Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

Thank you, Paul — I truly appreciate your support. The core anomaly in the judgment is simple but devastating: NatWest Bank either had valid authority to issue Bankers Draft No. 111111 600012 05977380 — debited to my account on 16 May 1985 and made payable on demand to O.M. Marks & Co — or it did not. There is no ambiguity. This is a binary question of fact: Yes or No. If No, then the bank draft was unauthorised, the £25,000 debit was unlawful, and NatWest’s defence has no legal foundation. The refusal of the Court to compel an answer to this question — or to require a reply to my sworn affidavit reply to its further and better particulars of defence pleadings — amounts to a deliberate suppression of truth and a 35 year denial of justice. Fraud unravels everything

@NatWest_Help Hi, to apply for a Natwest Credit Card the application asks me for my Natwest Acc No or to Log in to Online Banking, for which I need the same, even though I did indicate I'm no a current customer. Eh? A Catch 22!

@steviweavi NatWest were very reluctant to cancel this payment for me. I've never asked for it before ever. Nationwide told me that they had a lot of people with same issue. When a firm does this sort of thing, I never use them again or any similar schemes elsewhere.

If you’re tempted to do the @NatWest switching offer for £200 — don’t bother. Two hours on their support chat and still I don’t have my sort code or account number, or my customer number. They don’t email or post any of these “minor” details.
