@O2 I left thankfully, after less than 6 months, returning to my previous operator. My final bill should have contained a refund for an unwanted extra. No surprise it didn't arrive, every single day on the network was just another up-selling opportunity as far as @O2 was concerned.

@O2 Horrendous customer service at 02!! avoid at all cost. Absolutely no customer care, mis sold me an upgrade and won’t let me cancel, within my 14 days!!! I have wasted a full week sorting this mess!!! O2 mess!! Goodbye

@O2 trying to get through to speak to someone about a final bill payment being double what I was told it would be. As my number is no longer with you, the automated service keeps saying to use the O2 app. When I do get through to someone I keep getting cut off (3 times now)
