    @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

    Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

    @NatWest_Help For the last few days I have been unable to login to the Natwest mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. The Natwest logo just rotates constantly forever. I can login using my Samsung Galaxy S8 mobile phone. Has something changed? Please advise.

    My new debit card finally arrived. And then Natwest, hilarious trolls that they are, e-mail me to say they notice I haven't started using my new credit card yet. NO **** SHERLOCK! I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! WOULD LOVE TO USE IT! PLEASE PUT THROUGH LETTERBOX SO CAN SPEND!

    @NatWest_Help @decappeal Don’t bank with NatWest. I’m abroad and they cancelled my card so they could switch it to a Mastercard so they could save themselves some money. I’m 3500 miles from home with no access to my money and they won’t stop it. I’m moving to @StarlingBank

    @NatWest_Help absolutely appalling customer service, trying to make a purchase in a shop, you’ve declined a transaction then bounced me between different departments, so far have been on the phone for 45 minutes. If you want frictionless transactions I’d advise not using NatWest
