@O2 Hi, I desperately need to chat with somebody as my sim has been switched off. I made a pr-order yesterday for the S22 Ultra, being told I would only receive it on the 25th. It seems my sim has been shut down the process. Need help as elderly family are dependent on me! HELP!!

@O2 cell site 3940 Epworth (DN9 1JL) doesn’t appear to have any battery backup. Power off in area -cell site went down as well at same time. :(

@RabbaGnosis @O2 The issue is that due to the power outages, masts are forced to rely on battery backups, which only last a few hours at most, causing loss of connection

@O2 FYI I got a call from this number (01242306032) claiming they're from @O2, apparently I've qualified for 30% discount on monthly bill. Considering I'm on Tesco mobile pay as you go I found it to be suspicious, when challenged person said sorry to bother & put phone down.

@O2 It's not summit new when a new bad with come available I get it there 5g but I pay for a 4g ready phone. So I shouldn't be losing 4g in areas I get 4g unless something was being tampered with as a form of marketing push at people wanting a new phone for 5g
