    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    Hi @O2 I am having problems making calls, it won't connect and then it says call ended. I am able to receive calls and send and receive messages. Is there a problem with the network? I've turned my phone off and back on again but it's still not working. Any help would be great!
