@O2 my elderly friend (widower in late 80’s) got cold called and moved from an O2 consumer to O2 business 3 yr tariff last week. They want £300 admin fee to cancel 7 days on. O2 won’t take her calls as they don’t ‘manage the line’ now. Who can help?

@O2 I really don't know how many more ways I can inform you that I cannot deal with this via email. I'm publicly lodging a complaint. If you don't deal with it I will take it to the ombudsman after 8 weeks is it?
