@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 the customer service is ridiculously poor. I have been on hold 4 times this morning for over 30 minutes each time to arrange a return within a 14-day period. Each time i get through the person can't do it. Why be on return if they can't do it. Trading standards time

@swinter100 @O2 I moved to sky mobile last year who piggy back on o2 and the coverage is awful. Even when I have good signal and 4/5g, things don’t load.
