    @O2 My Samsung Galaxy Fold was sent for warranty repair on Sat 6th August and over 2 months later, 6 hours on the phone to O2 and 2.5 hours in the O2 shop I do not have the refund I was promised or a replacement device. Is anyone able to help please?
