  I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

  I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

  @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Please can you urgently fix the buffering issues? Not the first time it’s happened - usually during an England game. Not worth the money we’re paying for this.

  @Lou11356780 We chose not to have a TV license a few years ago as we found we would get better quality content by investing the money that had gone into the our TV license fee into Netflix, Prime Video and NowTV. All 3 for the same price.

  @NOWTV No thanks in my opinion the movies are awful and rarely updated. You even charge for HD what’s that about? Disney is so much better and worth the money so I won’t be back.

  @nowtvhelp Yes they’ve worked before and in last few days stopped working, not had it working since Monday so lost 5 days of nowtv, my kids want to watch Dolittle the movie they can’t and I can’t continue with my tv, very bad, followed the advice on the website to no avail, please help

  Still can’t decide between iFollow or NowTV match pass for the game - iFollow you get quality, Fray commentary but crap camera. Sky you get multi camera and replays but shite bias commentary and they all hate Forest. 🤔 #NFFC

  literally only have one episode left and i paid for nowtv just to watch this show but my pass ended :-( and now i had to watch the last couple episodes in such bad quality but ahh U KNOW WHAT I LOVE CARRIE AND MR BIG!!!!!!! like he was so toxic before but they've both matured

  Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

  @RokuSupport just bought a new Roku stick as my last Roku stick logged me out of NOWTV in U.K. now can’t sign in at all to NOWTV app keeps come up saying there is a problem. Have reset the stick but makes no difference. Please help

  @NOWTV THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES I HAVE SEEN. IT JUST DIDN'T WORK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FOLKS.
