I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all.
