@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

Natwest need to piss off with the Approve in App ****. Can guarantee I'll do it and then the "I have approved" button times out and crashes the check out. Took me 10 attempts to get it work today for a measly £5 purchase 🙄

sick to ******* death of natwest taking money for a transaction, me checking my banking, seeing the money is gone, and then putting me in an overdraft cos they’ve taken it again?! being told “they don’t claim it till a few days later” so why have i never had this problem before?!

@BTC_Archive Natwest are heavily anti crypto, going as far as removing Any business that has anything to do with crypto taken off thier customer list and accts closed, Evil. I use Monzo digital bank, so far no issues, there is a list of UKbanks that are anti crypto but i dont have it to hand.
