@NatWestBusiness access to my business account stopped due to incomplete business profile which was in process. Am 1 person business, little help. Appalling c/service. No thought for the individual. 40 years with natwest, 20 years as business account 🥺 Help req.

  • ByGeoffW Geoff Whitehouse (@ByGeoffW) reported from Croydon, England

For all the chat about how incumbents are lagging - NatWest is showing how it should be done. Deep Innovation, working with regulators, delivering new services at a scale others can only dream of. Let’s see if that forces some of the laggards to - finally - act.

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • LdnCinders Joanne Timms (@LdnCinders) reported from Croydon, England

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

  • beady_stace 💙 Stacey Killon (@beady_stace) reported from Worcester Park, England

Not particularly impressed with my local @NatWest_Help branch today in trying to open a trust fund. “It’s all on the app” - what about actually providing actual customer service? 😩 #natwest

  • jmlafc12 Madame Petit 🇪🇺❄️ #FBPE #StopBrexit (@jmlafc12) reported from Crawley, England

@EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

@ChrissieLloyd78 Hi Christina 👋. We aren't aware of any issues with payment times at the moment. Can you please confirm if the payment was to a new payee on your NatWest account? Thanks - Mark

  • ChrissieLloyd78 Christina Lloyd (@ChrissieLloyd78) reported

@S_Cassley @HSBC_UK I transferred money from Natwest in to my HSBC account well over an hour ago and it's not yet showing on my account. I thought it was just me having issues. So far I haven't had any indication of it being refused though

  • lifeintax The Accountant (@lifeintax) reported

@NatWest_Help As a NatWest customer of over 20 years I find it very hard to understand how you are able to restrict where my money goes.

  • ukcat87 Black cat 😃 (@ukcat87) reported

@willb_ldn @NatWest_Help Oh .... Natwest telling grown ups what do to... again... They're useless - a completely awful company

  • revdgarry Revd Garry Roberts (@revdgarry) reported

As a church we’ve been Natwest customer for years. We’re trying to switch accounts to allow online payments with dual authorisation. hitting a brick wall as the customer care centre do not understand the complexity of how churches are charities. Can you help us @NatWest_Help

  • KyleSharpe3 Kyle (@KyleSharpe3) reported

Love when NatWest cancel my card without telling me because I've been buying crypto, **** bank

  • WLB5001 William Bray (@WLB5001) reported

@tomskiweb Hi I’m wondering if anyone is having problems with buying crypto in the uk. I’ve been using binance and Coinbase. I can’t purchase anything with either a NatWest or Halifax debit card. Also the only option with Coinbase to withdraw fiat is via PayPal. Any suggestions?

  • splatoise Iris 🦈 (@splatoise) reported

Natwest is so **** man I just wanted to invest a bit of money

  • slothieSmith23 Slothie Smith (@slothieSmith23) reported

Do not get a mortgage with Natwest, nothing but a mess should be moving tom. 48 hours for a response even though marked urgent, won't let me speak to a Manager. Disgusting service @NatWest_Help @NatWest

  • JohnTheHat John EP Williams (@JohnTheHat) reported

@NatWestGroup borrowed £45 billion from the UK government to stay afloat after collapsing through their own business incompetence. I borrowed £6000 to stay afloat during a pandemic when my industry shut down overnight, and now NatWest won’t renew my mortgage. Seems fair… c****.
