    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Leaving your customers open to identity theft …. You’re calling people out of the blue ! Really poor practice. And nothing on your website to allow people to check it’s your team either.

    AGAIN ?!?! With your failures becoming so frequent, @AskNationwide, do I need to "budget" for YOUR failures to ensure I have money for petrol *on payday* in future? Not having a time-to-fix each time is atrocious customer service, and I call you out on even your internal SLAs.

    @AskNationwide This is ridiculous, this just happened the other week, really should change banks, caused so many problems last time and bank didn’t really want to know. Once again at the end of the month when things go in and out of my bank account!
