    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 It's been ongoing for years, left o2 for this reason. Thought it would be fixed by now, obv not. No issues outside/calls/texts. Only inside Glasgow Central Station. Postcode G1 3TA

    I reckon when I’ve got some money I’m going to sack @O2 off. Absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. Their 5G is beyond poor. It’s either @EE or @VodafoneUK for me.

    @O2 how do I go about cancelling my contract a bit early due to awful mobile signal, no 5g/4g or very little data. I am stuck in only being able to use my mobile in my house connected to WiFi. This has been for 6 months or more now?!

    @O2 is there speed issues with 4g un ws7 area as I am only getting 0.3mb download and no upload. Rebooted phone etc no change
