@O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

@O2 My phone has been disconnected since Saturday. I was told I’d have service back within a few hours, maximum 24. It’s now Monday and I still can’t use any services on my phone and nobody in your customer service team is answering. What am I paying for if I have no service?!

@O2 I can honestly say without doubt that O2 have given me the worst customer service experience imaginable. A customer for 8 years and they have frustrated the life out of me for 4 weeks. Company is a shambles , no continuity of accounts , don’t do what is promised. Awful
