@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 Over the phone, by email. Spoken to customer service, payment management and credit file referral team. Keeps going in circles with no action being taken to resolve the issue. Last email received was 30/11/22 saying I would be contacted by CFR 3-5 days with confirmation.

@O2 after my very recent tweet about been left on hold untill the lines close.I got a phone call back ,rang once as I answered they hung up.Rang the number back and it was o2.Again another form of bad customer service as when I answered they hung.Steer very clear of this company.

@O2 how do I contact you about o2 taking money from my o2 account but not providing me with any services? £20 has been spent but I still have no data. So far I have had a holiday with not data!! Also impossible to get through to a human. Awful service

@O2 Well I have now found somewhere with wifi and used the app not the phone number to cancel my tariff change and buy the 500MB bolt-on I originally called up to do an hour ago, so it’s sorted but what absolute howling ridiculousness.
