I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@VerityTJ89 Verity believe it or not it is not irrelevant the reason I ask is since the update for Windows 10 the app is no longer supported. We advise downloading the nowtv player from the website. I hope this improves your picture quality

@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.
