    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 Morning. Your new once-a-month O2 Priority Caffe Nero codes are not working today. They were not accepted at Caffe Nero this morning. Is there some sort of issue with acceptance today?

    @Ofcom Thanks @O2 have failed again to contact me regarding a complaint - I’ve contacted them again and they have advised I will have to wait a further 5 days. Ill go via an ADR scheme today. Thanks again James
