@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

Honestly @O2 , needing to receive a physical sim (and all the wastage that means like the sim itself, packaging, postage, etc) to be able to get an esim is utterly ridiculous. Why not issue an esim straight off?

@O2 @MelMel_96 @o2 I have the same issue chat says to call 2729 to speak to the payment management team however I have en calling since 11am and still not managed to speak to anyone literally been on hold for 2.5hrs then phones cuts off.

@O2 your customer services are perhaps some of the most useless and unhelpful in the entire universe. I could get better help from a moon rock. 4 call attempts, 30 minute wait each time, hung up on me as soon as I mentioned I want to make a complaint.
