    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide If I have a query I do not want to use the Chatbot to get access to a human. I used to be able to compose a secure message but this seems to have disappeared. The replacement is most unsatsifactory.

    @AskNationwide Tks for your quick response. I have to disagree that is quicker. Not for the user. And does not allow for clear & concise explanation of the problem. Do not understand how is quicker. Also not obv that a reply has been sent via bot.

    @AskNationwide I have an idea. Why not help local businesses, and the environment, by incentivising your customers to shop locally and to use cash. Surely we are all about 'saving the planet' these days? Not sure how shopping at automated corporate supermarkets helps any of us in the long run.
