@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 MR Stephen one of your employees harassing me and discriminating on call and was rude and i have evidence of his recording and from other o2 customer service what they said he harassed employee whoever try to help me and many customer service person from o2 said we recognised !

Recently had quite the experience changing my mobile provider to @o2 ordered on 24th Nov and it has taken 3 weeks to have a hopefully have a fully functioning service. Due to delays caused by o2 and royal mail strikes. I received my first bill before I received the new sim.

@O2 Day 27 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 came over from 3, put PAC code in when I made the order for my O2 sim on 4/12, had the sim 2 days but my number still hasn't been ported. Can't get hold of your customer service. Still getting signal from both sims and now paying for 2 contracts, help please

@O2 Why is the network so rubbish in northwich? 3 bars of 4G and i cant even load google. While my wife’s phone on vodaphone is working perfectly. Ive reset my network settings and reset my phone and yet there is no solution. Will be leaving this network for good when contact is up
