Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@ScottMcGready The banks really don't help themselves (or us) though. A few weeks ago, I needed to setup an Executor account with NatWest (who I already bank with). Setup a new a/c online and then had to go into a branch to confirm it was really me and give them paperwork.

@VirginMoney Original transfer form completed to move coventry isa to virgin isa. That was fine. Topped up with cash from BACS from natwest to my virgin isa as directed on your website. Did not use an app at all.

@NatWest_Help @Stallulah2 NATWEST had no grounds whatsoever to deny me access to MY MONEY. What on earth is the world coming to when a genuine law abiding individual who works for a living pays thousands in VAT & TAX to HMRC is then subject to being denied access to his own money. @itvMLshow NatWest Child trust fund are impossible. My son and I had tried for a long time spending hours on the phone unable to get through. Online didn’t work. Asking for ID that doesn’t exist for 18 year olds. Proof of utility bill etc. my son gave up and had over £800 in his

@PeppeSan_ What are you looking for from a card? Amex has some benefits and discount offers. They also have cashback. I don’t really use it but should. If I used it an not my NatWest card, I would have lots more cashback tbh. I like it for certain event access.

@traceykemp78 @MartinLewis @NatWest Had the same problem. Hours on phone. Online system doesn’t work. Then started asking for utility bills as proof of ID. He’s 18 and disabled! We gave up. They made it impossible to get your money. Over £800 lost.

I know the whole thing is ****, but just imagine everyone doing the same thing but to the banks. Everyone in the UK suddenly rushed to HSBC, Natwest and Virgin to withdraw all their cash. They'd ban withdrawals too. Heck, they have in the past.

@natwest your Mastercard Commercial credit card app ClearSpend is about much use as a chocolate fire guard and also trying to get through to Customer Services is another joke the wait time to get through is far too long but that you get with staff working from home
