Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

Told to apply online, as we had just gone back into lockdown. 3 months on charged ERC despite ringing when received redemption statement! Useless!!

The only mistake she made was not offering to help
