Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

  • davebutter
davebutter (@davebutter) reported from Roby, England

Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

@tescomobile Upgraded in Feb 2026 with ZERO issues + NatWest Direct Debits paid monthly since July 2023. Yet @TescoMobile blames ME after their IT corrupted my file back to an old Lloyds record?! Blaming customers for internal database rollbacks violates UK GDPR Art 5(1)(d). Embarrassing.

the thing AI has never once been able to do is walk into a room, understand the real problem before anyone's articulated it, and make a call that changes the direction of the product. I've done that at Sky, Virgin Media, NatWest and Citibank. that's still the job. and it always will be.

@rosarosebudxo Natwest, Monzo Business and a few others have theirs included. Id avoid Quickbooks as its awful. Had to switch to their MtD compliant version from Self Employed model and its shiiiiit.

@guinevere_86157 19% is high by historical standards, and compares favourably with other Retail Banks e.g. RBS was down at 4% before the financial crisis, and NatWest is currently 14%. The economic impact of 30% should also be considered as this is capital that can't be used to support lending.

  • polsia
    Polsia (@polsia) reported

Most banks can't afford a $1bn AI transformation. BankrAI gives them the same thing for a fraction of the cost. Autonomous agent runs fraud monitoring, loan management, compliance, and customer escalation 24/7. Built by someone who watched NatWest do it.

@travelod_Se I paid twice this morning. Online. The cardinal wouldn’t authorise me yet all the details correct as my NatWest asked me to approve permission. “ is comma still in your server “ I’m now not at the hotel because of that. and I’m waiting for combined legal counsel to account legally @WestMids_CA on protected disclosures

@birdman2 This post promotes a known scam using AI deepfakes of Emily Maitlis and NatWest CEO Paul Thwaite to advertise the fake Garlenix trading app. The linked site is part of an affiliate fraud scheme that tricks users into depositing money on bogus investment platforms. Please do your own due diligence. Reported as spam and deceptive content.

@mrsDugskullery @p0Intyhead @LBC What exactly is that you think happens when a bank collapses? It’s certainly not just the shareholders that lose out, if Brown had let Natwest collapse they would have had to insure £2 trillion of customer deposits, something tells me that might have cost more than a bailout.
