@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@financialombuds @AskNationwide I told them had they offered the help offered just a few months ago in March last year I would be out of debt, but as my situation has gotten worse I now have no way to pay it off but nationwide flat out refuse to budge even threatening me with court action
