    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Disgusted by the service I’m getting with NW, had a confirmation email saying funds for our mortgage would be with us on the 18th, confirmed with the NW advisor we are moving the 19th and today NO FUNDS or communication as to why .... we will be homeless come 12

    @AskNationwide went to my local branch with forms to add my partner to my flex account only to be told that currently this service not offered due to reduced capacity to deal with such matters as a result of covid!!!
