@O2 have quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever come across! 6 attempts this month to speak to a manager..6 times they have failed to call! Forever get palmed off by “customer service” agents! And guess what.. been told to wait another 48hours for another call back

@Mick___Curtis @O2 Thar is my intention. I've been with o2 for more than a decade and am a loyal customer but this is just getting ridiculous. I can't afford broadband so I rely on my own mobile for streaming and work and it just isn't fit for purpose.

@UKPowerNetworks can you confirm sending a msg to 80876 is not a chargeable service? @O2 seem to think it is a premium SMS, which I wasn't aware of, & isn't on your promo posts. A mistake? Many people probably sent £££ texts in the last few days. #StormEunice #StormFranklin

Dear @O2, Mobile phone and data service for Cullompton, Devon fails frequently in normal times due, it seems, to being provided by one unreliable mast. Inevitably, Storm Eunice knocked it out again: no service since Friday (~4 days). A more permanent remedy would be appreciated!
