@O2 So my Apple Watch dropped off the network, customer services told me to go into store to get a new eSIM. Shop said Apple Watches don’t use eSIM and that they received a notification overnight of a nationwide issue with Apple Watch plans? Where can I keep updated on that?

@O2 I have now been without signal since Tuesday. I’ve been told it’s being fixed but still nothing. I’m unable to call/msg out unless I’m on wifi. It’s my lifeline as I’m bedbound most days. What is going on???

@O2 Loyal customer for years due an upgrade. Selected my phone,but it did not include a charger. No worries, as i can purchase it separately for £35. Unfortunately i won't be renewing my contract.

@O2 Awful customer service, eventually got through, staff having a party so could not hear call handler, then transferred twice to not very helpful staff and then cut off. We are trying to cancel our account but with no success! #notimpressed!

A few months ago I bagged a cracking deal with @O2 sadly their poor customer service and lack of coverage I managed to break the contract. Let's hope I have better luck with EE.

@O2 Hey, so I’m not a wizard and therefore not able to create magic. You’ve cut my service for an unpaid bill whilst I’ve been in hospital. App/online won’t accept my payment. Can’t call 202/0800 as just beeps and goes off?!!!
