Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasnβt working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasnβt working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware Β£77 lighter in the pocket π· π

Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.
