@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I understand that, but this increase was over 10%. My bill has gone from £10 to £11.17?? It's hardly treating your customers fairly to impose this increase after being a customer for just 1 month!

@O2 Hello O2. I recently upgraded my contract with an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which came with a new sim card. I have noticed that since installing the new sim card, my signal strength has dropped from 4 to 2 bars. I live very close to a cell tower... 1/2
