    @MartinSLewis please help i canceled the airtime part of my @O2 plan (well agreed a different one to stay with @O2 ) due to increases & kept my device plan going as agreed. Now they have sent a termination of agreement letter asking for full cost of device to be paid on 5th Dec.

    Some pretty shady tactics are being deployed by @O2 to stop you exercising your right to cancel, including extended hold times, rude staff, and trying to insist on full settlement of the handset agreement! @MartinSLewis please stand up for us consumers here!
