    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 has the worst customer experience from your staff member Rich refused to help refused to transfer my call. Been a customer for over 15 years and must say Rich was very rude and I would recommend others to stay away from o2 disgusting behaviour

    Worst experience with @O2, trying to get incorrect defaulted payment removed from my @Experian_UK score (which they verbally agreed it was incorrect). I haven't been a customer for 3+ years!! Be careful people, still trying to get this resolved a month later! #awful

    @O2 Hi, i've been trying all morning to get the code for wicked reward tickets - both on my laptop and in the mobile app, but not code appears. I have also tried reinstalling the app and the code still doesn't appear. Please can you help advise? Thanks
