    @AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

    Bus ride to nearest @AskNationwide Branch closed today due to ‘unforeseen circumstance’ Is this a code for; - Nationwide has made such drastic cut to staffing levels that they can no longer provide a service to to customers?

    @AskNationwide I understand the security element however it is seriously detrimental to the customer experience. Other banks use secondary passwords/phrases, 2FA, etc. Yet yours requires a physical device being on the person at all times ' just in case' it's needed. It's outdated.

    @AskNationwide can you tell@me if problem with online payments have tried to pay now 4 bills ranging from £15-£114 and all declined there is money in the account
