Can you please confirm from latest email, that the downstairs WC being outside temps is going to be investigated please?

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide Are there issues with payments into Nationwide this morning? My partner sent a faster payment from another bank 20 minutes ago and it hasn't been received in my account yet. I've also noticed other tweets complaining about similar issues.
