@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

@Vernia I had a similar problem with my bank NatWest. I was transferring just £2k to my foreign bank account which is also in my name as I was travelling there for holiday with my family. The bank got the fraud team to contact me and after a 30min call verifying who I am with tons of questions and why I need to send the money abroad, they said that they won’t approve the transfer as “you are a victim of fraud and you do not know it”!

@NatWest_Help terrible service from NatWest. I’ve been waiting for a response to my complaint that could have been easily resolved. Now having to go through the Ombudsman as I have an account that can’t be used due to be given incorrect information.

@Vernia Had the same issues with a Natwest at one point told me i could not have my money in cash i threatened to move my business and personal accounts elsewhere they released my money. They are trying to act like the they are the inland revenue-police- fraud squad. It is none of their business what you do with your money. They are being controlled by outside influences. They do not want a cash society they want to have everything controlled electronically so they can watch everything you spend. We must fight it cash is king.

@NatWest_Help My experience with Cora on other issues has been a complete waste of time and got nowhere. Indeed when i went into a Natwest branch in London on Tuesday there were quite a few people saying the same thing.

@PP53Ir @TheSecretAcct I refused to go bankrupt and ended up settling 60% of the bank liability in the end. Got a bit of help from George Osborne via Robert Jenrick (no less) with the Natwest negotiations! It was the only time my Government have helped me in my life!
