had at least 4 months of betas to prepare so what’s the issue?

    @themortgageworks @AskNationwide @NationwidePress I have been trying to get hold of 'the mortgage works' a division of #nationwide for 2 months. Impossible! They don't answer... there is no contact email or number. Poor service! Maybe I should stop my payments?
