Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

@BarclaysUKHelp I'll ask her. She isn't on here, prefers Instagram. She really doesn't want to leave Barclays, I offered to get her an account at Natwest as I'm with Coutts which would sort that. She turned me down, so thats loyalty.

Having such a painful time with NatWest 😔 I’ve got a B1 for my EWS. Same for every other building in my block. Yet they won’t accept it - they insist on one form covering every building. Fire engineers refuse saying not required by @RICSnews #buildingsafetycrisis

@NatWest_Help is a shocking bank. I don’t even bank with them but the frustration watching my partner having a problem every other week is infuriating. Thank gosh for @HalifaxBank they rarely have issues to the extent NatWest do. It’s insane.
