    @O2 Well, I never got a response. Found a phone number. Was on hold for over an hour then it disconnected. Your quick to take my money, but impossible to get it back. Terrible customer service. Forced onto @02 from Virgin. Big mistake.

    @O2 im amazed with less than a month of my contract left your sales team wouldn’t offer an early upgrade, even when I said I was going to leave the network otherwise, they should be better retained in customer retention. Currently paying £55pm for an iPhone XS - abysmal

    @O2 trying to provide you with my PAC but it's actually impossible to get through to your CS. Worst customer service ... or complete lack of in a long, long time. Seriously going to look elsewhere. Why did you do this @virginmedia ?
