    @O2 I've got a fraud case open with your team due to a fraudulent account being created in my name, but I've not heard anything back in weeks. I've raised a complaint but again, nothing back for weeks. I'm now receiving payment demand letters despite the fraud case existing.

    @O2 I am sick of paying a premium price for a less than premium service. No matter where I go your signal is off the scale bad. I have reported this countless times. If I didn’t pay my bill you would cut me off! Yet it’s ok for you to default on your contract and charge me full?

    How **** have @O2 become? I’m sat in the middle of Altrincham with 3/4 bars and 4g connection and I can’t even do a Google search. Both O2 and @virginmedia have become so poor since they merged, shocking from 2 companies that I have been with for well over 15 years.

    Appalled by @O2 customer service. Not only have I had been dealing with a phone that doesn’t work for 10 days, but been fed completely false information about when it will be fixed. To top it off I’ve had 2 people put the phone down on me whilst trying to get through! Disgusting.

    @O2 Why is there no way to speak to someone when you have a problem.Your live chat directs me to phone up, nobody answers the phone, dm'd you yesterday and no response. Shocking customer service!
