@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@virginmedia Worst customer service on the planet. Tried to get Vault set up between Virgin Media and @O2 and the the VM advisor was trying to get me to purchase a new SIM card for £12 a month.

@O2 All credit checks are completed by the network rather than ourselves. They consider a number of different factors and take these all into account when running the credit check. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to provide any specific reasons. Their reply?

£108.96 a month to @O2 is crippling me and half the time I don’t have signal and don’t use half their services 😳😳 might be time to pay off and leave and look for a better deal elsewhere
