    @O2 Driving through Adlington (PR6) at 1115 today. 4g, 4out of 4 bars signal. Song on Spotify stopped half way through. No data at all on phone. Didn’t come back on for over a minute. I’ll tweet you every time I have this issue now.

    @O2 shocking - new phone ordered and three days later not delivered. Lack of information from O2 & DPD. Also very difficult to get hold of someone to help. Been with O2 for many years - worst service ever.

    I was told that my contract will be cancelled today, as a ‘gesture’ of good will. Considering the way they handled their service yesterday, it is NOT a ‘gesture’ of good will. Also, I have already paid the phone in full! Valuable followers, stay away from @O2

    @O2 my free Greggs roll voucher says it’s been used, but it hasn’t. I had problems with having bad network service at Horwich so couldn’t use the voucher!

    @O2 please change the settings of your automated calls 4am is *not* the time to ring my landline with a service call 4am is reserved for death & dire emergency At weekends, 8am is the earliest to call 4am is ridiculous

    Never known poor customer service before, until I contacted @O2 several times yesterday - I attempted to resolve my issue for 5 hours and kept getting spoken to in a poor manner, continued to get cut off and asked multiple times for money that I, in fact, do not owe.

    @O2 She advised me to phone once the account was in arrears to sort out a payment plan. Yesterday I received an email threatening me with late payment charges. When I phoned to sort this out I was told that I had been given the wrong advice and couldn’t cancel the airtime contract.
