    @O2 You have locked my sons phone when he moved to Vodafone, the unlatch code supplied was incorrect and now he can't use his phone. I have spoken to several people on 202 but all the say is I will escalate the issue and call back. I hear nothing. Been going on since end of February

    @O2 I’ve just had a random missed calls from an unknown number, when I messaged them to find out who they are they were returning a call to my number I never made, I’ve no idea who they are. Do you know what’s happened?

    @O2 big shoutout to o2 for ripping down the mast near my home, not telling anyone, leaving people to suffer while they "talk to local authorities" and still expect people to pay full price for a service they are not currently providing

    @O2 Hi O2. What are you doing to stop nuisance callers on your network. I have had three today, all scams. If you can't do anything to stop this nuisance, I will have to look for a new network that can. #NuisanceCalls
