    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 I am an o2 DE customer but I can't find them on twitter 😭 I tried using the myo2 mobile app suggested to connect the router but it cannot help me after a point. Can I talk to someone in English preferably? any global hotline? email? anything?

    @t0mj1 @O2 They offer a great service and that’s why I use them. They didn’t have to send me anything. I get great value.

    @O2 I’ve DM’d. I’m pretty annoyed about this so may consider cancelling the order and going to another network. Lying about stock levels to pile up orders isn’t a quality I’m looking for in a service provider.
