Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help NatWest owns METTLE business bank app. It is a fraud, mettle is keeping money from legitimate sources and denying transactions for its customers. BEWARE you are being scammed. I am now forced to go to FCA to try and access my own money.

@Logical1966 @michael03576675 Aaron NatWest have a machine you chuck coins into and it goes onto your bank card do Barclays not have one I poured £307 in there in 2019 for my nieces (more than one niece) spending money when they went to Spain. No problems A bank surely can’t turn someone away

@NatWestGroup customer for 25years. Experian - 999. ClearScore - 947. Salary £60k. £15k 5yr loan from NatWest , 9.9%. Google came back with @RateSetter £2.8%. Saving of approx £2800, and the money was in my account the next day. Screw you NatWest. Thank you @RateSetter

@rrrrison @NatWest_Help @Harry2671 Come on NatWest - if I’m not mistaken, just like Santander you too store the customer’s PIN in your app. You decided on allowing that, not your customers. Please reconsider that feature - it’s unnecessary and is a golden ticket for fraudsters.
