    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 Hi there , I wonder if you can help , I bought an iPhone on eBay locked to O2 thinking my Sky SIM card would work , as they use the same network but all I get is an error on the screen stating “SIM CARD NOT SUPPORTED “

    If @VodafoneUK help me out of this contract they’ll have another customer without question. The sooner I can leave @o2 without paying for the contract buyout - which I think is a liberty given I’ve never had what I’m paying for - the better.

    @O2 I saved a code for a free Odeon ticket earlier this week but every time I’ve clicked “use now” it says “sorry there was a problem with your request try again later”. Could you amend this?

    @virginmedia signal gone for 24 hours yet again. Cannot register this fault anywhere to be eligible for a refund! Service is atrocious as usual… still waiting for last refund to be credited. @O2 can you sort your new colleagues out?!?

    @O2, your customer service is a joke. I've been cut off all day while trying to get through. Finally, I got through to your representative who literally said 'Hello..', to which I reply 'Hello, is this O2?', then she said 'Yes' and ended the call.

    @O2 We phone O2 customer service and were cut off halfway through the call because the services were too busy. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.
