Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • miguelagviegas Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NaMoStadium @BCCI Because of Ganguly and Dravid's slow approach, India lost many matches. Natwest and all, thanks to Kaif & Yuvi. India had a good team with Sachin, Sehwag, Yuvi, Kaif, but they were led by Ganguli and Dravid, who wasted ball after ball. Otherwise, they should have won more games.

  • Taffouna25 Frankie Rose (@Taffouna25) reported

@CromwellStuff I closed an account with NatWest a few months ago. They questioned me, asked if I wanted to transfer the money into another bank, then wanted to know what the money was for. Told them it was none of their business & to write that down.

  • NathanDockray Nathan Dockray 🐍 (@NathanDockray) reported

NatWest might be the worst customer service company I’ve ever used… all I want to know is if my new card is being sent or not. 5 hours later… @NatWest_Help

  • enrdmjayao J (@enrdmjayao) reported

@NatWest_Help Hello - are Natwest Invest log-in details different to the details used to log-in to the standard Online Banking? Using the same details on both and it doesn't seem to work on Invest. I can only access Invest by logging into OB first, and then clicking on Invest.

  • TSJLman Heatlie (@TSJLman) reported

@NatWest_Help NatWest app was not allowing me in with biometrics this morning, and now it’s not allowing me to transfer money. Help ASAP!

@NatWest_Help Hi Lauren, thanks your reply. I would like to know if this is normal for NatWest to send CD’s to their customers. I’m not sure how my details would help in this matter.

  • sfm666 scottM (@sfm666) reported

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help NatWest owns METTLE business bank app. It is a fraud, mettle is keeping money from legitimate sources and denying transactions for its customers. BEWARE you are being scammed. I am now forced to go to FCA to try and access my own money..

  • BREDRIANO Bredriano (@BREDRIANO) reported

@NatWest_Help Hi, could anyone please answer to my simple question? Is this a normal practice from NatWest to send CD’s to their customers home? Yes or No. I do not think having my name or bank details will help you to answer my simple question.
