O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

Iβm currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I canβt link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up.
