Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@AskNationwide please can you tell me why your Sawbridgeworth branch has dropped yet another opening day and is now only open on Thursdays and Fridays? Only as recently as May is was still opening on a Tuesday and, as a customer, I had no idea and was hoping to pay a cheque in

After just switching to @AskNationwide I’m very disappointed with the out dated website and app. Was hoping for good things but found myself switching to a better company.

Changed my bank to @AskNationwide . All went very well until it came to me needing to change my PIN. Went to my one and only branch, made a special journey only to find an out-of-order cash machine. Maybe a note on your website would help, on the branch page perhaps? 😠

@Greenwhitepurp1 @AskNationwide That's what I'm saying though, men overall are more likely to succeed if they can put in longer hours, travel etc. Whereas some women can't make that same level of commitment. Not all women but the ones that do bring down the average.

@AskNationwide I’ve tried that but it keeps saying ‘A problem occurred. Some of the information entered is incorrect.’ But it isn’t. I can’t find any information online and don’t see how you’ll be able to help me via tweet. I don’t know what to do.
