@o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

@O2 help! why is it my wife can use her PAYG credit to pay for iTunes but when I do the same for my method of payment it declines and inturn ends up charging me from my bank! You’ve now cost me £13.98 that I could’ve done without. I want to use up my credit!

@O2 1 bar or no signal from your transmitter in which I’m half a mile away from and WiFi calling don’t even help to receive when there’s no phone signal

@O2 I have sat patiently waiting for an answer from you for my signal loss issue when I live half a mile away from one of your transmitters and WiFi calling is still not a help
