  Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

  @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

  @NatWest_Help I wish to make a complaint about the service I’m receiving from NatWest in respect of a Business Bank Account application. We’ve already received compensation for one complaint but the bank are being obstructionist, awkward and frustrating.

  @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts

  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   @kartik_kannan Impossible, not even news… but thats also the reason I sat through the entire Natwest final in 02 because I was leaving for the US right after that & was afraid that i may not get to see another game for a few years… though that didn’t happen… but glad i sat through that game.

  Let me guess they are going after there own customers Picking and choosing whom to target and bankrupt there is always a problem, it will be them! causing it Blackout incoming, whats next HSBC, Natwest or the Bank of England collapsing on itself shareholders abandoning ship?

  Anyone else having problems with their NatWest Banking App following the last 2 phone updates? Last time I had to phone NW and they said they had others saying the same. I had to delete and reinstate my APP. I had an update last night and now can’t get in my NW Banking APP again
