@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

There are no updates, just a static message that should be pinned to your Twitter account and be posted on your website homepage. That would save a lot of cutting and pasting into tweets.
