  @O2 I am livid. For MONTHS now I have had barely any signal in my flat. I have missed yet another call from my GP because of this. Your email updates keep telling me you're "working on it" but this doesn't help me. It's actively preventing me from getting medical help. SORT IT.

  @O2 Hi, it was already arranged to come out on the 25 which I arrange back in January I not had an issue untill last month with the two dates being different and also the day saying the 23, also the two payments are saying diffrent days?

  Very frustrating that my wife’s @O2 network has been down for 10 days now, despite x3 SIM cards and multiple calls per day to #O2 . As an #NHS doctor she’s finding it tough not being able to receive calls from patients 🙁 can you help??

  @O2 Yes, primarily at home. I had normal service (4G) when I went into town. I’ve already tried twice turning my phone off and on, so I know it’s not that. 3G signal has been pretty weak making sites hard to visit.
