I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit.
