Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

I never claimed it would sink Brit banking, merely that Brits were acting in complete self interest- contrary to the garbage you implied. Btw, India will overtake UK in 5th shortly. @santanderuk currently on holiday in Cuba and have been unable to access my online banking since last Thursday.... While my wife a NatWest customer can use their online service within 10 seconds? Currently on hold for 15mins to UK customer service @£2.50 per minute 👍🏾

@ianbetteridge I had reason to visit an RBS(NatWest) branch - them who support pronouns on badges - and not at any point did anyone attempt to force anything down my throat. They didn't even offer me a drink, which is sort of the same.
