@O2 My mums o2 mobile wasn’t receiving any calls and was going straight to voicemail. Popped into store and the staff were uninterested. They called CS on their landline which had a broken earpiece so couldn’t hear anything. Manager scampered to back of store and staff shrugged.

@O2 Why can’t I update my address on the my o2 app, I can’t access it to change it. I’ve had 3 live chats & called customer services. I Want to buy a new phone but the address is wrong - how can a simple task be so difficult & take so long !!!

@O2 roaming charges! My daughter took out a contract before moving to Germany for 6 months. She has now been stitched with roaming charges you've introduced. Never would have taken a contract had we known. What an absolute disgrace.

@O2 A lot of backchat about shifts and managers being off … which as a customer I literally don’t care about. The logistics of your retail stores or disarray of equipment does not concern me as a customer. It’s embarrassing and the store deserves to be shut down.
