@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 I received a call from O2 today. Great I thought it would be in response to my complaint to OFCOM. But no they were trying to sell me more stuff oh their unusable network . 😡 Only O2 could be so incompetent to try and sell stuff when their network is so CR%P.

Hi @O2 I have ordered the sim but still waiting for it. However, I have really been billed even though, I am not using the service yet? Is that normal? Also, I have requested to keep the number from my previous (current still) operator but did not get any confirmation?

Any danger of anyone answering my call on the 202 number? Have patiently gone through the automated queue twice now only to have phone put down on me once completed @O2? Can't seem to speak with anyone online either regarding an insurance query. Very frustrating!
