    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide I can't log in because of the "sending a code by text" part. It doesn't work with non-UK numbers and the only number attached to my account is an old UK number that I no longer have/use.

    @AskNationwide l have a customer number but not had a savings a/c for 5 years. Your system will not recognize me - even though local branch say l'm on their system - l wish to open a new savings a/c but system will not let me apply or register for online banking. Help !

    @AskNationwide All of the other questions are fine and I can get through the first round of security. The address question in round 2 is the issue.
