I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@O2 last couple days I haven’t been able to get through to my mum (she’s on O2 i’m not). Just goes straight to voicemail. Signal looks fine and nothing is turned on/off that shouldn’t be! Stepdad’s phone on O2 in the same room is fine. Any ideas?

@O2 it's 22.16 , your 4g in Preston is averaging 0.48 mgb . It's not congestion Your just terrible. Next day of I'll take my £200 per month on phones and hotspots and give it to a company that gives a ****. You can't give me congestion as an excuse. My EE phone is fine
