@o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

@O2 I’ll be pretty blunt here. You network used to be the best in my area for years, now it’s complete garbage. The same times everyday I can barely get a 4G signal. The other networks are fine. As a 15 year customer I’ll be switching away from you in January. 😡

@O2 I'm sorry, but there is no way I am providing you with my address and phone number over social media. Also, you're missing the point. "Looking into it" won't change the fact that you do not respect your customer marketing choices and you should be reported to @Ofcom .

@O2 so I bought tickets to see Coldplay only to find out as I was sitting down at the O2, that they are not coming. I couldn’t care less about the rest of the singers. They were advertised and not performing , need a full refund !

Hello @O2. Was helping a friend setup a phone for elderly person on PAYG contract. They accidentally mixed up "phonebook" with preinstalled "directory" contact on O2 SIM and got charged £1.50 for a 1 second call. Please help refund this outrageous cost, which was not their fault.

@O2 Can anyone help please, placed an order for 2 upgrades last Sunday, 5th Dec, with phones that were in stock, received an email an hour later saying they were out of stock and haven’t heard anything since! Been a customer for 15 plus years #Disappointing!

@skullmonkey7735 @O2 Indeed. And they didn’t tell us a thing about it. Went for days with so many problems I actually bought a new phone, thinking it must be that. Then they said “oooh - check out our app. Thanks for your patience”. Since when, nothing. Amazing.

@O2 the signal in Burnley BB10/BB11 area is the worst its ever been to try use the internet/apps. Is there a reason why?
