    Wow, so many people upset over 17% phone bill increase these things happen every year at April granted, not usually as high as 17%, but it's the economy and **** performance for the economy from those In @10DowningStreet current and past @O2

    @O2 I have been waiting on a refund since 23rd January 2023.Kelly Farrar from your complaints department has said it’s been sent but it has not. She has not responded to my emails. Where is the difficulty? 16 years of custom this is absolutely poor!

    @EE Just curious to know are you intending on ripping off customers like @O2 @virginmedia are with unethical, unfair and quite frankly absurd price increases? Looking for a new network as O2 service is garbage yet they feel a 17.3% price increase is fair!
