Hello @O2 Please can you fix the app? It is not showing that codes are unavailable. I went into Nero and the code didn't work at the last minute. Not a huge expense but even then.

@O2 is something going on with signal since the Virgin merge? My phone tells me I have 4G/5G but I get slow or no loading on my actual phone. Not just one area too had this issue in Oxford, London, Bristol, Bradford, Northampton, Brighton this last week - my phone is fine on WiFi
