@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

Reading through their timeline though there are hundreds of their customers who are now going to go involuntarily into debt because of Nationwide errors. No doubt shareholders will still make £ though...
