    @AskNationwide is there any known issues with the mobile app when verifying payments the app notifies you to approve payment, it's supposed to take you back to the page but just keeps telling you to log in with pass number all the time having to use card reader to approve

    @AskNationwide also, nationwide on call credit card support team is such a poor team firstly they are connecting after half an hour waiting time and once it is connected they disconnected in between . This is happened to me four five times. Need your attention to fix this issue .

    @AskNationwide I am registered but I’ve changed phone and now it’s asking me to register again and my details have disappeared. I just want access on my new phone which is on my old phone still. I now can’t approve payments on my new phone. Barclays allows you to add a device

    Disappointed not the word (maybe angry/frustrated) @AskNationwide twice to register mums death and now @HSBC_UK deleted my last power of attorney documents to help with dads finances. Whats going on :( (I have enough pressure to deal with)
