@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWest_Help just cancelled my bank card after suspecting a shop worker may have been trying to write down my card number when showing it as ID. It seems unsafe that my name, card details and security code are now all together on the back of the card. Could Natwest change this?

@NatWest_Help Natwest refusing to help after money missing from my account. We tried to set up a dispute claim. They have emailed on do not reply email saying a case as not been set up because our details are wrong. The case was made at a Natwest Branch with assistance of staff.

@ohmydoshUK 2/2 Revolut or Monzo banks, so I gave them a Natwest account, apparently cashout takes 2-3 working days. This was the 3rd, it is now the 11th with zero pending payments into my bank

@NatWest_Help nearly 3 weeks now I have been trying to register a POA. Your smart forms don’t work. It’s impossible to speak to anyone and the webchat is useless. My local branch has closed down. This is shameful service NatWest. A great lesson to never bank with you.
