@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide @datliz I have done this twice now and the only reply you get is to change the reference in the online banking module. That is not a solution to the problem. We need the option to be available in the app. This is going to be a dealbreaker if not sorted soon. @AskNationwide #slowservice

@AskNationwide I've just tried to go into Plymouth branch to deposit some cash and just been refused entry with my support dog. Been a customer for 17 years. Absolutely disgusting, caused me to have a panic attack, not a great way to treat long standing customers!

@AskNationwide why is your app so outdated? No push notifications when i but something or a D.D goes out? As a longtime customer id expect there to be some quality of life update? Also whats with the having to use a card reader every-time i want to send money??

@AskNationwide shocking service. Initiated our switch to you months ago and still not happened. No communication at all. Constant excuses as to why switch has t happened. Awful service, not the best first impression.
