@NicD44 @McG70371461 @O2 O2 don’t give compensation as no network is 100% guaranteed to work all the time apparently. But I think a week with no service at all isn’t good enough as like you say they are happy to take your money

@O2 Spent 2 hours and 45 mins on hold today with 3 calls being cut off by O2 agents. I’m trying to clear up a mess that was caused by O2 that is having a severe impact on my credit score. Also no reply to my DM, I will never be using any of your services again.

@hughesclaire39 @O2 Same as me , there're really expensive now and signal is awful , when says I have 4g or 4g+ and yet nothing loads up , but like you said they don't charge abroad but when my contract is up I'm moving network and just going to pat the roaming charge, still save loads

@O2 02 is sharing k9bile phone masts with Vodafone at the expense of service and customers whilst continuing to bill and charge for a service not provided. 2 masts doenb8n my area for over 6 months upheld by the Ombudsman as generalised network issues and not a breach of contract
