@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 after a 80 minute call over 3 weeks ago to customer services ( told me matter was resolved) to another call today to be sent to store for store to contact customer services for me to be told they can't do anything . Worst company in the world @O2 sucks . Disgraceful

@O2 it’s truely insane how terrible my time with this company has been. I couldn’t honestly recommend them to anyone. From signal issues in a city centre, to finding it next to impossible to speak to a human when you need to. Go anywhere else

Really, really regretting leaving @O2 and moving to @tescomobile . Tesco service has been absolutely shocking. I've been waiting for them to port my number since 6th Dec. Multiple online chats, conversations with staff in-store, DMs on here and zero progress.
