    @JoeDumont @O2 My mother has had the same issue. She hasnt even left the house due to being vulnerable and the o2 advisor asked her to go to an o2 shop! Great customer service

    @O2 Hi. Just moved house and the signal checker on offcom said the signal would be fine, buts its really poor on both of our phones, around -110dBm. SR8 1BX - Please could you check if there are any issues with the local towers?

    @O2 hi. how am I expected to pay my bill when I have had no service for over a week and I just keep getting told it’s because my area is busy, and the my o2 app won’t let me on because this is the last payment of my contract. I can’t reset passwords or anything as it is texting -

    So disappointed and cross with @O2. THREE TIMES my issue has been escalated with a promise that it would be resolved within 24 hrs and THREE TIMES they have failed to do so. Don't know what else to do other than beg @virginmedia to take me back and undo this deal they sold me :(
