    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    I’ve been experiencing probably the worst customer experience I have EVER had from @O2 ……. Without doubt the biggest disregard for customers, rude agents that never call back, useless in every way!! Is there any mobile operator who care ?? @EE @VodafoneUK

    @O2 my S23 keeps going into Emergency Calls only and has to be put in and out of flight mode to get it back, is this a network / sim thing or a phone issue?

    @O2 thanks for the 1 day warning text about the fact I'll have no signal due to essential work. UNTIL WEDNESDAY! BRILLIANT, WELL DONE. I was thinking of leaving anyway due to poor signal across the south coast. I have 4 contracts that are up soon.
