    @AskNationwide Leaving your customers open to identity theft …. You’re calling people out of the blue ! Really poor practice. And nothing on your website to allow people to check it’s your team either.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    Just had an email from @AskNationwide , Telling me the good news that if I open a new account I can get 40p interest per £100 . Not existing accounts, only new ones, Richard Turpin is alive and working in the financial industry, still!!!

    @AskNationwide Can I just say, your online banking service is TERRIBLE! Over the past 6 months, you have had alot of maintenance on your online banking service which has caused issues for me. Delayed funds entering my account??!! Not good for CS

    @AskNationwide Hi nationwide, we’re there issues with your online banking today? My mortgage payment didn’t get taken today because the money I transferred into my account has only just gone through now.. over 12 hours later then when I actually made the transfer?

    @AskNationwide Hi, the number is 0800 328 7807 I understand you may need to call people if things have become serious but these 2 occasions were apparently " welfare of the customer checks"
