    @O2 I left 02 two weeks getting my old iPhone unlocked to give to grandson seems impossible almost like they don’t want to help me now. round and round in circles I’m going getting nowhere

    @O2 I've already spoken to someone at O2 about this who suggested to "turn it on and off again". It's done nothing, i get these messages at inappropriate times at least once a week - maybe just look into your auto texts and fix that?

    @O2 As I mentioned before, have any other customers reported the same issue with being prompted to verify every day when opening Priority app? Is your Priority team aware of this issue? Last time this happened,it was a known issue at your end also happening to other customers.

    @MartinCollinsx @O2 Martin, I’ve recently swapped to Spusu from EE, which also uses the EE network, good customer service so far and avoided the 40% increase that EE were about to impose on my bill.

    @O2 You customer service is literally a joke. You have accidentally blocked my SIM card, but the only way to verify my account on your horrendous automated support line is to answer a text message which I cannot receive as you've block the SIM. 25 years a customer and this sucks

    @O2 Whats the point when you cant get hold of anyone whilst abroad. I need help having locked my SIM and no chance of getting any help all numbers do not work. O2 / virgin media accounts linked and just going round in circles. Rubbish

    Dear @O2 Spamming me with calls from dodgy call centres overseas is NOT going to persuade me to do business with you. In fact, it’s achieved the opposite. I will never use your network because of it. Idiots 👍
