@O2 When is the data getting fixed/improved for Crewe/Nantwich? Literally unusable, can barely stream music let alone use social media. Been like this for 6+ months and others on O2 agree. Switching in a few days if you can’t acknowledge how awful it is

@O2 hi I got a call from 0344 809 0202 claiming to be 02 offering me a deal then when security text was sent through they asked me for the 6 digit code. I never gave the code out, challenged the person and they then hung up. Password changed but just be aware!! #Fraud #Scam

Hi @O2. How can I speak to you to tell you you have buggered up a payment I made. I paid in full. You can’t seem to allocate it out between my device and airtime. I have now been without service for 36 hours. I can’t speak to you because of your **** automated payment system.
