Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Disappointed with the level of customer service received from @O2 Sent a refurbished phoned, incorrect tariff, passed between customer services and upgrades, cancellations number do not answer so I can’t even cancel the contract.

@O2 i went in store to cancel my mums old phone as she couldn't hear anything from her home phone. Still a terrible connection in store(so ironic) and was on the phone over 120 minutes and then just hung up on me!!!! Even the store assistant was gobsmacked. #terribleservice
