Ah, the joy of O2 Recycle. 4 phone calls. Almost 4 weeks past expiration of “3-5 working days” finally my £630 from @O2. Be very, very cautious using their recycle service. Repeatedly told money world be 3-5 days. Hung up on twice. Burped in ear once. Failed to call back once.

@O2 No they did not when I called o2 they just told me that the whole thing would be cancelled. So I just went to a store and had to opt for an alternative way. I’m very disappointed with your services. But I’m happy with the help I got at the o2 store in Oxford Circus.
