In an ironic twist they will apparently call me in 3-5 days. I imagine unless I answer their security questions the conversation might be quite short β¦

I wanted to update a medical condition that Iβve only just found out about. Disappointed.

Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.
