    Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

    @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

    Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

Their “legal system” allows them to scam a person with a banana stand in a slum. It’s more moral that a country allow NatWest for a working-class person to inflate their lifestyle.

    Just moved another £3,000 into my NS&I Premium Bonds. It came from money sitting in my NatWest account that I kept dipping into whenever I needed it. I’ve now only got around £1,000 left in that account, with another £2,000 salary due tomorrow. The idea is simple: if the money isn’t sat in my current account, I’m less tempted to transfer it back and spend it.     the thing AI has never once been able to do is walk into a room, understand the real problem before anyone's articulated it, and make a call that changes the direction of the product. I've done that at Sky, Virgin Media, NatWest and Citibank. that's still the job. and it always will be.

    I did exactly that with NatWest and got an apology and compensation. (Think it was £100) Clearly an issue with training that needs highlighting.

    @give_me_caffine Worked with a guy in NatWest 1980's who was asked if he was a Welsh speaker by a well healed female customer said 'no, I've forgotten it all' She shunned him. Told me after that use was beaten out of him in school so his parents stopped using it at home & he just stopped using it
