Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it π

The phrase βif it ainβt broke, donβt fix itβ springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.
