@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide your accessibility for deaf people, customer service wise..stinks... Two authorisation emails sent, now there's no record and a 3 day wait when I was able to speak on her behalf before. Now we have to look forward to a weekend spent stressing even more than before.

@AskNationwide Can I switch to your new triple access ISA at 1% if I have an existing triple access ISA at 0.4% with you from a previous year? I only see options to fund it from a Nationwide account where I can select the existing ISA but wanted to confirm that's the right way.

@AskNationwide I have a mortgage with nationwide, It is a joint mortgage however ex husband has not contributed since 2018, I have never missed a payment , he committed fraud against me, getting the mortgage in my sole name has been affected by this. No help from nationwide I could go on..
