    @O2 When is the data getting fixed/improved for Crewe/Nantwich? Literally unusable, can barely stream music let alone use social media. Been like this for 6+ months and others on O2 agree. Switching in a few days if you can’t acknowledge how awful it is

    @O2 a member of staff called and switched me to a new tarrif this morning. However for the last hour I've now had no signal. Only emergency calls. Nothing makes a difference, what's going on?

    Since @O2 merged with Virgin my signal has been shocking. Currently have full bar and 4G but will anything load or work? No. Been like this for months now. 20 years of being O2 but I think it’s time for a change.

    Hi @O2. How can I speak to you to tell you you have buggered up a payment I made. I paid in full. You can’t seem to allocate it out between my device and airtime. I have now been without service for 36 hours. I can’t speak to you because of your **** automated payment system.
