    @AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and Iโ€™m out of pocket. I was advised 30โ€™working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment Iโ€™ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @DebiEvansMatron @Vampfree1110228 @AskNationwide Agree re problems. Just been logged in to a Nationwide app chat โ€˜helpโ€™ line. No further forward after an hour. Just cancelled newly opened credit card account because of Nationwide abysmal admin.

    @AskNationwide Iโ€™ve just waited 20 minutes holding on the phone for help with your app and was told what to do and it didnโ€™t work. I now have an option. Ring again and waste another 20 minutes or tell the world how useless you are. Iโ€™ll go for the latter ๐Ÿคฌ
