  • ninepine Mike Fuller (@ninepine) reported from Banstead, England

@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

  • Joanna_Laura88 Joanna_Laura (@Joanna_Laura88) reported from Redhill, England

@AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

  • Joanna_Laura88 Joanna_Laura (@Joanna_Laura88) reported from Redhill, England

@AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

  • Joanna_Laura88 Joanna_Laura (@Joanna_Laura88) reported from Redhill, England

@AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

@AskNationwide I am abroad and have an urgent issue with my bank, my phone is cutting all calls to your international number. With no chat function available and no email address please advise urgently how I can contact you.

  • ThatHollowGuy Jack 🏳️‍🌈 (@ThatHollowGuy) reported

@AskNationwide My payments aren't going through for unknown reason, my card is still valid and I have no other issues. Why is this?

  • YSzipbanned Jack (@YSzipbanned) reported

@AskNationwide no need to call because i unblocked it from app, but i just dont understand why you block it after i already accepted the 3ds (proves its me)

  • simondo70396368 simondo (@simondo70396368) reported

@IkebukuroIce @AskNationwide So ehats your problem with making everyone feel included?

  • AhmdOsmanx Ahmd othman 🇸🇩 🇬🇧 (@AhmdOsmanx) reported from Newport, Wales

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

  • VickyRoberts_23 Vicky Roberts (@VickyRoberts_23) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks, but your customer service team aren’t working now, so seems a little pointless.

  • biggin_bilbo Bilbo Biggin (@biggin_bilbo) reported

@AskNationwide Virtually every time I login to my account it just logs me out. I have phoned to complain and told we will sort it. Please confirm when you will actually sort it. Thanks

  • pampsych Pamela Kingsland (@pampsych) reported

@AskNationwide I understand that. You miss the point. My point is why an account opened in March cannot now have the new rate applied to it rather than make a loyal customer close it and open a new one?

  • angeladimmock1 Mrs Dimmock (@angeladimmock1) reported

Absolutely appalled to hear poor customer service daughter received from @AskNationwide ISA for buying first home was closed online but hadn't worked according to branch. Rep on phone hung up on her when she phoned for help :(

  • pampsych Pamela Kingsland (@pampsych) reported

@AskNationwide in March I opened a triple access ISA with you at 0.85%. Your latest triple access is now 1.35% but I have to close my old account and open a new one to get this rate! Why don’t you just increase the savings rate on existing Isa’s or are you hoping we won’t notice?
