    @kelvinpapp @O2 Almost impossible to get through to traditional customer services at the moment with many businesses. I can understand lower staff due to the pandemic, but it’s still frustrating.

    @O2 unbelievable!! On hold waiting to talk about bad signal, finally got through after over 30 minutes and got cut off due to bad signal whilst O2 customer services confirmed my number. Why didn’t they phone me back ?? Very disappointing and frustrating?? Not happy
