    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 I placed an order with you on 31st March, chased this up for nearly two weeks now. Keep being told you’ll be in touch in “48 hours”. Online chat help is atrocious, phone assistance is worse. Can you help? I’ve spent over a week chasing this now.

    @O2 how long does it take for a phone to be unlocked from your network? Gave my son my old phone and a sky sim card. Didnt realise phone was locked to o2. Really need it unlocked before he goes away for the weekend with his dad

    @O2 absolutely shocking customer service. Someone has taking a brand new iPhone out on my address. I am still getting letters 6 months on for her with threats of debt collectors being sent despite speaking to 4 different customer service operators.
