After 4 years away I've rejoined @O2, sadly their coverage hasn't improved in that time, 4G constantly dropping out indoors so if not connected to a WiFi network, you ain't getting a data connection

My experience with @O2 today: After two 30min calls last week to get a number swapped to a different sim They cancelled the wrong number, the number all of my business comes to. Told me it’ll take 5-10 days to fix their mistake while I lose business Offered a £10 discount #o2

@O2 I travel all over Kent for work, it is ridiculous that I can't use my phone to make any calls, if this persists won't have any choice but to terminate my contract
