Haven't heard anything at all since. 4 days later. Day 2 of trying to get through to customer service to ask what's going on. Bad start @O2.

Talked to 4 different people (3 based abroad) - went through ‘security check’ 4 times!! Been a customer for years - NOT GOOD ENOUGH - CRAP SERVICE Communications Coy? 🙄
