So now it’s @TSB whom told my mum today they have no idea where her money from her isa is when she transferred over to a @AskNationwide There is going to be a issue and I hope this can be taken care of ASAP. Andrew

@AskNationwide Why am I unable to receive payments? I can send them fine and transfer money between my savers and normal account but when I try to receive money it doesn't work and the websites I withdraw from just give me errors, also purchases arent deducting my balance

@AskNationwide Then it's not working normally and the issue should not be considered resolved until the backlog is processed. It's like a crash on the motorway and the road gets closed. Huge traffic jam, the road gets reopened and then declaring everything Ok ignoring the 20 mile tailback
