@AskNationwide could someone please tell me what is going on at Nationwide no payments in or out . Have rung customer service not very helpful .

  • DannyBirch18 Danny Birch (@DannyBirch18) reported

@AskNationwide I understand what’s going on the issue is I have bills to pay and and apologising isn’t getting anything paid….. imagine the charges I would receive if I could pay the bank what is owed on time !!

  • lovejmatic That girl Jemz (@lovejmatic) reported

@AskNationwide I have logged a complaint already, but that doesn’t help me now. The payments are not in a queue this is a lie as you can’t see any payments on your system please be honest at least.

  • benckyavfc B⚽️ (@benckyavfc) reported

@AskNationwide this is actually really unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Legally, you have to provide customers with a time frame if the service is down, even if it’s just an estimate. So your generic copied tweets are not sufficient at all. Not good enough.

  • emma98392691 emma (@emma98392691) reported

@AskNationwide I sent a payment to my nationwide account at 07:30am this morning and I understand it’s down but this is my money and I need it? When is this going to be fixed?

  • juleswin0377 Jules W 💙💙💙 (@juleswin0377) reported

@AskNationwide @mistry_bhaven And me - it’s not a very customer friendly bank 🙄😐 they’ve been ‘aware’ of it for several hours now. Please sort it out 🙏

  • Man_Power_Music Man Power (@Man_Power_Music) reported

@AskNationwide claim that their Twitter is to "update you with Nationwide news" yet they're refusing to post on their about the fact that they have left their customers without access to banking, presumably as they know how bad a failure this is and how it makes them look.

  • tanyamaymurph tanya murphy (@tanyamaymurph) reported

@AskNationwide so if someone has sent me a payment for an expensive item, from a different bank, and I've let them take the item are you saying you won't have accepted it and I will be £675 down?
