    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide It appears Nationwide staff are offering conflicting information on this issue. Some account holders are being told UK Insurance will cover Ambassador cruises, some are being told it won't. Any chance of authoritative confirmation one way or the other?

    I can see @AskNationwide make it hard to complain. After what I went through last week at #cardiff Queens street branch I know why. Get your best guy on phone because he’s going need afternoon off. You gave me Hell, I’ll give you Hell. Worst customer service ever received. EVER
