@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

@thom_dorke @FishMcneill @bobmatt Part of my job at NatWest in 87 was cleaning the ATMs after the weekend. Took it in turns with the other newbie’s. One Monday one came back & said some ***** bastard had spewed over it before the screen came down & it was a Chinese spew. I rather proudly told them it was me.

@MusticlesTGreat @NatWest_Help Try using a VPN to connect to UK. Happened to me recent trip to California. Not a NatWest issue but USA networks have some sort of DNS based protection that might tamper with NatWest app certificates.

@k1610baker I use the Natwest app. Never been asked to use anything other than PIN to login and carry out banking transactions - even ones for more than £500.

@mikegalsworthy Ah, Natwest. The bank that says they will investigate an error, freezes your account and then shuts it down without telling you. They were wrong then and are wrong now.

@M1k3_16 but I bet you'll be in the shop over the bank holiday, businesses have to continue to run, staff have various options such as working alternative days or holidays just like any other business, might be a bank hol but natwest will have staff working.

@NatWest_Help After 30 years with NatWest my account has been blocked. I have had no notification from the bank, I have no access to my funds,and I am now incurring costs for direct debits not being paid, and I have no means of paying every day living costs

Is there anyone else out there who having constant issues with payments issues with natwest bank?. Despite me logging fraudulent on my account today at 3 pm its still happening really feel our banks have went down hill. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup

@NatWest_Help Terrible experience in NatWest Maldon today , went home and phoned to complain , after 50 minutes on hold I gave up . Time to change banks , only been with you 40 years………..
