Chris Higham (@rl_chris_higham) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

Waited 3 times that and still nothing. Hearing from complaints team in 5 days / a letter in the post isn’t going to help me really.

I feel so sick and just signed up to Lloyds, won’t help this month but this has to be the end for me
