    So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    @O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost ยฃยฃยฃยฃยฃ
