@o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

@O2 I had no success at all. It’s really poor and quite stressful - especially when dealing with cancer treatment on the side I received a letter in the post today demanding the £11 or debt collectors will be involved. I’ve done a transfer via bank account.

@O2 why do I still have no mobile data or able to make calls , your telling people this is resolved but this clearly is not true , it’s been 24 hours , and no mention of how long . Gone through customer services , done everything they suggested still nothing

Ridiculously bad service from @O2 they spent the entire later half of the day claiming that the network issue was resolved. They pay no heed to the multiple complaints of no network. Gaslighting everyone. And now it shows that the mast is down again
