Only had £180 left to pay on my loan, but @AskNationwide have still taken £252.52. Wonder what the betting is that they’ll be slow as hell to give that money back?

@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

F**ksake. Now @AskNationwide don't have the first clue what to do when a customer tells them to reverse a DD that a company have taken in breach of the DD Guarantee. "We'll investigate" No, you'll do as you're bloody well instructed or meet the Ombudsman.
