    @O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @parkz1892 @O2 My 4 weeks is Monday which is when I was told delivery would be! Wish I’d gone with another network now as I’ve seen people waiting 6 weeks+ and still don’t have their phone. @o2 you should compensate those who go over their delivery estimate!?

    Dear @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 My contract is up. I live in Kings Hill, Kent. This is a massive development that's been here for years. Yet ALL of your signals suck. Have any of you got plans to sort this out? Because everyone on the hill is desperate for a decent signal.
