@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

@O2 please please please tell me how to contact customer services. It is impossible to log in to My O2, it doesn’t recognise my phone or email even though I’ve been with you for 10 years. I click help and it just circles round to the same pages.

@O2 Your company is a joke! Spent ages trying to get a phone problem sorted when mine stopped charging quickly after less than 2 weeks, no response. Super quick to send out a threatening missed payment letter though! Won’t say which payment, or the date it was due was missed (1/2)

Why was 3G incredible until 4G was available, then 4G incredible until 5G was available. Now on @O2 4G May as well mean sweet FA as it never works! 5G unavailable in the vast parts of the UK so left with nothing!
