@O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 No it just never works this has been going on for years, your price keeps increasing and there are no improvements. This is woeful and your customer service is ridiculous. Your competitors are miles ahead of you, it’s a real shame because you can’t even manage a quality service.
