    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @O2 why is it impossible to speak to an adviser? Even the numbers supplied on written correspondence is useless and the automated service cuts you off once you get so far! Awful service

    So, the merger between @O2 and @virginmedia has been given the initial green light. Can we all just use O2’s mobile network from now on as #virginmobile reception is appalling!

    @O2 Why I do this, I don’t want to see another Deaf person to face the same issue as I am experiencing. So if you want to help, then you need to change from your end. That will be extremely helpful but please do this quickly. Thank you.
