I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

Impossible to speak to @O2 Get told the store can help but they can’t. Can’t call as it says they’re too busy and hangs up. Fab.

@swinter100 @O2 I moved to sky mobile last year who piggy back on o2 and the coverage is awful. Even when I have good signal and 4/5g, things don’t load.

@O2 My new handset was sent off for repair in November last year. I was told the tech people would call me when it was ready. The last time I phoned customer services was about 3 weeks ago and as the tech people don't work weekends I was assured the agent would call them to
