@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@tonythorne007 @Samfr I’ve discussed it all with him directly. He remains clueless/oblivious as to why allowing RBS to take over NatWest was a really terrible idea (and plenty of people told him so at the time). He was Chief Sec to the Treasury when he and Brown approved the t/o.

@NatWest_Help @RBS_Help I’d like to thank James Kempton in Natwest Lincoln for his help sorting my Aunts RBS accounts out that RBS have failed to do since contacting them in Jan, along with numerous phones calls and promises to get it sorted. James did what 5 RBS staff failed in!
