    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide @YakketyYakkk Doesn't help that the direct debits etc still work when money isn't going into the account to pay said direct debits though does it!!!!

    @WireExpat @AskNationwide They have been fine for me until recently with all these payment issues. They really need to get to the bottom of it. If they don’t my current account, credit card and mortgage might be moving. Come to the end of my 2 year fix this month.
