@O2 hmm being with you 5 years got 26 months into contract, my phone stated play up not charging when it has charge battery last about 2 hours max yet can’t even get a good will gesture, yet some other get good will gestures from you consider moving network who look after you

2/3 …is being processed. Then more weeks go by with no information. All they while still paying @O2 £60 every month with no phone. Gets passed from department to department with finally being told a manager will phone her to resolve the issue. Guess what…more weeks go by…

@O2 @rajy71 Why the extra 3.9%? RPI is 8.2% so total increase will be 12.1%? Meanwhile, I'm struggling to get more than 2 bars signal no matter where I am, London or Bedfordshire, so your service quality has dropped significantly.

@O2 Hi O2 we were victims of identity fraud back in November 21 , the fraudsters used our identity to purchase multiple contracts with various mobile providers, Vodafone,Three etc, all the other companies found a resolution within 6 weeks, we are still calling you 4 months later
