@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@santanderuk currently on holiday in Cuba and have been unable to access my online banking since last Thursday.... While my wife a NatWest customer can use their online service within 10 seconds? Currently on hold for 15mins to UK customer service @£2.50 per minute 👍🏾

I never claimed it would sink Brit banking, merely that Brits were acting in complete self interest- contrary to the garbage you implied. Btw, India will overtake UK in 5th shortly. @NatWest_Help I am afraid the mobile app or ‘need help’ icons are not what we need now. It requires an actual human pressing a button to refund my friend’s money without any penalty charges. NatWest has held it now since the beginning of June. Enough is enough.
