Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@NatWest_Help Natwest the bank that chose to freeze then close my account, i was not i debt to the bank in fact had more then enough money in it, my crimb i bought some new furniture for my new home. For this the bank refused to talk to me. If i where your customer i would get out fast.

@NatWest_Help what in the world is going on with NatWest online service for new business accounts? As you flatly refuse to open a new account in person it has taken me and co directors since early June to get - well, nowhere as yet. A tech glitch with the adobe service maybe?

@Funky_Cat11 @PeterSweden7 They have started doing this in the UK. @NatWest have this on their app. Its creepy and obviously voluntary atm but I'm thinking of pulling my account and banking elsewhere if this is the direction of travel. Any bank that doesnt offer this service..??

@virginmedia @staylorscotland I’ve had terrible times with Virgin. 😡 They’re still trying to take money from me after I closed my Virgin account 10 years ago! Natwest reimbursed me several times after Virgin repeatedly took my money: Virgin is still at it. Who wants to deal with a corrupt organisation??

@packwoodtoday I can completely understand your frustrations, through social media we are not able to arrange callbacks which is why we haven't offered this for you. Through Webchat on the Natwest website we have mortgage advisors who can speak with who may be able to arrange a call back 1/2
