@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 Thanks for the reply. I am aware of this, but when my phone says "5G" in the top status bar with 3-4 bars of signal, I expect to have 5G capability/speeds - not just nothing happening and timeouts when I try to use my browser/YouTube/WhatsApp etc.

@O2 the signal in the CH5 area has been terrible for days. Your status checker says that it's fine. It really isn't. 0 bars mostly. Other people are having the same problem.

@O2 Automated or not, surely someone has to update the account with the bereavement. Yet over a week later the automated letter was sent! Rose took my number but I’m STILL waiting for someone to call me regarding my complaint.

So annoyed and frustrated with the Customer Service from @O2 It’s taken nearly 2.5 months to get an answer from someone and then it’s completely the opposite to what I have been told in the first place!! Not happy!!
