Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  • LdnCinders
Joanne Timms (@LdnCinders) reported from Croydon, England

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

Aaron (@AyAyRon86) reported from Bexleyheath, England

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

  • miguelagviegas
Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  • XBerts
Bert (@XBerts) reported from Camberwell, England

@NatWest_Help getting a replacement card appears to be mission impossible with NatWest. Currently having a conversation in the app and the agent replies after one hour! What is your excuse @NatWest? Worst bank ever

  • XBerts
Bert (@XBerts) reported from Lambeth, England

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help NatWest decided to disable my account and my card. Called them only for them to put the phone down on me. I’m pregnant and I’ve had a procedure done so unable to even to go to the branch. Disgusting. Now I have no money.

    Ruthiechristianmedia.com (@ruthiemo2) reported

@MartinSLewis I opened two natwest accounts for two of mine for child trust fund by government. I forgot about them. I went to track them down and natwest said they could not find the accounts.

@fierce_content I use FreeAgent for what you've described above and I was able to submit my self assessment through the FreeAgent site itself, which was handy. Haven't used Xero so can't compare. FreeAgent is free through my banking (NatWest).

@CryptoSeq @coinbase What bank do you use? Natwest are garbage for blocking crypto deposits

  • Mac1965
    Steve McGuiness (@Mac1965) reported

I've been with @NatWest over 30 years. Won't be much longer! Does anyone have a good long-term experience (especially customer services) with any bank?

@NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness The Business is now in the liquidation process. If it had had the correct support since lockdown it might have been able to garner some decent contracts but NatWest just failed to appreciate the opportunity. A general lack of support & some obtuse bureaucracy didn't help

  • faithy18
    Faith Williams (@faithy18) reported

@NatWest_Help what a disgrace you’re bereavement team are. The amount of errors you’ve made following my Dads passing. It is a difficult time without the extra stress you are causing my family. Such a shame after my Dad worked for NatWest for much of his working career.

  • PropertyCohort
    PropertyCohort (@PropertyCohort) reported

Effective from today (31st January), NatWest has announced it will make further rate reductions on new and existing customer products. New business purchases will see rates lowered by up to 15bps and selected 2 and 5 year deals lowered by 12bps. Remortgages will go down by 24bps.

@NatWest_Help why can't I choose HSBC to make a Payit payment to my Natwest account when they are part of the Payit banks according to your own website?

  • JDEdwards86
    James Edwards (@JDEdwards86) reported

Just heard that NatWest group now give 6 months paternity leave - 12 was full pay, 12 was 90% (I think?) then down to stat. Goals. The National ‘Elf could learn a few things. 2/2
