@O2 I changed network from O2 halfway through July and now I have a full month’s bill from you. On hold with your customer service phone for 14 minutes only for the call to almost immediately drop…I’d like someone to sort this out for me as I don’t owe a full month’s bill
@O2 Right, I'm now receiving constant automated calls about a payment that I don't owe you. Make them stop, or I cancel the contract and you can fight me in court.

@O2 Seriously O2: study and learn: 1. I Login to O2. 2. Go to Manage my Details. 3. Sec code sent to ancient, unused number. 4. Therefore, cannot manage details or change to new number. Please tell me you understand why I cannot upgrade my phone or buy new contract with O2?

@O2 I'm having trouble accessing my account to make a final closing payment. I'm able to log in, but when pressing the 'Pay Now' button, it asks me to log in again and doesn't allow me to do so even though I'm using the same credentials. I'm unable to use the app as well
@staceyayeh @O2 Wow, that's shocking from @O2 - their reputation for bad service is one thing but showing this stuff at active and still charging through the nose for it is another!
@O2 My phone has been disconnected since Saturday. I was told I’d have service back within a few hours, maximum 24. It’s now Monday and I still can’t use any services on my phone and nobody in your customer service team is answering. What am I paying for if I have no service?!
@O2 your customer service is absolutely horrendous. You’ve charged me £1,000 when I have the screenshots to prove that you shouldn’t have! The worst company possible!
