    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    @O2 my phone all of a sudden won't allow me to use call waiting? Also when placing a call it will cut out when person answers and if they try and call

    @O2 Phone stolen, requested sim block, went to pick up new one the next day as directed... they said my sim was now stuck in the system for 3-5 working days. Some people need their phones for important things like internet banking! Shockingly poor performance!!!
