@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide Hi - Your banking app installed on my ipad very rarely works. It doesnt open up, just blurry country scene. As I am abroad for 3 months I need access to my banking on a regular basis. Very disappointed as I am a new customer. Cannot keep holding on the phone to you

@AskNationwide I've been doing that all day - they told me my original bank has to cancel the switch which is apparently rubbish - it has to be the bank that initiated the switch. I don't want to go on another chat to receive MORE wrong advice!!!! There must be someone that can help me??

@AskNationwide That's no good to me now. I am doing my accounts now. I need to be able to see that info NOW. What possible use is restricting access to the last financial year in the overview? Could it possibly be more unhelpful. Which unthinking bigwig decided that it would be OK?
