@O2 it’s been a couple of weeks and we always have zero bars of signal in our house. Before it was poor 1/2 and crackly calls but now we can’t make or receive any. What are we paying for??

@O2 Hello, yes I am aware of that but I did not use my phone on the days they are saying I did in my bill. In fact I could not get a mobile signal at all so if I ever did use my phone it was when I had WiFi only. I feel completely ripped off after being a loyal customer for years.

@O2 Just disabled my Pay-as-you-go sim without warning today, and it was only halfway through the month. I'm so glad I got an @SMARTYMobileUK sim beforehand! Their support has been more useful to me now than the actual support for O2.

@O2 your customer service is pathetic. I've now asked for assistance on several occasions but unless it's about spending money, the operators don't answer. Must be the worst network provider out there by a long chalk.

@O2 Latest update suggests an outage until 18 November. That will be nearly a month without the service that I’m paying for. This cannot be acceptable?
