@ThreeUKSupport It’s pretty much everywhere. And yet people on other networks don’t seem to have the issues. And if I upgrade I’ll have to pay roaming fees. Unlike say @O2 So at the moment I see very little point in staying with you. You take my money and I get very little in return

So you split with an abusive partner and when trying to sort the finances, speak to @O2 to see how they can help you not pay for him anymore. Their solution? Contact said abuser and sort it with him otherwise you're stuck in contract and have to pay

Appalling customer service from both @dhlexpressuk and @O2. Phone addressed to and delivered to wrong address. Signed for by DHL driver himself. Deliver to an unoccupied house!!! Nobody calling me back to resolve the situation. What do I do now??? @O2 what do I do now??
