    Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

    @O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

    What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

    Trust a call from @O2 partners 'Plan. Com' 10 at your peril. Lied to me taken money from account and left me with emergency calls only. No phone arrived.

    @O2 I spoke to an advisor in store they said they couldn't help me as I'm pay as you go she said she could only help me if I was a contract sim

    I suppose the onus is on the user, not the network (@O2 in this instance) alerting it's users that they could save money by switching tarrifs when their contract is up. Paying over the odds for a good while now #disapointed but not #surprised 😞

    @O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

    .@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 dealt with some truly awful members of your team today trying to now make a formal complaint via email and get my phone back and no one will give me an email address please sort this out asap
