@nc8tz97rgv @wideawake_media I withdrew £5,000 from Natwest last year no problem. The clerk did ask me the reason and I said it was because of security concerns, in case my account gets hacked into etc. The clerk called the bank manager to the desk and he approved it straight away. No issues.

@Ticketer_UK @BeeNetwork Hi. Whenever I try to use my Natwest and/or Nationwide bank debit cards, they keep getting declined despite I have money in both bank accounts. I didn’t have money in both bank accounts when cards were getting declined. This is when issue first happened.

@NatWestGroup 17 mins on hold to the natwest credit card fraud line, wtf? And the bloody natwest app doesn’t provide any assistance other than an automated bot. That’s shocking customer service. Or rather, that is zero customer service.
