    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

    Hi @AskNationwide my son has a current acc with you, he’s going to Uni so has applied for a student account online. Paperwork has come today (dated 15th April!) but has a couple of errors on it. The form only says to sign if correct! Please advise what he needs to do. Thank you

    @AskNationwide I'm afraid your 'chat with us' feature on the website isn't currently working (click the 'Chat with us' button and it disappears, then nothing happens - there's an error in the console about it). I've tried a couple of browsers.

    @FelicityHannah @Moneybox My local @AskNationwide in Caversham closed down recently saying it was getting less use. Well of course it was. We were told to stay at home! My MP tried to help save it but they didn’t listen.

    @AskNationwide Is it ok to do that? The form doesn’t say to do that if it’s wrong, just says sign it if it’s correct. Didn’t want to change it in case it caused problems. Thank you
