    @O2 been trying to get through to customer services for 4 days! On hold for 20-25 mins no answer, tried all different times of day & now after 15 minute wait line cut off

    @O2 @O2 @CISAS_UK Spare me the scripted apology. You agreed to remove this default as if it never happened. You didn’t. I’ve waited the full 90 working days and the deadline has passed. I’m escalating through CISAS, and every day this stays on my file is documented. This ends now.

    @O2 Terrible company. I raised a complaint about the bereavement handling of my late father’s line You’ve repeatedly addressed the response of the complaint to him directly, distressing me and my mother. When I raised this to you, you sent another to him! Absolutely shameful.

    @O2 Someone replied and I have now replied to arrange the callback with a time/date. Email complaints agents picking have meanwhile ignored my request to escalate to CISAS and for a final position letter - despite this being in the O2 Customer Complaints Code
