@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

@tweetstrong91 @ShitChester @O2 I was once told by an engineer that chester has to have the smaller masts due to the historical nature of the city, they can’t hold enough data fill up quickly. 3G is actually quicker as nobody is on the network but my phone won’t switch to it anymore.

@O2 If it was a few weeks I wouldn't mind but its rapidly closing in on 3 months without a signal at home, I have missed so many important calls because people can't get in touch with me, it's a joke. I've been an O2 customer for nearly 20 years but once I can afford to I'm out.

30 minutes of security questions. Repeating the same question over and over even when the answer is correct. Overcharging with no breakdown of cost or reason or warning. @O2 #o2fail again. Honestly, worst service ever.
