@O2 very disappointing customer service. I am waiting on a chat response for the past 6hrs+ rang customer service 1hr+ ago also. Spoke with someone after 15mins only to be transferred to someone else. 45+mins later and i'm still on hold, never got speaking to anyone.

@O2 Day 99 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 how on earth can you fully justify the 17.3% price increase. RPI I sort of get but to also implement the contractual price increase feels like profiteering to me. A double whammy as well if you are a Virgin Media customer. The 2022 results due out 23 Feb will be interesting.
