@AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

@AskNationwide 08004643139.. I still need to use my card? a complaint doesnt help me. it happens every time i use it in a certain company. Ive got 2 factor authentication but STILL it rejects? its completely ridiculous. i understand its not your fault but stil.

@AskNationwide Disappointing that a loyal customer cannot make their account joint and it’s easier to move to a new bank as I can utilise the current account switch service for opening a new nationwide account.

@AskNationwide Nationwide.. as a 20+ year customer (i can verify this if you want).. are you going to block payments to #RBS alongside #Binance? RBS managed to con the UK taxpayers out of billions.. surely a scam like that should be blocked.. for my protection??

@AskNationwide Im DISGUSTED. Just spent 45minutes HOLDING because YOU blocked my card for fraud BS when its ME using it. THEN it hung up saying 'sorry noone is available, bye'. WTF is this? I want access to my card NOW. the incompetence is infuriating. SORT IT OUT.
