    @O2 I've tested both phone and sim. The antenna picked up a test signal fine and had the same issue in 2 other mobile devices. Definitely an issue on your end.

    @O2 Sent my complaint on the 11th November and then another one on the 17th so that is a lot longer than 5 days. I’ve been to your stores and they have even told me I need a new device. Pathetic customer service, been a o2 customer for aslong as I can remember. So disappointed.

    @O2 placed an order with you only to be told the item is now out of stock. Can't cancel it on MyO2, can't log in for a chat because apparently that takes 48 hours. No phone number to call. What am I supposed to do? Why even process the order if out of stock? Not happy.

    @Sara7609 @O2 Mine keeps me logged in, but there's nothing in saved and only 1 offer on the whole site, by the time it reloads it's obviously already gone. Wasn't an issue until they changed it to be Fri -Thur availablity

    @racingspoon @O2 @EE That’s like saying suck it up. I work in healthcare in a 60 mile radius. My parent have to leave phones in kitchen for a signal 50 miles from me. When I go on holiday it’s no signal. EE is available in all these areas. Tested. I’m a tech geek. I run android and iOS. EE and O2.
