@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@AskNationwide There is no error message as such but when I click on the adobe links to open nothing happens, except the referral page sometimes saying ‘internal’ in the search bar. I have tried on a number of different devices and this is being experienced across all of these .

@AskNationwide Thank you, my son called as suggested that was on the 27th he was told that the money will be back in his account within 3 working day. He checked again today nothing so he called the number again only to be told that he has to wait 21 days they will look into it

@AskNationwide I have tried to open a one year triple access isa, as mine has come to an end, each time it gets to the end and creates an account number but after about 2 mins says an error has occurred.

@AskNationwide Glad it's being investigated. Sadly literally every time I want to do something beyond just looking at the first page of my account your website just doesn't work properly. Your tech has stagnated for over a decade now. It's just complete corporate incompetence.

@AskNationwide Hi there - I’m having trouble accessing past statements in PDF on the site. I get nothing if I click on the download link. If I click twice, it sends me to a log-in page. I’m already logged in. Each link appears to end in a null (#0) instead of a named file.

@rsagroup @asknationwide my 79y/o neighbour has had water coming through his ceiling since 29/12. Dire service & no plumber yet. Not good enough for anyone, but especially older, vulnerable customers. As his insurer, how long do you expect him to live like this???
