    @NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    @NatWest_Help watching my mum have issues with her account has made me to never bank with NatWest. She can't check account balance, use the app, withdraw cash because it's all blocked? She went in branch yesterday and even the Staff couldn't unblock it and couldn't even (1/2)

    @HMRCcustomers I didn’t ask to re issue, I did try to contact HRMC but couldn’t. I am currently in India that is why i am asking for bank transfer to my natwest bank. If you want i can share my NIN number and all the details as well for smooth process.

    To opt out of the Nat West carbon footprint. Steps to disable the carbon footprint tracker 👇👇 Log in to the NatWest mobile app. Navigate to the "Spending" section at the bottom of your screen. Tap on "Settings". Select "Manage My footprint". Slide the toggle to the left to opt out of the service.

    Overdrawn no fault of my own !!! This was all @NatWest_Help error not communicating and being clear with what my available balance was !! Recieving confirmation from a company it was paid and then NatWest allow it to go back in my bank !!

    @NatWest_Help I am ok to have a credit card with NatWest but not a current account, go figure that one out. #natwest Don't contact me to tell me to contact customer service. I have already appealed the automated decision not to open my account. This is to inform other customers

    @JamesHorsn37033 @AttleeSarah80 Most major banks allow bankrupts to open a basic account, including Barclays, Santander, HSBC, Nationwide, TSB, Lloyds (and its subsidiaries like Halifax and Bank of Scotland), and NatWest. Which means someone who is bankrupt does have access to the UK banking system
