@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 can I ask why the service on my phone simply doesn’t work when automatically connected to 5G? With an increase of 5G masts being installed, the future with O2 doesn’t look promising if it continues in this way?!

@O2 Day 134 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 The horrific customer service you offer. I've reported them to offcom. Offcom is unable to get involved in individual cases. If enough people complain, they will investigate

HELP How the hell do you cancel your @o2 sim (not in contract) if they won't answer the phone. They gave nothing in their FAQs which allow me to cancel. Must be illegal. Thought SKY was difficult? Try @O2. 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 hi there. I’m not a customer but my wife is aac. 1005079702. My wife died in January and she has just received a final demand for payment because of arrears. I cannot get through to any of your numbers to discuss this. You are threatening bailiff action….
