@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

Superb service @O2. Haven’t been able to receive calls or texts all day. Called into store to get a new sim as the one (which has worked for 3 years) doesn’t work in any phone. Got the new sim, got home to set it up. And look, you need to receive a code via a text Perfect 👍

@O2 Appalling service from O2 this weekend. No one I have spoken to have done what they said they would. Stressful being hung up on and having to spend hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. £10 goodwill gesture. No thank you. Going elsewhere

@O2 seriously need to allow customers to pay more than they owe on device plans on the app. Paying a device plan off early is always a good thing and something O2 should encourage to help reduce customer debts. Paying a device plan off early could lead to cheaper SIM only deals

@O2 Hi, I got the phone last year and keep seeing two payments and wondering what these were. I never had this with my last contract. I went with this one as cheaper but now more expensive. I'm just surprised they don't tell you about the device payments in store.

@O2 Yes I've done a service check everyday & i get told there's a problem with a mast that an engineer is on their way to. This is day 3!!!!! Indoors I'm connected to my Internet which means I can check emails etc, but away from home I have absolutely nothing.

@stephencomiskey @O2 Lol. Gone from not receiving any incoming calls and texts to not being able to do anything. Getting progressively worse despite a lengthy call to customer service earlier. Perfect 👍
