As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

I can do it on my tablet fine but my phone literally only let's me tap in the first number and refuses to advance to the other two sections? Tried reinstalling, turning off phone. Any help appreciated.

JD🇬🇧 (@littlemissj74) reported@AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!
