@O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

@Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@O2 What’s with the 4G Issues at the moment? As soon as leave the house and go onto the mobile network nothing works. I can have full 4G and full signal but nothing is working and it’s starting to annoy me. I can’t use something I’m paying for.

@EdwardBGreen @O2 Last year I removed daytime calling plan from landline, thinking landline would be incoming only, and I'd only make outgoing calls from mobile. Then I moved to S Woodford, where signal is really poor. I've missed calls about Last Rites - thankfully they reached me another way.

@hermit_of_alba @O2 Landline is with BT. Do BT use their own mobile network? I'm somewhat astonished that signal is so poor here in this part of London of all places but apparently not uncommon.

Having terrible problems with @O2 been calling customer services for 2 hours. 6 calls got cut.Agents working frm home say they can’t call me back. Then the call cuts. Sometimes it cuts whilst on hold. Urgently need engineer to call back as texts don’t arrive. I’m 15 years loyal
