@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 Day 20 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@o2 Hi! I love the Priority freebies, they're the best on any network and I appreciate EU roaming. But your network for data is really, really bad. Bath in particular is awful. Full bars 4G and no internet in many areas. Please can something be done. (and it's not just this 📱!)

@O2 please help. Just moved and have a new, unopened phone. My new house I only get 1 bar of signal. So I want to cancel my contract, send my phone back (unopened and arrived 2 days ago) and end my contract. BT give much better signal there as my partner is with them.
