@O2 please Help a friend. She's been trying to get a refund for a faulty phone returned over 8 weeks ago. She was told last month that the refund would be today but no refund only to be told she has to wait again. This isn't good enough. Please resolve this.

@O2 first raised a complaint 15th April. Cancelled direct debits for 2 mobiles. Went to considerable effort to end contracts with dozens of messages, phone calls and a letter to O2. Yet you are still trying to bill me and congratulated me on my new deal! Please make it stop.
