    @O2 So 4 calls to the customer services team I had my upgrade 3 weeks ago and still no phone received. @DHL confirm my phone has been lost and still no contact from o2 I’ve never had this problem before. Rant over 😡

    @O2 I hope being without a phone data signal for 6 weeks, at work where I need a phone the most means I’m going to get a credit. I’m fed up with being told the local mast is being fixed. It clearly isn’t.

    @O2 hi there just got a sim only deal with yourselves so far very happy numbers transfered everything set up trying to register for the double data for being a virgin media customer but says I’m not at my current address. Where can I send you some proof. I have VM bills coming..

    @O2 customer services is shocking. I got an upgrade over the weekend. I still don’t have calls, data or text messages. You can’t get ahold of the online agents. On my 3rd call today and still no joy. I am trying to be patient. What can I do to resolve this?
