@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide why can't you search transactions prior to Oct 2020 online or on mobile. Not helpful for filling a tax return when the tax year started April 2020. Also I get "were currently experiencing a technical problem" error on mobile when searching Oct 20 to march 21. 😞

@AskNationwide Well, after being told on the 5th there were no outstanding issues and a trip in branch yesterday, my missing money has finally been allocated to my account tonight. I appreciate things happen but @AskNationwide should not be telling people the issue is sorted.

Hi @AskNationwide you blocked my card this morning, then unlocked it, and then blocked it again straight after and its been blocked ever since. Been on hold now for 12 mins and counting. Any idea when I'll be able to access my own money again, and do what I choose with it? Thanks

@AskNationwide Does anyone remember when Nationwide had at least a month when no technical issues alarmed members? I think you've broken the Seal of Trust with your members. Cannot wait for the AGM.

@AskNationwide is it really necessary for it to take up to 20 working days to get a payment recalled that was your error in the first place?!

@AskNationwide But this wasn’t any fault of mine. Nationwide sent out comms saying they had issues with direct debits around the 4th of Jan so wouldn’t it be for them to resolve ?

@AskNationwide The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank. 4/

@AskNationwide Mine was HSBC. They said the trace can take 4 days and then if it’s a HSBC error it takes 20 days to get the money back, if Nationwide (which we know it is) it could take even longer. We cannot afford to be without this money, it is a huge chunk of our income.

@sofee_ Same mate - I managed to get the branch to speak to head office who admitted there is an ongoing problem - with NatWest in particular - the bank gave me the money from there error funds until it arrived today. @AskNationwide have been shown to have not been upfront about it 🤥
