    @O2 not happy 😞 Waiting on a new sim. Meanwhile my current one has lost ALL signal. Wi-fi won’t fix my family calling in an emergency or important texts. 2 days now.

    @O2 hi I’m trying to purchase a new Apple Watch but need to set up a DD first. Every time I ring up i get cut off. Also have a problem with my iPad and need to talk to someone about this too as only had it for 4 months

    @O2 absolutely disgusting service. No call centres and online page down for swap my sim. How is anyone meant to contact you about issues. I will be seeking my whole family's bill completely free for a few months when I get to speak to you. Diabolical that you fail your customers.

    @SBuz1 @EnglandRugby @O2 Hmmmm There was never going to be mass changes, Gutted lawes is injured but happy for Ribeye. I'd replace Dombrandt for Earl, JVP for Mitchell and Malins for Arundell. I'm happy to see Smith run the show! Let's go at France and play ball!

    @O2 disgusted by the credit referrals lack of response been waiting over two weeks and even your call handlers tell me I shouldn't be waiting.... Now we're at a bank holiday! It was bad enough as a teacher spending my lunch on hold but my holiday too! #sortitouto2

    @O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    .@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 dealt with some truly awful members of your team today trying to now make a formal complaint via email and get my phone back and no one will give me an email address please sort this out asap
