Absolutely ridiculous customer service from @O2, my data isn’t working, have tried website live chat, app agent chat, tweeting them, and phoned 4 times (to which I was hung up on mid-conversation on the two times they acc answered) and haven’t received a (decent) reply on any…😤

@O2 great, no service, again, no updates til 20th Dec, brilliant…..meantime stop calling me asking me to upgrade, you cannot be serious when I can barely get 4G. Only thing happening next year will be me going back to Vodafone

@O2 Sorry I am unable to DM you The issue is that I have contacted 8 times, listened to all your telephone directions to frustration. Each time, someone either tries to resolve the issue, or fills out a form I simply cannot get access. I've changed my PW 8 times or more. @EE
