3 separate calls, 45 mins on phone, transferred back and forth and still no one has the answer. Given up and counting down the days till my contract is up, @O2 have become a joke of a company.

@O2 And yes, I was assured by 2 members of your customer service team it was all done on Thursday morning. I’ve never had this issue before, it’s been a total pain not being able to use my phone (despite still paying for it 🙃) it’s just not good enough!
