@O2 please can someone help? O2 deactivated my phone as I had reported my phone lost, next day i asked for it to be reactived. 2 weeks on and still have no network. The handset had been barred from the network and no one fixing this. Refuse to pay for a non-working phone!

@O2 I don’t know why this date was advised I was told to call cust service and pay a small balance on the hub spot that I never wanted (& was told came free with my last handset and watch) When I finally got thru to them I was told I couldn’t pay it but I was getting refund then
