@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 don’t ever get a contract with O2, the amount of times I have complained about 5G internet and no one has dealt with my complaint is ridiculous! Never ever would get a contract with O2 again! Worst phone company ever. My girlfriend is with EE and she always praises them!

1 week and still no replacement phone nor any alternatives are in stock. Only solution offered is to wait until one happens to come into stock. The amount they charge in premium and this is the sort of service you get. Poor. Do better @O2 #O2insure
