@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Imagine paying £30 a month for Wi-Fi @Plusnet that doesn’t connect making your smart tv, iPads and phones unusable. We’ve burnt through nearly 200gb of data the last month because of how crap the service is. Thanks @O2 for providing a stable 4G connection. #plusnetfail

Yet another 90 minutes on the phone to @O2, funny how they never take into account how long you've been a loyal customer, hope it costs you thousands to mend your roof & I hope you've lost so much business, terrible customer service from this company.

@davesargent @Digsweezy07928 @O2 Sky and Giff Gaff both use the o2 network. So if you like the reception but not o2's customer service. Either of these will do. Giff Gaff offers monthly rolling contract too if you are using a sim free handset.

@1daynearer @O2 Hi this is O2 customer services, thanks for your message. could you just clarify whether you’ve in fact upgraded your phone or yourself? I’m just wondering if the problem is that you’ve stuck the new SIM card in your ear?
