    @AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide Everybody else in my team through various banks has been paid and in the 11 years I have been with you have never been paid after 1am so there must be an issue. Looking at other users comments I am clearly no alone

    @AskNationwide where is my money. Is normally in by 1.30am. Very angry as I have bills to pay and a food shop that needs to be paid by 6am. And you have left me with no money. Nationwide are having too many problems at the moment and clearly it is time to change bank

    @AskNationwide everybody please screenshot the proof on here if nationwide lying all night saying there was no error and they've finally admitted after 3 hours there is an error. They've breached our contract with them .
