@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

Ive been with @O2 for a number of years. Ive never been disappointed until now. I used their insurance and have been told my phone is out of stock with no indication of when it will come back. Plus my excess will come out in the next 2 bills and my phone isnt even here!!!

@O2 I’ve logged a formal complaint at the store about this I should of left … I will let the media and ombudsman’s know as the guy in the store was shocked that this had happened and 5 issues and mistakes and said it’s appalling!
