@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Hi @O2 – signal on the M55 motorway around Junction 4 Blackpool is extremely poor (calls drop, no usable data). This is a major safety concern on a motorway. Please confirm when this will be fixed.

@O2 can someone ASAP DM me. We went into Stratford and spoke to one of your pushy sales people. We never signed anything, but it was mentioned about broadband/Sky TV. We never signed anything, but the salesman too bank details (bizarre), yet had emails saying we have signed up.

@O2 ive recently upgraded is it correct that you don't help to transfer samsung details over or explain how to now ?and just send people to a dodgy phone shop where they charge you £25 pound for doing it ? As that's what service ive received ?

@O2 Then your "live support" is ****, typical response YOU give "This is a messaging service and not a live chat", i waited 58 minutes for an agent who cut me off within 30s because i didnt reply instantly from a "messaging service and not live chat"

@O2 horrific customer service. I can’t access the online app to speak to someone to fix my network issues because it needs to send me a code… but I can’t receive the code because I have no network?!?!? I’m in a foreign country, alone with no network unless I find wifi
