    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @O2 not gonna lie, i don’t know what’s going on with my phone. it first started out by me trying to make calls and then going back to call failed. now i have no service whatsoever even with my sim card in?

    @O2 I signed an 18 month CONTRACT with @virginmedia which included an O2 deal £10 monthly paid separately second month and you have increased my payment I said keep it at £10 you said no I said cancel it then and you said that would be breaking the CONTRACT and would cost me

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @O2 I am an O2 customer. Bought a SIM card for £30 to use in Ireland whilst visiting my sister last week and it did not work at all. SO disappointed. Landed up buying a local sim and topped it up with data. I still have the slip and SIM card. Can I please return it for a refund?

    @O2 My phone number still hasn’t tanagers over and it’s been 6 days. This is ridiculous! Someone needs to call me with an explanation tomorrow before I cancel my contract and go else where.

    @O2 hi I did a sim swap today at around 10am and I still have no service on the new phone and also the old one now has has no service too any help would be appreciated
