    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 customer service= horrendous. My dad took out a PAYG acount for my mother a couple of years back, when her dementia was mild. Now it’s got so bad she can’t use a phone, I cancelled the account before Christmas. Yet my father is STILL getting billed for this account! 🤬

    Why is it so hard to get through to O2 ! Advised first attempt 15 mins wait but in the end took so long couldn’t hold, now on with 3rd attempt and again states 15 mins delay and here we are 40 mins later. I need to cancel my account because you sent the order 2 weeks late ! @O2

    @09EA63 @O2 Where is it now?? Been through almost every menu in the stupid thing and still can't find the temporary greeting section. Only thing i could find about in online was this tweet, with the @o2 response being as useless as the new VM system.

    Now saying to go my o2 -when we repeatedly tried to explain that my 70 year old senile mother wouldnt have had an online account and dad doesnt use internet either, they hang up! I feel like @o2 are taking advantage of my elderly parents an im so cross!

    @O2 absolutely shocking service from o2 today! Failed 3 credit check’s firstly for address not being registered with Royal Mail now sorted and o2 have failed it again, customer services have said they cannot discuss the reason for this.

    @O2 twice I have tried to join O2with a pac code. Twice it has not gone through meaning I am paying my current provider whilst being charged for O2 which I cannot use. Is the service always this bad?
