  @O2 Terrible customer service was told I was getting a refund on the 17th feb which could take up to 15 days. Phoned up again as no sign of refund. Asked to put in a complaint on the 4th but no manager in.Manager will phone on Mon 6th… still no call. Phoned today again to complain

  @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

  @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

  @O2 @02 shambles the worry of another £2200 bill coming out by mistake is massive.I’ve complained saying I’ve been getting the same data usage warnings even though I’m on a unlimited data contract No wonder people have breakdowns with money worry’s if this is the service you operate

  @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!
