    @AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

    Dear @AskNationwide Why are you incentivising your customers to use a bank card with their shopping. I am a loyal Nationwide customer of nearly 30 years. I prefer to use cash for many reasons. Do I get any rewards for withdrawing cash from your counters? #CashIsKing

    @AskNationwide Hi Scott. I can view in chat box window but it is small and not the same as being able to view a secure msg like I used to be able to do. The chat box option is slow to get to the right place and/or human. Might be better for NW but poor service for customer!

    @AskNationwide I have just been cut off from my 6th attempt at contacting you on the intl +44 … 67 89 number. I cannot login either as my card has expired & your site is having difficulties. I need you to contact me here in Aus as I need funds from my account asap
