@wxmsmith @O2 Yeah. Was on Tesco mobile for years which uses O2’s network. Would constantly have 4G but it’d rarely work/load anything. Swapped to EE and no issues now 👍🏼

@O2 I'm onto the 4th day of only being able to use my phone if it's on WiFi. I live rurally so my WiFi is terrible and I rely on my 4g. This isn't good enough.

@BBCNews @O2 ...It very nearly cost me am extra £250 a month on mortgage for 5 years. That would have been £15,000 extra on that alone. @o2 were remorseless and pretty much refused to help. Shocking companies can do this.

@MarkEvansO2 @O2 seems either my 3 o2 handsets are faulty or there’s an issue with the my o2 app trying to make payment the payment screen fails as does most of the links. When i speak to customer service it’s always no issue with the app or the o2 network so must be the handsets

How can @o2 justify this behaviour? Going back on the agreement is bad enough but to then demand a reconnection fee because she was disconnected through no fault of her own is utterly appalling. Sort it out please @o2.

I am an absolute muggins. Why would I sign up for a new contract with a company, after failing to do anything productive on their website, automated customer service and two different human customer services? @O2 by the way. Enjoy my idiocy for the next twelve months. That's it.
