    @O2 one of your advisors rang me yesterday and decided to order an iphone on my bill. I hate iphones, I told him this. And yet, now I have a contract for one? I would never agree to this. Please advise how we can cancel the contract before some stupid awful phone arrives to me

    @O2 I am so disappointed by the handling of my compliant about my broken phone. Months later & I still have not had a repair or a replacement handset. I have cried, been firm, got cross, been belittled & ignored, & despite promises of a new handset it still hasn't been delivered
