    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

    @O2 It's not user friendly, it's gives you minimal time to "press 1 for an important or complicated issue" - within 3 seconds of being told to do that it's saying goodbye if you don't respond. My o2 doesn't let you pay more towards the device plan. (1)

    @O2 the service in Glasgow right now is shocking. iPhone shows full 3G signal but constant buffering an web pages not loading. Are there issues in Glasgow?

    @O2 getting really peed off - still no signal where I live! Been gone 3 months now! A pain in the arse verifying logins as can’t get text’s & it messes up my work! SORT IT OUT NOW, NO MORE EXCUSES! Shocking service, looking forward to my big fat credit when sorted!🤬

    Am I expecting too much ? I left @ThreeUK cos they're coverage was terrible @O2 aren't much better Do I expect too much that I can use my phone when on a train heading along the UKs second most popular railway line to receive decent network reception?
