@AskNationwide When is your Online Banking going to be working again. All day today it says "...we're unable to show you all your account info at the moment. ...you’ll be unable to make payments from accounts. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as we can."

@AskNationwide Me and my wife have a mortgage with Nationwide, but only I can access it online. Can she register a separate account? (and then apply for a Start to Save account). I already applied for a Start to Save account, but we'd like two of them (one for each) if possible.

@deec_101010 @MoneySavingExp The only reason I moved was the @AskNationwide letter stating benefits were ending and I should consider if I wanted to remain a customer! Thanks for the prompt as I had completely forgotten, but will be back in a year or two for more.

@AskNationwide It's fine I've finally got through but not a great experience. I called twice from 10.30pm til 2am this morning. Then from after 6am holding for 3 hours. Not good at all for an emergency service

@AskNationwide Hmm, what would help with cost of living for older borrowers? I know, letting them have access to the same prime mortgages as younger borrowers, with cheaper interest charges.
