@debrakidd Couldn’t agree more. My dad moved into a care home. Can’t change his address over the phone. No paper form. Can’t do it online because he’s never registered a mobile number to his account. He has to go to a branch: he’s bedbound but has capacity. Help @AskNationwide?

@AskNationwide I have a better idea! Why don't you just ask your IT team to fix it! Maybe you could ask Halifax and HSBC for some tips on how to make a functioning mobile app.
