    Anyone ordering iPhone 14 PM with @EE , expect to not receive your handset on launch. Too many back orders but no contact from customer service. I’ve had to chase them today to now find out it will be 21 days. Not sure this is the experience @Apple want. Time to go to @O2

    Well @O2 your service is shocking! Your ‘team’ lied to me on live chat about the system being down! How do I know? I went in and checked with another member who said everything was fine. They are rude, unhelpful and downright lazy!

    After 4 years I've gone back to @O2 for my mobile, and I now remember why I left them in the first place. Connectivity is shocking, I'm in a suburb of one the core UK cities, supposedly with a 4g signal, yet even a 60sec Twitter video is spooling and unplayable

    @O2 your call centre staff are rude and don’t understand what you are saying. When asked for a manger I was told I had to wait 24 hours, no help when you have a query they can’t resolve and then cut me off on purpose. Shocking customer service!!!

    @O2 That’s really no help! The top part of Herne Bay has been reported many times but it’s never improved. Canterbury & Faversham have been shocking for ages. It’s as if half the masts have been sold to Three Mobile
