@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I went to use a code not realising drive thrus aren’t accepted (so it expired), as they are the nearest one to me and I had trouble last week with another branch as it said I’d already used it. Would it be possible to get another code please as I’ve missed out on it twice now

I should be resting not dealing with @O2 who are useless & can’t help no matter how many times you explain you need signal for covid results…all they come back with is ‘go to a store or borrow a friend or families phone’ so O2 actively encourage potential of passing onto others.
