    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    @O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

    @O2 Yes and we've been through this song and dance a hundred times. An O2 guru eventually accessed my account and got it partly working but now, once again, it doesn't anywhere and I get this error at every station. WiFi Extra has also never worked even after the Guru looked into it.

    @O2 Furious. I ordered a new phone on 14 November. Courier, DPD, has failed to deliver. Despite many hours worth of calls and webchat, u refuse to send me a replacement saying an investigation is taking place. This is awful customer service. Surely send me new phone in meantime
