    @O2 I left 02 two weeks getting my old iPhone unlocked to give to grandson seems impossible almost like they don’t want to help me now. round and round in circles I’m going getting nowhere

    @PriyaMulji @O2 @EE Tesco mobile uses the same network as O2 and I’ve always found their customer service fab and some very good deals too. Worth a look.

    @O2 do you have any masts at all anywhere across the country. I just love looking at the 5G in the corner and getting no signal whatsoever. The end of my contract could not come quick enough!

    @O2 How do I find out when my contract ends? Can't find it in the My O2 section. I've had enough, the signal is so poor that I can't use my phone at work or at home!

    @O2 Thanks. I moved my number across 7 days ago. Other OTPs work fine and are received successfully. I've done restart, refreshed network settings but this still won't work (have tried on multiple days). Have spoken to Santander who say they don't have a problem.

    @o2 we have international inclusive zone bolt in, we are in the US, haven’t had a roaming text and can inky connect to 3G. Never had this before

    @O2 @Virgin Disgusted with your "Free" SIM we declined over and over You are finally talking to my husband, after waiting on 3 call backs which never happened Now you have the audacity to say you want to charge us £150 cancellation fee 😤 Explain to me how this works?!
