    @O2 @O2Priority Daughter's upgrade IPhone stolen in transit. Have waited the 3-5 days for investigation but nothing heard so rang for update. Now apparently escalated to complaints & further wait of 6 working days! Not good enough service for loyal customers so 2 contracts gone😡

    @O2 Ballymena town centre yet again has no / poor internet access today on 4G and 5G is not available here. This has been ongoing as a re-occurring issue for 2-3 years. I will need to move to another provider who cares about their Ballymena customers. @O2 clearly don’t.
