In the meantime I have failed DDs abs incurring default notice charges and putting my interest free rates at risk as it appears I am not payi g my bills. Had absolutely no response from the switch team

Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

Mikala Dainter (@MikalaD) reported@AskNationwide But that process isn't quick enough. While you are taking up to 5 working days my financial stability is unravelling due to failed DDs. It my mortgage, home insurance, council tax, credit cards and mobile phone bill. Terrible service
