@AskNationwide Are there plans to increase the interest rates. I currently have savings accounts with a number of banks, my 1 year triple access account is paying interest of 2.5 % with NW but your competitors are now all over 3%. Do I need to move elsewhere?

@AskNationwide The app doesn’t give me the opportunity to chose a date in the future, just comes up with pay now. Whereas on the website I can chose any date I want for the credit card payment

@F1UMPYPIGSKIN @AskNationwide @DWPgovuk Hi Ryan, tax isn't recorded on a credit report so this isn't something that we can help with I'm afraid. It may be worth speaking to your local citizens advice bureau who should be able to assist you with this. Kind regards Neil.

  • UnrulySonne Elle Jay (@UnrulySonne) reported

@AskNationwide Gov website requires number of account, sort code, and name(s) of account holders. It does not accept any format of our names we can think of so we cannot progress with claim for reimbursement. Branch is closed. Where can we find out?

  • Bazza_Cuda 🇹ʰᵉ 🅰️theist 🅱️uddhist™ (Baz) 🇬🇧🇺🇲🇫🇷♥️ (@Bazza_Cuda) reported

@AskNationwide I'll do that thanks. It seems something has been changed in the app with the 9th March update (presumably, the effective/displayed transaction date) without telling us that change was going to be made. I didn't have this problem on Sunday 26th Feb!

  • laurameowy Laurameowy (@laurameowy) reported

@AskNationwide I have, yes. I've finally managed to do it on the website but the app is having none of it 😬
