    Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

    I didn’t realise Edge and 3G networks will still a thing until I switched to the @O2 mobile network. I’ve gone from 5G and 4G coverage everywhere to 4G if you’re lucky, 3G a lot of the time and occasionally Edge or just no data connection at all. I’m having buyers remorse.

    @O2 rang your customer services last night to see why my service has been appalling for the past few months, to which I’m told there’s no issue and I need a new sim card (current one is just a year old). I’ve had barely any service today and for the past two hours no signal 😡
