I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

I was getting worried about my iPhone and losing all data connectivity as this has happened a few times despite having a full signal. Power off/on and same. Happened at Hampden Park and at the weekend in Trafalgar Square and that area. Think it’s just @O2 can’t handle crowds.

@O2 is there an issue with 4G network in Edinburgh, every time I am in public and not on WiFi- I can’t send or receive texts, get on internet. Can only make calls. Very frustrating !!

@VodafoneUK I left @O2 after 12 years after rubbish service. I've been with you 6 years but keep ignoring me tweets about the problems only your customers seem to be having with @GooglePlay and their p20 and I'll be on my merry way.... Post a formal complaint

I really wish I got the name of the customer service assistant on @O2 yesterday! She was outstanding!! Best service ever...so understanding and sympathetic she made my day so much better!! Well done on your training as I was pretty upset. She was an angel #MentalHealthAwareness

@DangelAngello @VodafoneUK @O2 Had no problems with O2 but I dealt with them mostly through carphone warehouse found them very knowledgeable and helpful. It was Vodafone that were obstructive annoying and no help what so ever in the shop

Been trying for 3 days to pay an @O2 bill using an @n26 @N26_Support card. Something to do with a German address format that it won’t accept payment. I’m in the UK... please fix. Tried multiple times .

@O2 absolute shambles. O2 algorithms has falsely thought my order was fraud and despite me telling customer service immediately it wasn’t - my phone due to arrive today has been sent back to O2. On top of that, 202 and fraud team can’t do anything about it to fix it. Laughable.

Shocking customer service from both @O2 & @virginmedia. Ordered a volte package on the 29th January which should have an 02 SIM card. This has not arrived, you contact virgin about it they say call o2. I have been transferred twice and no one seems to be able to help.
