    @O2 Hi, I managed to get it sorted! He couldn’t get connected to any network because you had a block on his data. My mum had to ring from the U.K. and see if something could be done!

    @O2 Hi am trying to get an O2 PAC code for my daughter's PAYG number. Texted 65075 from her number and every time get message "issue processing request...try later"?

    @O2 I've tried a different device and browser. The error message always appears after I select my address from the list of options, so I never make it as far as getting to enter my payment details. Never previously had a problem with it, either!

    @Andymoh1983 @O2 cancel your direct debit with them via your bank if you haven't set up with with them you will receive a letter later on threatening bailiffs & to cut u off on that letter there will be a number for debt collectors call that number & explain your situation 1/2

    @O2 worst customer service experience- shocking - you have had our handset 6wks- still not fixed, no comms and when I call daily, zero interest ?! We have 4 handsets under our roof with O2.. not for much longer - horrendous and unnecessary
