    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 NEVER GET A PHONE WITH O2. They are incapable of communicating. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Second time in a week they’ve cancelled my entire account. Fraud department don’t respond. Absolutely appalled.

    @O2 Well that’s completely different to what your live chat agent and the customer services agent Michelle Steffens who rang me yesterday told me. So why am I being constantly lied to? No I won’t DM you as you don’t respond to DMs I would rather all your customers know your issues

    Over a year on and @O2 still haven't fixed the mast issue in my area. Definitely changing provider at the end of my contract. Fare thee well, 13 years of custom!

    @O2 I placed an order for a SIM only plan on 26th January but have still not received the SIM card. Have tried phoning customer services but they hung up on me! Can you DM me please so that I can chase up the order.
