@O2 @OakNational I’d just be happy with being able to use my phone anywhere!!! Rang earlier complaining that I’ve got little or no signal in my home town of 75,000 occupants and now it would appear that you’ve switched me off entirely!!! Can you send me two cans of beans and a piece of string?

Can honestly say I’ve experienced some of the worst customer service with @O2 today. Numerous hours trying to get to the right department, being passed around, hung up on and staff making promises to call back and getting nothing. All because of errors on there online systems..

@O2 So me and partner have the same phone and both on o2 but i have been getting complete data dropouts but she will have full 4g calls and text still work, issue seems to be just with data haven’t notice any other problems
