    @AskNationwide I’m now exhausted & angry, if you’d have listened to us & accepted there was a problem hours ago it would be solved now, you say 6am then it’s 9am, I’ve missed out on a food shop, sleep & my money, you can’t do this surely? Thanks for ruining my new year

    So whilst @AskNationwide β€˜s customer service do not actually care. I hope they will remember the businesses they are affecting! Restaurants , bars, hairdressers , people paying bills , people who have been waiting to buy food. Not even an explanation or reassurance.
