@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 Done everything & this isn’t the first time this has happened at the exact point I want to use it. Not good service if I can’t access the app and have to go through the hassle of going through a web browser. Should be pain free... not a happy customer

@O2 The trouble is this is only refreshed hourly. No explanation now of what happened last night, and shouldn't have to keep checking to see if it's going to disappear ;( You never know when at the moment ;(
