    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    Utterly disgusted with @O2 lack of response to 2 emails sent to credit file referrals!! This is YOUR mistake and now we can’t sort our mortgage! After looking online I can see we aren’t the only ones either! Absolutely livid! @markevans can you get your staff to actually help us?

    @Hannah_Harkness @O2 Jumping on the bandwagon, been with @O2 since they were btcellnet and never had a thing from them, only way you get a random surprise is to suck up to them on social media!!

    @O2 @UswitchUK Been with O2 for over 15 yrs now and never once had an issue with no signal which considering Cumbria isn't renowned for having the best coverage shows how good O2 is, keep it up

    @O2 @TerryBossons I’ve been a loyal customer of @O2 for probably 10 years plus. Never had this box delivered or any other gifts. What’s the criteria to get one?
