  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

  • AliJLab
Ali L (@AliJLab) reported from Bournemouth, England

@O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

@O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tom’s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We increasingly have 650 elected officials in Westminster more interested in chasing personal glory on matters overseas than attempting to resolve domestic issues

  • silestanix

@O2 I've already submitted a formal complaint, I'll be asking for my PAC Code when I'm back in the UK next week. Enough is enough. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.
