    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @O2 charged me, despite cancelling contract in the 14day cooling-off period. Sim not even used. Called to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Now only been partially refunded. Absolute crooks.

    @O2 Haha 1. New contract with o2 its better than renewal 2. Network Signal its terrible 3. And Prices are stupid! Been with o2 nearly 14 years and I can say that honestly

    @O2 hi there if I upgrade to get the galaxy fold 3 I will pay 4p more over 36 months than if I was to pay £50 upfront and start up a brand new contract. But where is the incentive to actually stay with you guys if I was to just start up a new contract with you? Help please!

    @o2businessuk @O2 Don’t ever use o2 business!! They sign you up through 3rd parties and then absolve all responsibility. Been waiting 4 months to get my query resolved and they just send you round in circles! My Business has lost money due to their shocking service!

    @O2 Absolutely poor service in the Kilburn store. Told me to “go to EE then’. The assistant was not willing to help. So annoyed.
