    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 No I never received an email inviting me to claim it, I've got all my emails from O2 still on my phone and it's just bills and my welcome pack.. I was told the email would come within 90 days of my purchase...

    @virginmedia Sadly you have told me to use another network as @O2 cannot guarantee that the local mast (which serves a population of about 10000 ) will be fixed anytime soon. Now in Deadlock.

    @alik8 @O2 yesterday my account also got suspended too but I was able to get it back within 20 minutes through the help of @joram_wawa He's indeed a genuine account recovery expert.

    Honestly @O2 The signal in the USA provided via @TMobile is absolutely abysmal!!! Constantly no signal or 3G or 4G !!! I left @ThreeUK hoping for better signal and it’s shockingly bad at home and here in the states!!! Shouldn’t have to turn data on/off all day to get signal! 😡

    @O2 your O2 customer services have left me no other option but to try write on Social Media. Your customer services service is appalling. You do not want to help anyone. I've made 4 complaints via your CS and not had one single response. Not a happy customer.
