    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 This is disgusting….we have literally been sat all day looking at a broken app so how have they all been sold?? I have been permanently logged into the priority app in all the years I’ve had it and I mysteriously get logged out at exactly 9.30 this morning🤬

    @O2 How many did you sell your site crashed most of the day I think it was a big con job very poor customer service by O2 and Virgin Media

    @O2 Biggest issue with this absolute s**t show is that neither O2 nor @virginmedia will hold their hands up and say “we ****** up”. O2 literally say “sorry you didn’t get any” without making any effort to take the blame. And Virgin have not cookie cutter responses “Due to high dem..”

    @O2 Absolute disgrace this. I was trying to log in for HOURS. If you can’t predict the traffic and then have the ability to cope with said traffic, don’t offer the service. Simple

    @o2 @virginmedia both a waste of time trying since 10am for Peter Kay tickets for now to see pre sale sold out . Both a disgrace and should be supporting your customers on Saturday. Copy and paste the same comments all day and let people down #O2Priority #prioritymyarse
