@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 @MetroBank_Help They said if I make a significant change to my Metrobank mortgage, like increasing my loan, my mortgage becomes a "Natwest mortgage" and I get online access. So I don't have a Metrobank mortgage but I don't have a Natwest morgage. What do I have then?! A downgraded experience.

@treezbee @NatWest_Help @TravelCTM_UK I am having the same problem. They are more bothered about payments than getting citizens back to the UK it seems as I have no other bank apart from Natwest and because they don't comply with psd2 I can't get my booking confirmed.

Shout out to Mark at NatWest for great customer service this morning. Really helpful. Owned the issue end to end across departments and product lines, called back promptly with final resolution. Educated me on their processes so I would not have to call again. Excellent service

@stwater I would like to thank Dawn Robinson on Customer Services who assisted me on 30 Dec in helping a vulnerable customer when he came into the Natwest Bank Melton Rd to pay his bill. He forget his pin so was unable to pay using bank services. Bill paid and DD set up.

hotel has decided to ignore the law and send me "good news" and extend the voucher. Just give me my money back! I think as I'm still in a contract with them due to this voucher date, I'm going to end up having to ask @natwest to help, because Im doubting this refund will happen!

How r v supposed 2 do biz wen simple transfer takes a month! Extremely frustrating. Who shud bear losses 4 late payment? Ur intermediary bank issues r UR issues not MINE!! Complete my transfer or Return the MONEY Immediately. Never using #Natwest for international transfer AGAIN!
