Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

Still not seen that. 3+ weeks on haven’t seen the £ for claim of additional hotel and train that I needed.

The patronising tone and sickly messages are astonishingly arrogant. Whoever signs these adverts off needs to have a word with themselves. I’ll never want to be a customer.
