The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?
