    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @O2, causing huge amounts of ongoing stress for months &every time they offer reassurance they will resolve the issue they created, they fail to do so. Unable to speak with a manager for months. One to avoid!

    .@O2 How can a customer (since 2001) get you to deal with a problem? I need to stop paying for a dongle I have never used or even know how to use. It is out of contract but, after 3 months I STILL can’t get anyone to stop payments on it. HELP.

    @O2 Hi, I’ve now spoken with o2 who have advised it was down to an error from your side. You had me on two contracts when I left. Letter received from moorcroft debt recovery. Whilst I have now been issued a credit this company will have me as a bad debt !
