  @O2 I have a scam call on my bill, just called to speak to an advisor waited 30 mins and he couldn't have been more rude and unhelpful. Constantly spoke over me wouldn't listen then hung up on me. I have sent you a DM. A customer of over 20 years!!

  @O2 @O2 I did managed to speak to an advisor who’s system was working and the advisor was able to help me but the number I gave the advisor wasn’t an O2 number it’s completely invalid.💔

  @Craigo71 @ThreeUK @O2 I have been with o2 for far longer, some 20 years. I get no better signal now than then. Pity they prefer to waste their money on trivia rather than provide a decent signal.
