    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    @O2 I need help. At 2pm today i went in to the priority app and saved an odeon ticket. It's now saying out of stock but it saved earlier and I haven't used it

    @O2 been trying to get through to customer services for 4 days! On hold for 20-25 mins no answer, tried all different times of day & now after 15 minute wait line cut off

    Seems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.

    @O2 I have DM'd about it, called about it and emailed about it. Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be
