@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@KalsElaine My husband had a row in the NatWest a few weeks ago. To cut a long story short, they said they would have to put down that he 'declined' to tell them what he wanted the the money for. He told them to put what they want. None of their damned business.

@MoneySavingExp Help. @NatWest have declined my application to port my existing mortgage due to a “credit score issue” I am 2 years into a fixed 5 year deal at 1.6%. Credit score is clean 896 / 1000. Forcing me to take a new mortgage at higher rate and pay £4.5k exit fees!

Knowing all of this, why would anyone trust NatWest as a means or service for storing their saved earnings, winnings or Pension? They offer no advantage whatsoever, and actively treat customers with hostility and contempt; why does anyone put up with them when Bitcoin exists?

@YesterdaysBrit1 My father banked with Westminster bank because there was one near his office. When I needed a bank as a student it had become Natwest so I took out an account with them. Still a customer through inertia.
