@AskNationwide I’m in Cyprus and unable to withdrawal cash!! My wife and son have the same issue! What’s going on? Plenty of funds in all accounts, had to resort to withdrawing cash from credit card at great expense! Not an ideal end to our holiday!

@AskNationwide Well it isn't and it was Amazon and I know they wouldn't waste any time processing a transaction.. I'm sure this is to do with the issue you had yesterday.. please look into this and advise.

@AskNationwide I made a bank transfer this morning. It is showing on my acct, but not on the recipients acct. Is there a problem? Also a debit card txn from this morning is not showing in my pending txns. Is there a problem?

How about you stop virtue-signalling stuff like this and sort your failing IT systems instead. Absolutely fed up with being let down by you. Mutuality doesn't seem to work for me at least...

@AskNationwide is the issue now sorted? Only I still have 2 contactless payments which are not showing on my app as pending. I was told by nationwide yesterday that contactless can take longer to show but I’ve never known it take this long (one yesterday one Sunday afternoon).
