  Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

  @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

  Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

The acquisition transforms NatWest Group's financial planning and investment management capabilities, and it is expected to generate pre-revenue synergies of 20%, increasing fee income and boosting exposure to the structurally higher growth UK wealth market.   @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

  NatWest - your support for elderly people is so bad! You have very little empathy for relatives & you just don’t listen to those trying to help & resolve a problem. Call after call is the same! It’s like talking to a brick wall!

  My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help

  @NatWest_Help customer service at natwest is dead. Got a platinum account that's useless. The insurance it comes with is worthless. Rang to complain, and they transferred me to the insurer I was complaining about. They tried to fob me off by transferring me to someone else. Joke.
