how long does the average @NOWTV black box last? Cause its started displaying error with player on the screen? But only when I've got sky sports on & I have to reload the program again

@NOWTV have bought a day pass for the sport but cannot sign into the app on any device? Can you advise, this is so frustrating when it keeps coming up “unable to connect to sign in, please try again later” on laptop, phone and iPad?

Why is my NOW TV device no longer supported? It used to work perfectly fine, now it doesn’t work with your service! So the only way to access and use my account is to buy another one - complete con, not to mention wasteful and bad for the environment @NOWTV @nowtvhelp

@happimess73 No problem. Nowtv boxes are made by the same company - but Sky lock some features out. If you don't have a 4k tv they make a regular hd one for 30 or something.

With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.
