    Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

    Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

    @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

    Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

    @EllardKing My 1.45% 5yr fix ends 31.08.26. NatWest new offer received last Friday, is 5.02%. ‘Only’ £250 more per month so lucky compared to some, but that’s £3K per year, less I can save/invest. I agree that the 4/5% mark is closer to what I should expect so time to get used to it.

    @NatWest_Help I did that, and they said I needed to speak to NatWest bank not the investment line. They transferred me through to an automated service that didnt understand what it was I was trying to get through to. So I gave up.

    How tf can #Natwest reject my driving licence for being too blurry when their website automatically takes the picture for you once the card is in focus & in the correct position. Just waited an hour to be verified to be told no because they chose to apparently take a blurry pic.

    When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

    @afneil Almost like you deliberately choose to misinterpret something. If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined. Working in a bank doesn’t just mean Decaprio in wolf of Wall Street.

    @NatWestBusiness Been a NatWest business customer for 25 years my new manager rang me I imagined he was going to visit my premises and get to know me & my company but NO NatWest has stopped mangers visiting business customers!!. Digital meetings😡😡😡 box ticking for them😡👎🏼
