  Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

  @O2 Been with you 18 yrs never had an issue but when upgrading my phone ive been offered nothing that a first time customer is being offered. What do you offer loyal customers? May as well go and get a better deal with another company as you don't value your long term customers
