@O2 8 months without proper service! Failure in applying credit resulting in multiple disconnections! Been with o2 20 yrs+ Jow closing acc & opening new one to solve problem but £30 uprfront & new accessories!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! o2 should reimburse 🤬

I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of the @O2 network. Doesn’t matter where I am as the service is shocking. Most apps take ages to load anything. Not sure what I’m paying for. Last time I had an issue you had the audacity to tell me to use WI-FI

@O2 Come on guys, what the f is going on with this signal! Weeks of buffering even when I'm next to a mast. Problem is, you're signal is wack and my data seems to be going down twice as fast. Don't send me a stupid link for issues. Many complaints on here recently.
