    @o2 worse service ever. Unable to make and receive phone calls from/to own house without breaking up. Allegedly there is a problem with a mast they're working on. 2 months paying for crap service.

    @O2 had my Samsung watch repaired and it lost its esim. New one sent out but it didn't work. I want to thank Oliver at the Bexleyheath store for his knowledge and understanding and resolving the issue in less than five minutes! Very polite and professional :) thank you!

    Brilliant customer service by @O2 , no service for 6 weeks and no refund or partial refund because “ as in the terms and conditions we can’t guarantee fault free service “ get fault free service but paying for no service !!!!
