@O2 It’s happening anywhere ... have been across the UK in the last 10 days - London / Glasgow / Manchester / Stoke and it’s a persistent issue that is extremely frustrating given that I can have a four-bar ‘full’ signal yet no connection to data.

@O2 the signal at CH5 2NS is shocking and has been for sometime. Shows full strength but nothing loads and can’t send or receive messages regularly. One of Europe’s biggest industrial estates and poor comms. Can you look in to this please.

@O2 and they want me to pay £90 excess to downgrade my phone... i've already paid off their basic phone on my 02 refresh, more than once but they'd expect me to continue paying off the remaining £800 🧐 I think not mate. I'll stick to my broken phone...
