    @AskNationwide Thanks. I’ve already logged via the online chat service. In an ironic twist they will apparently call me in 3-5 days. I imagine unless I answer their security questions the conversation might be quite short …

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    Errrmmm @AskNationwide when will you sort out the payments issue!? Some of us have bills that come out of those accounts and cannot be doing up middle man explanations to the companies we pay bills to.

    @AskNationwide @Roxysfootbitch Nationwide need to be compensating customers, this isn't on. No amount of apology is even scratching the surface at what a mess this has caused for many!! People haven't been able to access wages, unable to get food, gas, electric etc .... never mind this so close to Christmas!
