  Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

  @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

  Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.   @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

  @HMRCcustomers Hi - is there a problem making payments on the app with NatWest? Been trying to pay for 3 days but keep getting blank screen on NatWest app after logging in to authorise payment. I do suspect it's a NatWest problem but I know how busy you are atm so maybe it's you

  @NatWest_Help Hi Mikyla - thanks, I'm still having the same problem I'm afraid. I've just tried again now to make a payment to HMRC through their app but unfortunately, after their app transfers me to the NatWest app to approve the payment, I log in, then just get a blank screen. The ... cont.

  @NatWest_Help NatWest, your customer service is terrible. 40mins on the phone line then got cut off. Don’t you think if your customer will need to card reader to do bank transfer, you should just automatically send them one, not having to climb a ducking mountain just to get one?

  @Feargal_Sharkey @NatWestGroup It was the public authorities that delayed it that long you halfwit. The plans were formed in 1940s (public control) The land was bought in 1975 (public control) Plans were dropped in 1976 after a Public Inquiry on the back of NIMBYism (public ownership) Plans were revised in the mid 90s and not pursued as there was not sufficient identified demand. Mid West water only merged with SE water in 2007 so the history has nothing to do with them. Nat West's Pension Fund owns a 25% stake, not NatWest. Plans were revised in 2013 and hit the usual barrier - locals, NIMBYs and organised groups have been campaigning against it for decades. So sure, it's all down to the evil privatised companies
