@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

  • CharlieMcBrayne Charlotte McBrayne (@CharlieMcBrayne) reported from Hillingdon, England

@AskNationwide Hi, is there an issue with receiving payments again via BACS?

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • SMcClay29 Stephen McClay (@SMcClay29) reported from Hounslow, England

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

  • ihatetimBL Who Cares (@ihatetimBL) reported from Hounslow, England

@AskNationwide when will the problem with incoming payments be resolved?

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

@AskNationwide I've called to have blocks lifted previously only to be told there's nothing you can do for me. Not the best service that.

@AskNationwide why is you payment systems still broken??? Stop apologising with empty words and sort the issues out. A disgruntled customer!!

  • Matthew43188255 Matt C (@Matthew43188255) reported

@AskNationwide So how long is this likely to take? It's been down for hours so you must have some idea to assure your customers when this will be fixed???? Some of us have important bills to pay and others are desperate to buy food!!!!

  • JodanaSandyXx Jodana Sandy (@JodanaSandyXx) reported

Thanks to @AskNationwide for holding my money has I have no food electric or gas sitting at home freezing cold using my 4g I’ve complained for letting me down again

  • sarahIMiles sarahmilesgeorge@aol.com (@sarahIMiles) reported

@AskNationwide How about you actually fix it once and for, show your customers you care about the fa t they can’t receive money, and stop copying and pasting the same reply to every complaint!!!

  • 1NoMore Anonymous (@1NoMore) reported

@AskNationwide Unreliable service is the flavour of the month with Nationwide. Half-baked banking services, not having a back up server for days or in Nationwide’s case months when something goes wrong and a basic almost useless app will be Nationwide’s epitaph.

  • PhilDuncky Phil Duncan (@PhilDuncky) reported

@AskNationwide Absolutely shocking third time within a few weeks. Called into Bromley branch and they were unaware of the problem! You took away my free travel insurance and now with this shambolic service I will be moving banks this year.

  • cjk1971 ckelly (@cjk1971) reported

@AskNationwide My credit card payment is due 13th Jan and I can see myself have technical issues affecting my outgoing payments I am working to fix the issues as soon as possible how many months do u think I could get away with that before you penalised me for non payment

  • Daniell75458142 Danii diskko (@Daniell75458142) reported

@AskNationwide That's great, but since it's the exact same problem you've "investigated" several times now, how does it keep happening, and what are you going to do about all of us who've not been able to make urgent payments/transfers?!
