Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

@Darren_med32 @yorkshirekenny @BernieSpofforth If you have a natwest Bank account it's there. You might have to ask a younger member of your family to help. I asked my daughter to help as had seen this on here. We turned it off. Sorry if this is not very helpful.

@muddymuddymum We were with NatWest and had awful service from them. The best thing we ever did was move to a bank called Handelsbanken. No branches just offices. You get to speak to someone directly. It’s like old fashioned banking. Even went for drinks there yesterday afternoon to catch up.

7 calls, an hour plus waiting on hold, multiple online chats and Natwest Bank cannot issue a simple confirmation letter. Closing my account after 19 years. Seems there's much better services out there. Sorry @NatWest_Help / @NatWestGroup / @NatWestBusiness

@nigelmtaylor You are right. They have almost totally retreated from the high street. My high street once had Barclays, Natwest, Lloyds and HSBC. Now it’s just natwest. I am of the opinion that the big banks need to be broken up. I think mr Hunts proposed reforms are a mistake.

@NatWest_Help brother has been a victim of identity fraud, call centre won’t help as ‘He’s not a NatWest customer’ and hung up…you’re happy to keep a fraudulent account open and ruin an innocent persons credit score at the same time? SHOCKING. @FSCS

@NatWest @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup Problems trying to approve amount when online purchasing even though I have sufficient funds. The helplines totally frustrating because on each numerous occasion to talk to someone, calls kept dropping at their end! Too busy to go to branch!
