    @O2 I still have not had a reply to any of my complaint emails, your debt recovery team and customer service agents are useless.I made o2 aware of a DRO in June. Multiple calls and emails later I still am getting billed for the device when I’ve been I wouldn’t.I want to leave o2!

    @O2 customer service on the chat is shocking can’t speak to a person because it’s closed but opening hours are 8-10 what the actual! Quick enough to take customers money but not enough to actually help

    @O2 the worst customer service support I have ever experienced, live chat that keeps kicking me out with 40 mins wait times, phone line that says they are not open and to call between 8am and 8pm when they are open!! Already waiting for free gift for 2 months and multiple calls
