@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 The agent advised to buy the headphones outright, so I paid £119, that payment is still processing so I am still without and order for headphones and now £119 down, apparently it will return within 24 hours but I truly think this is no where near good enough.

@O2 just spoke to customer service they say they can’t help me till my next bill comes through. I have a bolt on so I can call America for five pence per minute. And Now one one minute call cost me £10 and I’ve hit my spend cap limit I will have to go into the shop I guess
