Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.
