    @AskNationwide Hi, yes, it was just that I was on the website (phone credit) and I did hers immediately after mine, however it told me there was a problem processing payment. I have entered the details correctly, I'm sure of it.

    @AskNationwide If you class help as not communicating in a timely manner, leaving our mortgage chances in tatters, then to use a piece of snail mail as an excuse when everyone knows Royal Mail was backed up in December due to COVID! Atrocious service. Exact opposite of helpful
