    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 Despite the whole of priority being down, all the cheaper priced tickets were already gone and seem to be on resale sites for about 7/8 times the price… nice one

    @helsbelsphoto I have no idea why @o2 priority has become such a nightmare. I don't know if it's Ticketbastard at fault or o2, but pre-sales either crash and burn, or give you awful seats. It used to be an amazing service!

    @O2 It’s 11.30 and you still can’t access Priority! You should be embarrassed, shambles of a company. Priority crashing every time tickets go on sale and can never get reception at an event with more than 100 people attending! EE here we come.

    @O2 is this because you’ve got a partnership with Virgin Media now? been an o2 customer for years and suddenly logged out and unable to use the app when non-customers can have access. Priority is a massive reason I stay with o2. really hoping this is a one off?

    Couldn’t have picked the WORST day to go back to @O2 for sure. Nothing on their website is working and getting 504 bad gateway errors all the time. C’mon #O2 #O2UK sort it out guys 🫧
