@netsmith @O2 @virginmedia Virgin Media service is nasty. I cancelled an order by email within 14 day cooling off period, but it kept on billing me despite my repeated efforts. Never touch Virgin Media.

@O2 Unfortunately it appears not. Have tried to restart phone too. The only think I can think of is reordering a new sim? Would that be recommended? Just to understand what influences the device supporting the service? Is that a determination made by my network I.e. o2 or Samsung?
