Alison Hardie (@AlisonIHardie) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasnโt working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasnโt working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
