Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 I'm not having problems anymore. I just think you need to upgrade your network capacity here. Analogue phone lines are being turned off so it's concerning that I can't rely on O2 during a power cut. It was just lucky I had another phone on Vodafone who worked flawlessly.

@O2 Mobile Internet is rubbish in RG30. Your checker says a mast is not working properly and your engineers are "likely" to be on the case. That's really vague, are they or are they not fixing it? It's been a problem for quite a while now. When will the repair be complete?
