Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England
Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?
-
Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England
@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either
-
Matt Treasure (@mjtreasure) reported from Sherborne, England
@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.
-
Joanne Tippett (@Joanne_Tippett) reported from Ilminster, England
Why do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural

Stuart Kerr (@stupot74) reported from Bradford Abbas, England
@O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

@O2 @SophieLouiseGxo TBF this is rather shocking! Exactly why I left @O2 and went else where. Never had an issue since!

@GavNewlandsSNP @RichJ1980s @O2 My uncle went to O2 and had it looked at. Nowt wrong. I took mine to EE. Checked it, reset the network settings and it seems to have sorted it. Hope it sorts it for you too 👍🏻

@weste4 @O2 Part of the problem is enough people don't take action with their feet so to speak and just stay as customer

Kyle & Evie 💙 - 🤔 each day's a gift, not a given (@Heretoanywhere) reported
@Hpsaucy515 @virginmedia @O2 & note that they never give any other reason than the RPI! All of the phone companies do it, it's a cartel in effect! They'll never admit it! That's why they love to make you but ones in contract! You'll pay a fortune! My phone was £450 brand new, from Google! ...

Kyle & Evie 💙 - 🤔 each day's a gift, not a given (@Heretoanywhere) reported
@Hpsaucy515 @virginmedia @O2 They take us for mugs! Btw, on the signal issue, the village signal is practically non existent! At home ALL calls are automatic WiFi, the phone does that, not O2. Engineer: they must install a new tower. I'm told they refused, outright! (We weren't worth it!) Got my own back!

T O M ✈ (@journeytom) reported
@O2 an 11% + bill increase is not on espexially as a new customer.....as you are raising above the rate of inflation which is currently supposed to be just at a spike can I leave my contract? You've lost a customer in me forever no matter what
-
Bowlesy (@Chateauneuf64) reported
@WolfBrother_ I wondered if I was being scammed - oh wait a minute..! Same email/timeline. Ironically, I joined O2 as part of my @virginmedia package. In all my years of having a mobile phone ('86!) never once in contract has a supplier put the price up. How to impress a new customer - not @O2
-
Stuart Wharton (@whartonsj) reported
@MichaelSniedzeH @O2 I just think a significant price rise after just one month is poor. Looks like a money grab from O2 to me!

@jonny_boy27 @O2 Because they're just running a script and not even listening to what you say. I feel for the poor buggers cos call centre work is thankless but christ alive.

Allen Smith (@Allensmith81) reported
@O2 @virginmedia so your raising my new o2 sim cost by £2.34 from the 1st April… ???? 7.8% because of the RPI and 3.9% just because?? You had an OBIDA for 2020 of £1.834bn before you merged with VM.. this leaves a very bad taste in one’s mouth #RippedOff
