@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

  • uzi_mc Keith Merriman (@uzi_mc) reported from Wootton, England

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

  • seven7ins brian (@seven7ins) reported

I did NOT give any consent to @O2 to give any of my personal information or contact number to any government dept for an emergency broadcast message. @ICOnews there's a GDPR breach here, what are you going to do about this???

  • DMA_F Darren AF (@DMA_F) reported

Seems like it's not only me who's been unable to get through to @O2 mobile customer service. Can't get through on phone, app chat is busy, then says you're closed even though you're supposed to be open until 10pm. Only wanted to port my old number, but now considering cancelling.

  • intecorpuk Paul Chow (@intecorpuk) reported

Not very happy with my local Gregg this morning, we have redeemed 2 x o2 codes for 2 x large mocha. Only to be told system down sorry we can't honour your code. Shop refused to honour #howisitourfault @O2 @GreggsOfficial

  • bushlar88 Jonathan Clarke (@bushlar88) reported

Fantastic customer service by @O2 yet again. Putting the phone down on customers when they are the ones that have messed up yet again....

  • weyland76 Matt 🏳️‍🌈 (@weyland76) reported

Anyone recommend a good mobile provider other than @o2? I know no one will be perfect but there must be a company out there who can actually provide a usable phone signal? I have full 4g at the moment but having to use train wi-fi instead because absolutely nothing is loading.

  • dizauda16 Dizauda16 (@dizauda16) reported

  • frtimw Tim Williams (@frtimw) reported

Fed up of @viginmedia broadband dropping out and @O2 signal being negligible meaning I can’t properly use my phone. Last Tim I spoke to O2 excuse was a mast wasn’t working and it’s still not. Need to end contracts.

  • spasypaddy Daniel (@spasypaddy) reported

I just picked up an @O2 payg sim card and I can't seem to login on the app or register a new account because I once had a pay monthly sim... It won't let me do a password reset either.
