    @O2 Day 3 and still no service, great to pay all this money for a contract and you can’t use your phone unless your near a Wi-Fi hot spot, @O2 used to be a great provider but since the merger with virgin media it has gone downhill, not sorted soon I will be gone

    @O2 I was asked to DM you yesterday to try and resolve an issue I have. It has now been over 24 hours and I’ve still had no response! This is why I commented that your customer services are poor!!

    @O2 spoke to customer service this morning who told me my tariff had been changed due to a ‘system error’. They said they’d reverse it back to my correct tariff but nothings been changed yet, how long does that normally take?

    @O2 Customer services is a shambles. Been waiting all week for manager call back as you have cut off my Tesco mobile number to port it (after being told you wouldn’t) then my daughters plusnet to port that (after being told you wouldn’t) and have now left us with no connections

    @O2 I've done that, and actually spoken to someone over the phone who said they would look at the issue, but the signal never improves. Been with since I've been on a contract, but may have to switch providers sadly.
