excellent switching service from @AskNationwide (NOT) im in the middle of switching accounts and cant speak to someone even though its the option given on the set up letter. So far so bad - seriously reconsidering switching to them!!

@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@BZerbis You lot need to move to @AskNationwide , in 20+ years never had a problem including when transferring large sums of money
@AskNationwide thank you again nationwide, because of yet another system error from yourselves I’m currently down £249 which I need to pay bills. 8 calendar days waiting is not good enough for your error. You have 8 months to convince me why I should keep my account with you.
@The_GayDivorcee @AskNationwide Contact centre are useless, asked for help in a branch and was made to feel like I was stupid.. had to do GDPR request for card dispute which was like a sledgehammer to break a nut, I’m just looking to switch out but not had chance. The payments fiasco was unbelievable.
