Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

I wanted to update a medical condition that Iโve only just found out about. Disappointed.

As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

Ash Davidson (@AshDavidsonUK) reported@financefraz @AskNationwide Its a shame @AskNationwide are poor at managing customers though. I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.
