So now it’s @TSB whom told my mum today they have no idea where her money from her isa is when she transferred over to a @AskNationwide There is going to be a issue and I hope this can be taken care of ASAP. Andrew

@AskNationwide I can not login on my Mac. It tells me that there is a technical error. But according to your website the status is all working normally. I can login on my phone app. So I am guessing it is an issue with the mac interface ?

@AskNationwide I've submitted a complaint. Twice! One of them is particularly serious, but still didn't get a response. This is causing so much stress and we need the mortgage finalised! There is a serious problem with your system!

@AskNationwide I've been on the phone hundeds of times! I'm told it will be sorted that day or this day, then I get an email asking for more information, THAT I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED and has been accepted and processed!They admitted yesterday there is an error and it was escalated but nothing!

@AskNationwide Would a delay in pending payments appearing also include an error of taking money out that isnt there, such as a direct debit? As normally, if there is not enough for it, you dont take it, or return it, or I get a text, and is shown on statement.

@AskNationwide I call most days and I am always told different things. There is an error been made and Nationwide don't appear to care about customer satisfaction or correcting it swiftly. I just keep getting palmed off with false promises. It's appalling.

Applying telephone service from @AskNationwide. Constantly being charged fees for an overdraft that’s non existent and transferred around the houses when I want to speak to someone to have issue resolved. 1.5hrs later and have not yet spoken to a competent human..

@AskNationwide there still appears to be problems with online/telephone card payments. I have twice using my nationwide card to pay and it came up with there is an external problem with your bank. We used our account with NatWest and it worked.

@AskNationwide are there any current issues with transactions showing in the mobile app? Many transactions are not showing from the last 4 days and as such the balance showing isn’t accurate
