    @AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

    @AskNationwide Yeah but we can't transfer money or make payments to bills. This is the most important thing, if you have a glitch FIX IT!

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide Good evening 👋🏼 My Dad was due a new card about a month ago (old card expired) and he’s only just told me this evening that he’s still to receive it (we spoke to customer services about a month ago). Is there a way to order a card online instead of having to call?

    @AskNationwide I know they will be made today but I was after an eta which obviously isn’t known. I was also making the point of it being too regular of a problem for me to want to continue banking with you.

    @AskNationwide is there a problem with the system? None of my direct debits have come out of my bank today? There is more then over double the amount of money in my account, so this is not the issue
