    @AskNationwide Ive done all that deleted app re installed and keeps saying service error when I try to log in, stop updating apps before you clear them as working properly, idiotic!

    @AskNationwide so I don't think the * is working. I tried it straight away, after choosing the first option, after choosing the second number, after entering one of my customer numbers, after giving a verbal answer to a question... oh wait, THEN it worked!

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide so tried obtaining funeral expenses from my late mum's account after being told by bereavement team I could get it from Cabot Circus it got Authorisation but your head office blocked all withdrawal seems you've gone back on what your website says
