@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 My phone was barred 9 days ago through no fault of my own. Customer services have been promising to unbar and keep saying itll be done 'within 24 hrs' the problem still remains. Phone inoperable, still expected to pay and no further with resolving!! Absolutely shocking!!

@O2 just wondering if it is standard practice for your call centre staff to tell customers they will call them back and then never bother?? 5 times I’ve been told that this week including for manager call! #horrendouscustomerservice @Ofcom needs to looks into these cowboys!

@O2 Day 100 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
