Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!

The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St Jamesβs is poor and has always been. Maybe itβs just geography

Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone.
