Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

@NOWTV I’ve tried that..... the issue is more complex and they won’t talk to me. I need to escalate the complaint and need someone to contact me. This is now no broadband and as a result no tv since 4th November during lockdown and NOT acceptable. Please can someone contact me

@curl_ed @MitchBenn Will NowTV work if I'm using a Macbook and using a HDMI cable to my laptop? With Netflix's it's fine but Amazon won't let you stream HD

@nowtvhelp I tried that yesterday and just now. I can’t get further that the NowTV bot who tells me to reset (which is how this problem began) or I get referred to the community who don’t have an answer either.

worst customer service ever? @NOWTV and @nowtvhelp have so far failed for a WEEK to help me reset my password. i have had help on twitter, live chat and email and the best outcome so far is "click this link" which goes to an expired page - absolutely terrible terrible service.

@mullsymcfc @LucySD_ Agree with that. The broadband is brill, but the customer service from Virgin is terrible. Don’t like Sky either. I’m with BT now that has a NowTV package attached. No complaints so far

@NOWTV so you haven't actually resolved any of the issues? What am I supposed to do with my subscription now?
