    @NatWest_Help getting a replacement card appears to be mission impossible with NatWest. Currently having a conversation in the app and the agent replies after one hour! What is your excuse @NatWest? Worst bank ever

    @sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

    @LBC If you ride a sports bike 750cc and above. It is practically impossible to ride at 20mph. You then become a danger trying your damdest trying to do so. And poo bags to NatWest giving a Male a year off for the newborn. Demetri Turin

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. ๐Ÿ™ˆ Do you want the money or not???

    My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help

    @ZackPolanski Never mind me just down voting the community notes that are willfully ignoring the very valid point. It you got arrested for running into NatWest and smashing up their display, charged for it, then got done for robbing the bank later with no jury or due process you'd kick off.

    @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. Weโ€™ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.

    @btcjvs Fixed rate ends August 31st this year, NatWest won't let us find and fix in until less than 120 days before rate ends๐Ÿ˜ฌ

    @give_me_caffine Worked with a guy in NatWest 1980's who was asked if he was a Welsh speaker by a well healed female customer said 'no, I've forgotten it all' She shunned him. Told me after that use was beaten out of him in school so his parents stopped using it at home & he just stopped using it

    It literally felt so ******* good to have a million pounds I checked my notifications and saw the NatWest transfer and it was euphoric. I genuinely thought it was real Iโ€™ve never had such a vivid dream. There was no weird **** happening

    @NatWest_Help Cont... the NatWest app lets me log in then I just get a blank screen. HMRC think the problem is with NatWest, as I can log in. I've been told it's not a known issue with you, but it's been happening to me for 2 weeks now. I've made several payments to HMRC this way before..cont.
