    @AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide I've been doing that all day - they told me my original bank has to cancel the switch which is apparently rubbish - it has to be the bank that initiated the switch. I don't want to go on another chat to receive MORE wrong advice!!!! There must be someone that can help me??

    @AskNationwide That's no good to me now. I am doing my accounts now. I need to be able to see that info NOW. What possible use is restricting access to the last financial year in the overview? Could it possibly be more unhelpful. Which unthinking bigwig decided that it would be OK?

    @AskNationwide Worry that someone has transferred it to me in error and check with the bank first. Once it's been confirmed it's definitely mine, I assign it to my budget goals and go about my day.

    @AskNationwide frequently when using Nationwide App on iPhone, the screen freezes when trying to establish a connection. Resolution is to switch phone off/on but it’s a nuisance. I have also tried deleting app and reloading. Is this a common problem?

    @AskNationwide I have already done this, but this won’t stop me potentially losing my house because you are unable to provide me with a statement within a reasonable time frame! Is there someone I can speak to who may actually be able to help and speed up my request?
