-
Freddie Scovell Esq. (@FreddieScovell) reported@O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment
-
Keighley West (@KeighleyWest) reported@MrZacJamesB @O2 I’m having the same problem and now my services have been restricted due to no payment!!
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@O2 @silly_balls Linked to the same issue I've been telling you about for months. TOO MANY REDIRECTS IN MYO2 AUTHENTICATION.
-
Tony Welsby (@tonywelsby) reported@Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.
-
Adm (@MCR_ADM) reportedThe only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.
-
. (@NickOresme) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Just go on the gifgaff website and get a free SIM card and port your number over. Very simple. You will still be on the O2 network as well 👍
-
Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@O2 You have 0 customer care, and no regard for PAYG users. I was left very upset. Your allowances are poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way’ dismissal from O2
-
Daniel Daniel (@huckleberrydan) reported@beckieebabee_x @mhewson_MCH @O2 I know right! I’ve been with them 15+ years and they used to be great. Now I can’t get even get signal in my garden, the train home its awful and match days at the local football ground absolutely zero chance of signal for 2 hours.
-
Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported@O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year
-
Hugo Michiels (@hugomichaels) reportedYou know @O2 ,Ever since your network upgrade a few weeks ago in the Brighton area my signal has been far worse than it’s ever been. Should gave left it alone as it was working before. #itwasnotbroken #nothappy
