@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide Want to open account for son, website says can NOT open a Flex One account in branch, says I can only do it online, then says I need to come into branch because using a birth certificate as ID. How stupid is this, Nationwide is literally the worst at helping its customers.

@AskNationwide Oh my god, how do you people even manage to breathe? I CAN'T GO INTO BRANCH BECAUSE MY LOCAL BRANCH SAYS THEY CANT HELP OPEN A FLEX ONE ACCOUNT!!!!!!!! HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHEN I CANT DO IT ONLINE OR IN BRANCH. AM I GETTING THROUGH!!!!!!!! UNREAL!!!!!!!!
