    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide My mum can't get through she made a transfer from her savers to her current account when you where having issues and she still does not have her money in her account she has 2 kids and she can't get through to you
