    @O2 Hi, just wondering if there are any monthly contracts for less than 36 months as seems to be the norm on your website. I don't want to be tied in for 3 years so looking for a shorter contact or will leave you after 20 years of being a customer. Thanks.

    @O2 now into the 3rd week of missing data. How can 15mb just vanish from your account. 3 calls and no further forward. May be time to change network @VodafoneUK may be getting a new customer soon ๐Ÿ“ฒ๐Ÿ™ƒ @O2 help please

    @O2 Cannot thank manager Chris & the rest of his team at the Falkirk store enough. Went above & beyond all my expectations, provided amazing customer service & genuinely left me feeling like they truly cared about me as a customer. Very happy, will certainly return to store again

    @simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

    So @o2 still cannot get through to customer services, still saying someone will phone me back, now a week since I was last able to speak to a person.your chat bot says someone will be in touch in 24 hours, that was 2 days ago

    @RobWilson_RW @O2 Thanks Rob for the advice, never had any issue before and had rather just refunded me in the 7 days they said it would be sorted, they have even accepted the error that's what's annoying more than anything

    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasnโ€™t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasnโ€™t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    @o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly ยฃ1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

    FYI! If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware ยฃ77 lighter in the pocket ๐Ÿ’ท ๐Ÿ˜”

    @O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. Iโ€™m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa ยฃ15 which is fine but was told in store that I canโ€™t port my number on the same network!

    @O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us ยฃ2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didnโ€™t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

    @O2 My wife (an O2 customer for over 20 years) lost her phone a few days ago and has tried to replace it but "computer says no". You won't let her buy a new phone because verification is linked to her lost phone. She is stuck in a mad loop. Please help
