Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. After spending hours arranging a contract with a Nationwide customer whom I met at his home had lenghty discussions and agreed a contract he signed and asked to proceed. NATIONWIDE text him, called him witheld Payment! Said it was a SCAM!
