@O2 my mums phone will not connect to the Internet. We have the right information for the Internet but nothing. Tried to add network nothing. She not long had this phone also. Its being like this for the last 3 months. She has to keep turning it on & off to get connection

@O2 I’ve paid via bank transfer and going to write a letter of complaint. Have DM’d, called and live chatted multiple times to get this 1p (that should have been taken automatically) paid, but it’s done now. I hope.

Massive thanks to @O2. My phone wouldn't work in the States. One very quick phone call and it will work now and I was offered £10 for my trouble! Other companies take note! 👏👏

@O2 can someone please update me on the mast issues YO11 3EA. Ongoing for nearly 2 months rarely able to get a signal or make calls. Received a text to say aerial would be fixed by 28 Sep - it hasn't been.
