@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

  • XBerts Bert (@XBerts) reported from Camberwell, England

@NatWest_Help getting a replacement card appears to be mission impossible with NatWest. Currently having a conversation in the app and the agent replies after one hour! What is your excuse @NatWest? Worst bank ever

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • maggieinlondon Maggie - wear a mask 💙🏳️‍🌈🌱 (@maggieinlondon) reported from Wandsworth, England

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

  • JackHead95 Jack Head (@JackHead95) reported from Richmond, England

‘You’re suggesting I take out a loan, to deal with a cash flow issue resulting from NatWest’s incompetence?’ ‘No, I didn’t say that. The lending team can do all sorts of things’ Right… 11/

  • XBerts Bert (@XBerts) reported from Lambeth, England

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  • DemetriTurin Demetri Turin (@DemetriTurin) reported from Bromley, England

@LBC If you ride a sports bike 750cc and above. It is practically impossible to ride at 20mph. You then become a danger trying your damdest trying to do so. And poo bags to NatWest giving a Male a year off for the newborn. Demetri Turin

Mortgage rates have been on one hell of a journey. Eighteen months ago the average five-year fix was 6.85%. This week it’s 4.85%. A 1% shift in mortgage rates gives buyers roughly 10% more purchasing power. Twenty major lenders have cut rates in the last few days. NatWest now has a two-year fix at 3.62%.

  • therealhostman James Smith (@therealhostman) reported

@TheSecretAcct I held Lloyd and NatWest, consolidated in to NatWest, at one point I was down something daft like 40%, just kept holding… I’m now up 120% 👍 It’s mostly about just staying invested, don’t try to game the market

  • 88SharonChapman Sharon Chapman (@88SharonChapman) reported

@NatWest_Help Due to disability discrimination by NatWest refusing me reasonable adjustments to communicate non-verbally with their fraud team a fraud block that most people could have just called and got lifted has resulted in our Christmas orders being cancelled. No Xmas 4 us

  • bobito18 iam_jerrybobi (@bobito18) reported

@Bestocrat @InquireAtNaija This is same problem I am facing. Mine has been 6months now. I have sent another postal order to them and now the team has suddenly stopped replying dms. I have a job with NatWest bank pending ID verification for weeks now. How hard can it be to send a passport?

👉🏿 Are thinking of opening an account with a bank? If you are, I will advise you to think twice before opening an account with @NatWest_Help - Their settings for online banking are not user-friendly, and if you ever managed to speak to a human, they’re never willing to help you. Remember think twice before opening an account with #NatWest

  • RichardTemplem2 Richard Templeman (@RichardTemplem2) reported

@SusiePeaceCora @ox_anna29 Given you mention the banking industry, worth noting shares & dividends in Lloyds & NatWest are still down 60-80% (without including inflation) from their 2008 peaks… Got any evidence that it “increasingly goes to the greedy”? We have the most progressive income tax in Europe.
