    @O2 Two DMs now. I’ve been trying to get this issue sorted since Sat and I’m out the country from Sun so it needs sorting before then. I was reassured that it was when I rang yesterday but it isn’t. Still no response. Yet others replied to having not waited as long as I have.

    @virginmedia @O2 I am so close to cancelling everything service with VM AND O2 and going to SKYY for TV service and a third party for my BB. Sort this VM and fast. Disgraceful service.

    @O2 are a joke.. expecting me to pay around £1000 to pay off my device plans on two phones, when the signal had been horrendous on them both for the last 4 months.. sat on the phone with them for about 45 minutes, only for them to put the phone down.. 🥸🤬

    @virginmedia @O2 @peterkay_co_uk I want to speak with Michael Kay at VM. I setup a new package with VM and O2 on the 30th Sept 2022 and now i am getting Final demand messages from VM stating I have paid. Spent 52mins on the phone on Saturday last and 44 mins this evening.Get Michael Kay of VM to sort this issue.

    @O2 hi, I’m a virgin media customer and downloaded the priority app and it keeps closing and won’t let me in. Managed to get in once but never again. Deleted and downloaded a couple of times and still the same. Any tips?
