@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 WTF, you switch over my business phone before checking that I've got your SIM. Then you can't even divert my phone to my business phone line in less than 24 hours. Then it will take another 24 hours to connect my Sim & you can't even guarantee that I will get it tomorrow!!

Yesterday I tweeted we need new phones/sims for women at our refuges. @O2 and @tescomobile responded 👏. Will keep you posted if they help. This could make a difference to all refuges in the UK at relatively little cost. Other providers, can you help?
