Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 I have been left shocked by the fact after I left O2 and got my pac code. Your team have decided to disconnected MY SONS number (which is on an ongoing contract with no issues) and try and charge me over £600 during a cost of living crisis! 11 yo with no way to contact family

@O2 I just rang 202 to get help adding a bolt on. After a chat I said ‘dw I’ll add it myself’, get off the phone he’s added one I didn’t want… called back and someone else told me ‘tough’ I have to pay for it…

Never met a more insanely stupid company in all my life. @O2 no service for days and asking when I’m calling from a LANDLINE, to read a code they just sent via TEXT. You do know that NO SERVICE means yeah? As a phone company? Don’t ever take a contract out with o2!!!

@O2 I’ve had no end of trouble since swapping over my SIM card. What you said was an easy process isn’t. After getting the sim sent back to the U.K. to register on the network it’s now back in Cyprus and won’t let me top it up! So frustrating!!!!! #helpplease
