Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

@virginmedia I’m am losing the plot with this now. @O2 won’t speak to me. Now charged for the first month of a contract he didn’t ask for. How on earth do you phone to discuss a TV contract with Virgin and end up with a mobile contract with O2. This is an awful way to treat an elderly man!

@O2 you need to sort out your customer services and sales. You have a great network/coverage,but the hassle to sign up or organise changes is PAINFUL. Awful customer ‘experience’. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, constantly being transferred and put on hold.

Making the switch to @EE , picked up a decent SIM only deal for my S21 Ultra. For 3 months I have been asking @O2 to fix a problem with losing voicemail since upgrading, no promised call backs. Tried @EE PAYG to check service, speeds are amazing and no need for Wi-Fi calling!

@O2 husbands number has been cloned, people calling him saying they’ve missed a call from him. Credit card also been used fraudulently. Spoke to @actionfrauduk who said call o2 urgently. On phone to rep who cannot grasp what we are asking. Abysmal service. What do we do?

@O2 really are taking the p**s now, never been so angry at a company. I've had a contract with them in my name for 6 years, previously in my parents name for 5 years...that's 11 years a loyal customer and they just treat me like s**t, guess I'll be changing in November then.

Anybody else have absolutely shocking signal on @O2?? It’s 2022 and I can only get 2 bars of 3G signal most days 🙃
