I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

worst customer service ever? @NOWTV and @nowtvhelp have so far failed for a WEEK to help me reset my password. i have had help on twitter, live chat and email and the best outcome so far is "click this link" which goes to an expired page - absolutely terrible terrible service.

@NOWTV Why, compared to other streaming services: 1. Are the menu’s so crap 2. The app doesn’t remember where you left off 3. Is the sound quality limited to stereo only 4. Is streaming quality so poor 5. Sky doesn’t give a **** about the consumer?

@NOWTV I have an “49 Inch LG UHD 4K Smart TV” and every time I tried to enjoy the Darts last night it constantly kept cutting out and saying that it was unable to load, I hope I’m not going to have the same problem tonight when I try to enjoy the darts.
