@O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

@o2 REALLY disappointing that as a long time customer trying to take out a second contract your sales assistant yesterday cut me off and didn't call back, and today said he had a systems issue and would call me back......and didn't. Business that good that you can lose customers?

@getnorthern @O2 As a point of principle I never accept any deal over the phone unless I have initiated the call myself. They lose interest as soon as I tell them that I don't do business over the phone with strangers who phone out of the blue. I say that if I'm interested I'll look online.

@O2 just tried to cancel my airtime plan after 10 years to be told that I don’t have the option to do this and continue to pay off my device plan but new contract holders do have this option. Extremely frustrated.
