@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 Why have you logged everyone out!! That’s first mistake! Then when we try log in, the code never comes through, just warning texts but not the text with the code on!!! Pointless !! Now I can’t even get to that page, just keeps timing out! Absolute shambles !!
