Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

@MahyarTousi I had a problem with my bank (NatWest) never mind what. So, get on the phone totally and utterly pointless! Ended up driving 35 miles each way to get the simple thing sorted out! I live in Aberdeenshire! FGS don’t ask NatWest to organise anything!

Waiting to pay large abouts of cash into my account, Have to wait in the 1st room rather than the cashier room because of privacy! WTF #natwest what privacy, I'm standing 20ft away, no privacy before covid so why now. Absolute nonsense, 2 cashiers on duty yet only 1 active !

@NatWest_Help I've done everything I can to help my little sister access her CTF. NatWest are really making it near to impossible for these young ones to access THEIR accounts! Can someone get back to me about this as we've been to the bank and called every possible number !!!

@NatWest_Help - you have a call back service so you don't need to que for 20 mins. As soon as someone hangs ups, Natwest calls back service immediately calls back and keeps you on the line for 20 mins. Care to explain the logic? #fail

@NatWest_Help @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Yes and I had to wait a long time before being able to speak to the Fraud team and getting the payment released. I know a lot of other Natwest/RBS customers having this problem - of legitimate payments made to this specific savings account *continually* being blocked. Frustrating

I still can't log in to the NatWest app despite it being three days and I can no longer log in on the website because I need to do a security check with the card reader. I know, 2022 and still using a card reader 😑 but both the card and reader have yet to arrive.
