It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost £375 to be done

Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
