    Huge praise to @AskNationwide. Asked online how to return to my maiden name & given instructions. Visited Eastbourne branch as per instructions & friendly, helpful assistant completed the request in a manner of minutes. Great service makes such a difference!

    @AskNationwide Thank you, I’ve managed at last to register and pay for the age upgrade. I’m now having trouble logging back in to view my policy. I’ve asked to reset the password - not successfully as yet. I’ll try again and come back to you if there’s a further problem

    @AskNationwide what is with your customer service these days, you used to be so good. I’ve been on hold twice now for 20 minutes+ with a mortgage query I can’t resolve online and literally no one answers the call. Simply not good enough.

    Why is it impossible to speak to @AskNationwide on the phone without them saying ‘just go on the website’?? If the website answered my question, I wouldn’t be ringing, would I?! Beyond frustrating. Anyone have any other banks they would recommend to switch to?

    @AskNationwide - I got to it after touching the ‘help’ button online. It did seem to be genuine and their second email to me had the nationwide ‘logo’ on the page which looked genuine. I haven’t lost money from my account do far!
