    @scarlet3629 @O2 Hi, the customer service totally awful. If they fail to address your issues please retweet and add BBCWatchdog and Which magazines tags. I’m fed up with the networks rubbish connections and being lied to about callbacks

    @O2 my elderly friend (widower in late 80’s) got cold called and moved from an O2 consumer to O2 business 3 yr tariff last week. They want £300 admin fee to cancel 7 days on. O2 won’t take her calls as they don’t ‘manage the line’ now. Who can help?

    @O2 I really don't know how many more ways I can inform you that I cannot deal with this via email. I'm publicly lodging a complaint. If you don't deal with it I will take it to the ombudsman after 8 weeks is it?
