@O2 Helpful as expected...not! They are also no longer a customer of O2, and didn’t use the myo2, legally you cannot not unlock a phone, don’t really understand why it’s so difficult, guess their kind gesture will cost us to pay to get it unlocked by a third party. #O2charlatans

@MarkEvansO2 are you happy presiding over a company that spouts lies, provides the utmost worst customer service and breaches consumer acts? @O2

@O2 If it’s more than 30 days then I’m seeking a refund via small claims court because your terms of service breach the Sale And Supply Of Goods Act 1994 and the Supply Of Goods And Services Act 1982. Your staff keep telling me I’m not entitled to a refund.

@O2 To upgrade my device early 4 months ago it would've cost me £404. Today to upgrade early it'll cost £468. How ******** does that work???

@O2 By far, the worst network i've ever has the displeasure of using. £60 per month for a 5G device to get 1mbps download and 0.5 mbps upload 99% of the time. o2 guru replaced my 5G sim with a 4G sim and the results are still just as bad. Embarrassing company.

@O2 Perhaps you can explain exactly why I needs to be the previous owner, it’s not lost or stolen it’s been given as a start up for a 9 year old, if it was L/S the imei would tell you so. It’s worth £30, just what is your problem?

Hey @O2 I have absolutely no signal at all where I live so cannot get text messages or make or receive phone calls. You tell me a mast has been taken down and your “engineers are working tirelessly” to fix it. It’s been over 3 weeks of ZERO service. That’s not good is it?
-
Alex
(@JudgeDewie) reported
@O2 That’s my biggest grievance. You are deliberately misleading customers. You cannot create contract terms that override the law. If you fail to provide the service a customer has paid for they are legally entitled to a refund.

@O2 Thanks, but I have a brilliant number that I bought from O2 back in 2008. I have no intention of changing it. I don't think it should be up to me to fix your problem by inconveniencing myself - do you?
