    @O2 I left 02 two weeks getting my old iPhone unlocked to give to grandson seems impossible almost like they don’t want to help me now. round and round in circles I’m going getting nowhere

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz the worst mobile supplier. Due to Queens death they've decided not to help customers as their helplines are closed! 2 days without internet faster then 3mbps. Will cancel contract I've had with Vodafone since 1987 & go to @O2 bet they help customer's.

    @smallpotatoes35 @O2 Lol me too i always buy sim only I find it cheaper in the long run than a 2 year contract totally agree with you 💯 %! Correct mate Samsung phones 📱 are good phones 📱 i never had a problem with it so far so i will stick with it! You ever had an iPhone?

    I currently don't have phone signal because an @O2 mast is down so can't ring you. Your twitter DM's person said you can't help me because the account isn't in my name. I NEED THE METER FIXED OR MY ELECTRICITY WILL STOP. I work from home!? I've been trying to sort this for 2weeks

    @O2 Hi Can’t login to myO2 app- says ‘oops something went wrong. MyO2 is available to you yet…’ I was told myO2 doesn’t work for 1st month after porting and to call on 9th sept to ‘activate account and app’ Then told it is ‘automatic and to wait a few days’ Still not working.
