@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 Try looking on my account? It's been months now. I ordered / purchased an esim, not a physical sim. Then was told they couldn't activate it online/in the store/on the phone - so I was told by your rep they needed to send me a physical sim as a step in the solution.

@O2 Every answer on @O2 website about installing your esim. "We’re making some improvements to our systems and you may notice some changes once this is complete. We may ask you to provide your phone number so that we can help you access the most relevant support content."

@O2 So you increase bills by a shocking and laughable % and yet I still can get a decent signal, so bad that my phone disconnects from the network for days at a time. You're going to loose loads of custom, sort your network out!
