@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 data roaming not working in Portugal. On call to customer service for over 1 hour who tell me Portugal not included in your Europe zone even tho it says it is on your list. This is seriously frustrating and getting no where speaking to staff on phone!

@Kim446661677 @MartinSLewis I'm just trying again now... The site looks different to when I last tried. The new issue is that @O2 is not sending confirmation SMS for 2 factor authentication. Google suggests that this is a recurrent O2 issue
