@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

@AskNationwide has there been any issues with direct debits lately? I just noticed my credit card d.d which is always taken on the 5th didn’t go this month. There is more than enough in my account. I just had to pay it myself but it was due today - fingers crossed no late fees 😫

@AskNationwide I've tried to use your (utterly useless) "message us" within app. Utterly pointless geeks!!!!!!! So, I want a simple answer. How do I close an account? Not one mention of this anywhere on the app. Frustrating is NOT the word I would use. Now help!!!!
