-
Who Cares (@ihatetimBL) reported from Hounslow, England@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

Stephen McClay (@SMcClay29) reported from Hounslow, England@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. You’ve now added charges onto my account and again, that’s down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and I’ll pay.
