    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 I ported my O2 Pay mnthly number to Lebara. This morn I could send texts & make calls. But still not receiving calls or texts on my ported number. When people call it doesn't go through. Lebara say number only half ported? Can someone help please?

    @2WeekTraveller @O2 I’ve signed out of data cap but need to call a UK call centre every time which never answers - even when I lift the cap they still cut me off automatically periodically until I pay ahead of my bill falling due. Can’t override & leaves me stuck. There must be a better way to deal

    @O2 Your customer service via live chat is truly terrible. I have been with o2 for over 10 yrs, having issues with my phone & need to upgrade. I’ve been on live chat for an hour and a half and have got absolutely nowhere! Been passed to 5 different people & still not sorted.

    Honestly @O2 are useless. Been on the phone to them with problems for 3 weeks, multiple times a week😡😡 then to get through to someone today is a nightmare!!

    @O2 was told I’d hear back about my complaint within 1-3 days; it’s been 5 (not forgetting the 2 days it took to get told it would take that long). So a week with no progress at all. Is there somebody at o2 who would like to resolve my issue?
