    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 A hold function or queue function would help that but you don't provide either so it's not possible for them to get to my call as it won't connect.

    @O2 I need to change ownership of an account in order to keep the same number when I change sim. I’ve called customer service and they told me to make an account, how can I do this when the number I use is linked to the account I need to change ownership for ? Useless.

    @O2 recently returned from Spain, but texts I am recieving are atill shwoing as intetnational calls. Have restarted my phone (S21) and reset networks but to no avail. Seen others with same problem on o2 forums. Whats the issue?
