Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 Just had an awful experience of your customer service. Wrongly signed up by Virgin for a SIM & contract and after holding for ages on your helpline I've been told that you can't fulfil my request to cancel because the order is processing. Utter garbage.
