    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide I’m trying to transfer money (£50) into my help to buy isa from my NatWest current account but the transaction won’t complete and keeps coming back into my NatWest account. What could the problem be? It is the first time I have made a transaction into my isa.

    @AskNationwide Please tell me why it takes 2 weeks for a letter to be attached to my mortgage file? following up over the last 4 days I've had a different answer from: email hadn't arrived, no letter on file, file attached, file deleted, resend the letter - shocking service!
