    Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

    Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

    @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

    Hey @withplum and @NatWest_Help I'm trying to relink my accounts using my phone, but whenver the Plum app redirects me to the Natwest app for authorisation all I get is a white screen. Have rebooted phone and reinstalled Natwest app, still doesn't work. Help?

    @DereckCoatney Bro, in 2000 I was working for Natwest/RBS…my buddy was, and is still working for Steve Cohen…he told me Dow 34k projection in 20 years… he’s expecting a 50-70% drop by 2022… Then Dow 100k… Buckle up…

    @NatWest_Help I can’t access bankline. The NatWest website says it’s running normally. I have tried to call bankline twice and both times I’ve been hung up on before speaking to someone. Will this be resolved soon? You should update your website too!

    @NatWest_Int @NatWest_Help when will your natwest international ibanking web services will be up and running? The whole website is down and I am unable to make any transactions. The sevice reps were particularly unhelpful over the phone.

    @kejamieson_ @snaprep I left HSBC in 2009 , they were useless, I was on £49K and had a crappy Griffin Saver type account, so moved to NatWest. Opposite problem now, charged huge amounts for OD facility and have pittance of a war pension. The digital assistant thing (Cora) is useless too.

    I should note this issue only affects Natwest and Santander nether site loads for me on Firefox/Chrome without me using a VPN (though wd could access Natwest via the android Mobile banking app) not that we bank elsewhere but I tested other banks which had no issues getting to

    @yorkshirebank @VirginMoney As a customer off 27 years.. I have now moved to natwest as its the only bank really that's left open to me locally as your branch has now closed and alot off vulnerable people don't use online banking. What a shame. Goodbye.
