Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Advert, #NatWest have an account aimed at children called Rooster account costing £1.99 a month. I thought bank accounts where free in this country. Maybe this is the beginning of charging for bank accounts. Once you charge it always goes up, never down. @NatWestGroup

NatWest to stop crypto payments. My bank virgin money stopped me a couple of months ago for my safety haha so I swapped banks now I feel safe. Humm mabe I need to check if more are going down this road. They was still happy to take money from crypto exchange tho .

Just logged onto my Natwest mobile banking account. It says it's having service updates until Sunday. Never seen that before - me thinks it's nothing to do with service updates and everything to do with the state of the sector.
