  @sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

  @_mcderpy @Frances_Coppola I’ve been a NatWest customer for 20 years and never been affected by any downtime. I remember them having direct debit issues a few years ago maybe, but it didn’t affect me and as I understand it was a technical issue not a running out of money and robbing people issue.

  @asphodelmoon We had the same with NatWest that carried on even when we left them! 😔 we have an IVA for our debts that NatWest accepted/agreed too and then they started sending letters/phoning daily and it’s awful isn’t it. Makes you feel ill. Hope you’re okay 🤍

  @Gemma_Fox We're working towards the 15th! (All being well). The thing slowing us down is closing the Natwest Help to Buy ISA; no shortage of irony that it's the very thing not helping us to buy...

  Not a day goes by we’re I’m not glad I use Monzo as my current account. Just had to deal with NatWest and it was slow, complicated & generally ****. Also couldn’t help.

  @NatWest_Help i tried to withdraw cash from Natwest Southampton city center ATM, but machine didnt dispense cash, but my non natwest acc debited, and there was no help from the branch personnel. This is not acceptable and very poor customer service.

  @NatWest_Help your ‘customer service’ unbelievably rubbish. Sending flowers doesn’t make up for unsympathetic and incompetent service agents. Disgusted with @natwest - I would never bank with this company and I’m gutted to have to deal with them now in my time of grief

  @UberEats I was due a refund which was supposedly processed on 21/05 which still hasn’t arrived in my bank. I have called NatWest who have said you need to help with this query. Please advise

  @sbrec_ @Nick__Howe Nick our business challenge is changing staff access to out business account with staff moving on. NatWest system to do this online has 4 highly intelligent people struggling and an international bank loosing documents that it has confirmed receipt off!!!!
