Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

No amount of apology is even scratching the surface at what a mess this has caused for many!! People haven't been able to access wages, unable to get food, gas, electric etc .... never mind this so close to Christmas!
