@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 I spent from 10 am to 10pm yesterday constantly refreshing the o2 priortiry app yesterday and it was down the whole time. So how can you be sold out? How does that work? What an absolute joke of a company! I can't wait to be out of contract with you, customer service is shocking.

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Absolute nonsense. Finally got onto 02 priority this morning to find that all tickets were sold out. O2 should feel ashamed and should have been prepared. I don’t feel like a valued customer and O2 should put it right.

@O2 @Shortiesimone There was a bigger issue than force-closing the app would address. The web version was also coming up with the all-too frequent message these days that there was a fault, it had been reported, and come back later. There’s clearly a fundamental underlying issue yet to be resolved.

@O2 wicked finally after 26 hours I can get into the priority app to try and get tickets for @peterkay_co_uk but they have all gone!! Wicked!! Always pats being a customer for 15 years don’t it 👍🏼 shambolic

@O2 the whole of the priority app was down yesterday meaning no only have we missed out on Peter Kay tickets but we also missed out on the other priorities available. Free drinks and ice cream that would have been handy. Such a let down!
