@O2 why does a customer have to spend over an hour and half on hold yesterday and again today .If you do not have enough staff to deal with customers then you should cease trading .Not to mention ignoring emails.

@O2 I saw a Black Friday offer (£20 fee and then £30 a month for 20GB) seemed very good, £20 was taken from my PayPal account instantly, then I had to sign a direct debit mandate where the amount was suddenly £47 a month but said with discount would go down to £30. So signed that

@clewsyworld @tescomobile @O2 Don’t get too excited Marc. They always treat you well when you first join. I have been with O2 for a decade now. But currently have no reception for 2 days and I can’t get through to customer service. I have no choice but to cancel my contract

@O2 . Then took to a page saying because of bad credit I could pay £275 in one go and then that would come off my bill. I used another page to look at my experia score to see why this might be, then would not let me proceed….no phone has arrived I went into a 02 shop
