@o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

Warning to anyone taking out an @O2 contract for use whilst travelling to the USA. They don’t tell you that your 25GB allowance is speed capped at 0.5MBs!!! Useless service in the USA. @MartinSLewis did you know this?

@O2 my mobile data is constantly failing to connect on my Apple Watch (I pay for a monthly airtime plan) all online advisors are less that helpful, if I bring it in to store is it an issue you can potentially resolve or will you refer me to Apple?
