Do @O2 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal. #5G

So @O2 you have somehow left me with no phone signal despite saying there was an issue with my sim swap yesterday and it didn’t go through. I now have 2 phones, both with no signal for over 12 hours 😠😠
