@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

@joel_hames @O2 It doesn’t affect me personally as I rarely make or receive calls. It’s only the data side that I’m bothered about, but that seems to be working. Sounds like it’s a problem at their end.

Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

Hi @O2 my parents have had contracts with you for over 20 years (since the BT days). My mum has gone over her measly data limit and been charged £30 for the privilege. You've never contacted them to improve their packages, and are taking advantage of the situation. Sort it out.
