Still waiting for complaint to be answered a month after their stated five day SLA response time expired. The very worst considering the impact of not getting mortgages sorted for people.

@AskNationwide so ive used my card today, absolutely fine. Go to use it a couple hours later and not only isnt it not working in the shop but not working in any ATMs.

@AskNationwide absolutely discussed with your service. You have said we missed a mortgage payment when we have not. This has been confirmed on the phone it’s YOUR error. But it’s now on our credit score. So many promises and non kept. The worry and stress you are causing is wrong
