@O2 @O2 it’s now my 3rd day on the phone with customer service trying to get my phone. No one has located it yet and a 2nd investigation has been opened, to top it off I’ve been told I can’t cancel the contract even though I haven’t received a phone.

@O2 I have bought a new phone and ordered a new 5G SIM. SIM has finally arrived (12 days later). I have since wiped my old phone and can no longer receive the texts needed to activate my new SIM. Tried calling but couldn’t speak to a human. Live Chat “busy”. Please help!

Hey @O2 Can we talk about the time we exercised our right to cancel, you told us to ignore the final bill as we didn’t owe it, and then 2 months later sold the ‘debt’ to a collection agency who are now pursuing us? Never mind the impact you had on our credit scores…
