    @AskNationwide I see your website is still advertising free travel insurance for flex + accounts. I believe you’re taking this away from account holders. Am I correct and can you explain why?

    @AskNationwide just wanted to say what great customer service I received from Jared who works at your Golden Square branch in Warrington, when I had unknown transactions on my account. I have been in branch a few times this week in a panic and he has been a legend!

    @AskNationwide Are you unwilling to even accept that there might be a better way to help customers, & perhaps take the suggestion that sometimes your customers don't carry the card reader with them everywhere? Be nice if @AskNationwide could improve things for customers
