@O2 Poor service in store. Returned to store with informatiom requested. Then told I had speak to customer services. Waiting over 30mins to get through to be told I had to email. I sent an email - expected response 3 days, its been a week now). Emailed complaints. No reply over week.

@virginmedia And a ping pong session back & forth between @O2 and @virginmedia who each said the other should help me . Im really disappointed as you two had some of the best customer service around. And now it’s my worst experience to date !

After being a loyal and happy customer for 8 years I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends later this month. Visiting my parents later this year for a month would cost me over £50 in roaming charges on a new @ThreeUK contract. It will cost me £0 with @O2. No brainer!!
