    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @O2 Your an absolute shambles you knew there was going to ve high demand and yet you put nothing in place to deal with it. People have been trying to log in since 9am what a ******* **** show !!!

    @O2 absolute joke, I have been trying to get on priority for Peter Kay tickets since early this morning and have got no where near yet they are already being sold online or ridiculous amounts! I have been a customer since 2000 and am now tempted to move networks
