@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 just phoned up to take an insurance out on my new iPad Pro been told wrong information so phoned up to get some advice your staff are rude and do not listen. They also did not let me get a word in Edgeways. Not happy when I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years! 😡

@O2 since getting many messages about necessary work being done nearby my phone call signal has deteriorated dramatically. I can’t have any length of serious conversation at all in my house or outside in the garden where I go to improve my signal. I’m in S6, Sheffield. 🙄

@SwailesRuth @O2 I had very good bereavement support from BT and HSBC. Many companies ok but could do better. Absolute worst has been Tesco from whom my Dad had a pension. It took 6 weeks to find someone who knew who actually managed it!

@O2 me again, my service has still not been restored and it has now been over 48hrs. Also why have a customer helpline when I’ve been calling for almost 15 minutes for help and it is not being answered???????????
