    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @AskNationwide absolutely raging spent 22 minutes trying to get through because my card is blocked only to be cut off! Fuming sort this please as o can’t use my new card . You push us to online etc and you can’t deliver a decent service 😡😡

    So today I will be closing my account with @AskNationwide as they don’t help me when I need help I made a complaint no one has bothered to get back to me took longer then 5days nearly been a month one of the worst building societies and when you call them they don’t care and lie

    @AskNationwide @zsllondonzoo You guys have been bad. I have been trying to close a bond that isn't even up to 14days but your staff keep passing me around. From bank to Mobile banking to internet bsnking to phone calls. It's all terrible.

    @AskNationwide why do you still insist in using card readers? Why is my account number, biometrics, customer number not good enough. Who carries their card reader out and about? Can't send money quickly when I'm out without it. #annoying #oldfashioned

    @AskNationwide Ibrahim from @Morrisons Customer Services, during the (recorded) 32 minute (most of that on hold) call that I made to him at exactly 10:00 yesterday (16/10/22). He then emailed me the evidence and said sent it to to hence my call to you this morning
