@AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

@AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

@AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide Incoming payments have AGAIN not come into the account! Rang to speak to Customer Services, which let me go through the whole process of confirming details, before telling me your closed! No money on NYE....come on get this sorted asap please.

So whilst @AskNationwide ‘s customer service do not actually care. I hope they will remember the businesses they are affecting! Restaurants , bars, hairdressers , people paying bills , people who have been waiting to buy food. Not even an explanation or reassurance.

@AskNationwide no answer to last question so ill ask again. Why did staff LIE to customers from 1am assuring they were no issues? Quoting they had until 6am to get the payments through? Telling them they should be done in an hour (this was done from 2am). Disgusting behaviour

Well today is off to a flyer. Can't get any money out of the bank thanks to @AskNationwide had money due in there today and they have issues. Now I can't fuel up to go to work. (Days wage lost) thanks @AskNationwide
