    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @RDW_91 @O2 Yes!!! Just when I thought this network couldn’t get any worse, they prove me wrong!! Slow data every single day, every phone call is interrupted with terrible signal and they’ve the cheek to increase the bills when they’re incapable of supplying the service they sell!! 🤬

    Just called into the @o2 shop in St Helens….no signal fix until at the earliest 14th of April for the WA10 area. Piss poor, still in my 14 day cooling off period so @3mobile for £21 cheaper with more data here i come.
