@O2 it's interesting that when you make a complaint to O2 that they pass on the complaint to be dealt with to person it's about. No chance of a fair appraisal then!!

@O2 I am also sitting in an O2 store where the team are also trying to get some sense out of customer service! Why is this so difficult for such a big company? Technology to email a bill that I have already paid should not be this hard to do!

Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

@O2 Worst service I have received from o2. Been waiting for my refund since 13th May. Having to ring them 5 to 6 times and getting false promises. Theives!!!

Why does @O2 not list the RAM size of phones in their shop? It makes it impossible to compare phones, especially as some phones come with different RAM options, meaning that looking on the manufacturer's website doesn't always help.

@O2 Hi, could you tell me please why there is still a lack of 4G in the middle of Harrogate town centre after nearly 2 years of asking you why? Every time you ask for the postcode and give me a fob off about the service getting upgraded.

Trying to get through to @O2 on the phone is like getting blood out of a stone. Why is it so hard to talk to somebody instead of a automated service that just says ‘thanks, bye’
