@O2 @Clamfather Start by fixing your masts. That's 7 weeks without a signal now. Credit to @EE for providing me with an excellent signal that my husband uses to call O2 to hear their lies, false promises, and catch phrases such as, "We can't guarantee a fault free service."

@O2 @OakNational I would advise against any sort of business with O2, they have just the worst customer service ever. They refuse to engage with customers on the phone or by email, any issues they just don't care about and pass you from pillar to post but nobody will own a problem to completion.

@O2 Well I pay my bills on time and I upgraded in November. I spoke to customer services now and they don’t why they’re calling me either. The automated service annoyed me. Grrr see that’s why I don’t talk to you and do it once a year. The less I call means you have great service!
