O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware ยฃ77 lighter in the pocket ๐ท ๐

Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!
