@AskNationwide I've done so twice, I keep getting told to talk to the sending bank. Why? Can my bank (nationwide) not help, the wire was completed. So provide an answer here, if the wire is complete from the sender, where does the money go? How about you DM me and contact me to resolve.

@AskNationwide I am not able to log in to your banking app, the service availability informs that it is working fine however I have not been able to log in for 2 days now. My partners app is working fine on her phone. I’ve also tried deleting the app and reinstalling!
