    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Could you let someone know that your IOS banking app is not working with IOS15 beta 2? It doesn’t get beyond the ‘talking to Nationwide’ legend - there’s a red line across the bottom of the screen and the ‘spinning wheel’ doesn’t progress. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide I am trying to change my address online but when I get to the end part of the transaction, I keep getting an error about 'technical difficulties. How else do I inform you of my new address?

    @AskNationwide Not yet. I wanted to see if it was a quirk of the app and if it was possible via online banking. But I cannot log in because it does not recognise my details.

    I know modern banking includes in house machines and apps but you need to remind your front staff CUSTOMER SERVICE including manners comes before anything. @Barclays @AskNationwide
