@O2 Hello, I have switched from android to iphone13 sim only and kept the same sim. I find my 3G and 4G to be quite poor and I have read that idata needs to be added to my SIM card? Can you help me please, thank you.

@O2 you are useless. I was on the phone twice, for over 30 mins a time requesting a QR code to return your phone and over priced tariff. Both times they made mistakes. You've cost me 4 hours of my time! Disgusting service!

@O2 I took a contract out on 25/6 with o2. I am already a virgin media customer. The Internet speed has increased with volt but my data hasn't been doubled! The o2 advisor in store said 28 days and I would receive a text. I'm passed 28 days and I've received nothing.Any idea

@O2 what's happening with the mast in the Ph14bd area. We are on day 3 now of not being able to make calls text or use data. My tweets just seem to be getting ignored. And please don't tell me to check network tips ect already have.
