  Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

  @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

  @santanderukhelp I would have gone to my bank with the information required, but it’s one of many that has been closed. With mobility problems and poor health, I cannot travel farther to another branch. Think I will be moving my finances to Natwest.

  @Blokeonabike2 @RupertLowe10 I quit Natwest years ago for their atrocious service. Took me years to close an empty ISA despite contacting them several time. I opened a personal account with Starling so I could have a business account with them. Comes with free, simple invoicing/bookkeeping system too.

  “How can a gora hit me?” A heated dressing-room clash between Sehwag & John Wright during the 2002 NatWest Series. “I had been dismissed playing big shots in the last three-four outings. He asked me what happened. I told him, ‘that gora hit me. How can a gora hit me?’” Rajeev Shukla later intervened to calm the situation (with the help of Sachin Tendulkar) with Sehwag insisting on an apology before reconciling.

  @PaulReadGB @LifeThruSpecs Credit cards carry insurance by law. They don't like it, and might even claim it's not true. But squirrelled away in a dark corner of their website is a crappy little form to fill in so they can begrudgingly comply with their legal obligations (been there, done it with NatWest).

  @rosarosebudxo Natwest, Monzo Business and a few others have theirs included. Id avoid Quickbooks as its awful. Had to switch to their MtD compliant version from Self Employed model and its shiiiiit.

  @CoachDebs_spa lol NatWest are ****. If it wasn’t for my DD they would be gone. Most high street banks now are ******* useless. You can’t do anything with your own money without handing over your inside leg measurement
