@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 8 hours wasted trying to login to get my "priority" sales access, then it turns out that thousands including loads of scalpers have been buying the tickets by bypassing the system without even having to be verified O2 customers. That's me done, taking my custom elsewhere now.

@O2 Did you not foresee this? I have been a loyal o2 customer for years because i like the o2 presale and have used it for other gigs. However today you have really let yourselves down. Absolutely gutted have tried all day and got nothing!
