Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@MartinSLewis the current NatWest switching service clearly stated that existing account holders could switch (from select to reward for instance) and still claim £150.00. As of this morning, they have reneged this. Letter to ombudsman on way.

@NatWest_Help Hi I have a long weekend in Poland next weekend. Went into online banking to advise you of the trip so card does not get blocked. I'm not able to use App as my phone (Huawei) is not supported. Have tried calling Natwest but can't help without me enrolling to

@Hu_barts @ClaiireBarker @BigIssue Fellow Natwest customer here. I also use Online Banking. Never once had to do that. When I lost my card and needed to change my address to have the new one sent to me directly, the most I had to do was provide some form of identification and 2 proofs of my new address. (1/2)

@cryptonobes1 @OpCryptoUK I'm with RBS part of Natwest, they pointblank refuse to allow your money to be uplifted to a Crypto Wallet. No such problem with Bank of Scotland, i use SwissBorg and love the simplicity.

@MartinSLewis When @NatWest agree they can see fraud on your Grandma's account, admit they're liable to reimburse but then say they can't even investigate officially because your Grandma has dementia and lacks the mental capacity to make decisions! Help!!

@JamesDelingpole I tried to support you today by giving you a monthly payment . I should have been suspicious when it said $10. I contacted NatWest to ask them to cancel this transaction which was charged as £9 on my card. Are you aware of a problem here?
