@AskNationwide That's who ive spoken to after 69 minute call yesterday told her system is down and today they have to email someone who will take 2 working days to give some simple information. It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost £375 to be done

@AskNationwide Yes I do, but i never inserted any pin, it was as soon as i entered it into the machine. Last time i used my pin was about 3/4weeks ago no issues. Why is it blocked if i havent used it?

@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide trying to open a new joint account. After soft credit check I click to go through to apply and it says there is a problem. Tried a number of times and with different browsers. Is there an issue with the system?
