@AskNationwide is the banking app down?? Been trying to log in on my iPhone 12 for about an hour now and it just says talking to nationwide .. tried logging out also restarting phone and nothing .. help

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

Just went into @AskNationwide in Watford to open a savings acc for my daughter and to switch my current acc. Told by a staff member in ripped jeans and a hoodie that I can't have an appointment everything must be done online. What is the point of a bank that offers no service?!

@AskNationwide Again hiding behind emails and process. If I fill the form out I want someone to contact me straight away. Considering the deal I’m about to sign with you and the money I’m going to put down up front the whole process has been horrendous
