    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide No thx. Just letting you know that you've still got IT issues relating to your payments in/out system problems and you should pass this on to your IT dept. I'm sure MIL isn't the only Nationwide customer affected.

    @AskNationwide just fyi, if you try to report your card lost on the mobile app to ask for a replacement, it asks you to confirm your identity using the card reader -which you need the Lost card to use - pls fix asap

    @AskNationwide Hi - Merry Christmas. I've had my wages hit my account twice - once on 24th and once today on 25th on bank hol. As FD where I work, I've checked work bank account and that only has the one payment coming out (thankfully) - is this an issue at your end?

    @tattooedandmad @AskNationwide Same thing happened to me few weeks back someone on here recommend @vaezil he help me recover my locked account In 30mins. His an expert.
