@O2 your call centre staff are rude and don’t understand what you are saying. When asked for a manger I was told I had to wait 24 hours, no help when you have a query they can’t resolve and then cut me off on purpose. Shocking customer service!!!

@O2 I have spoken to one of your team via O2 app support chat, very unhelpful and now advised have to visit local store to get new SIM card. VERY unhappy and now raising a #formalcomplaint
