@AskNationwide I appreciate the affects of the pandemic etc but most other organisations have adapted or are doing so to maintain services and support customer needs - Nationwide isn’t doing this to the same level resulting in reputational damage, reduced footfall and closures - it’s a shame!

@AskNationwide I have had a few problems with trying to buy items online. My card keeps being refused and there is no option for me to authorise via the app. I have money in the bank and there is no issue with the website as I have used my Revolut banking card successfully.
