    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 I was offered an upgrade on Wed, lost visual voicemail after upgrade, rang to get it back Thurs. 10 mins after it was “sorted”, lost ALL services. Been without network service since 3pm. ABSOLUTELY unhelpful “customer service” agent too when I reported it.

    @O2 Gave up and have gone elsewhere will also be moving my company and all personal accounts from @O2 I have never been messed about so much when trying to give a company my business... absolutely utter madness how poor your customer service is..!

    @O2 I've recently upgraded phone, and my usb type c slot is not working correctly, I have tried a set headphone and the cable that came with the phone and they both did not work when I put them in to another phone they both worked

    owed monies amounting to £21.22 which I was only informed about during the phone call that I prompted. Then I was told after complaining that I would receive an £8.05 compensation for the trouble, which I cannot get back! @O2 any ideas??

    What started as really bad customer service from @o2 one hour ago has turned into good service from the 3rd and 4th person I’ve spoke too, Aaron and Tomass (Sorry if spelt incorrectly) were very helpful and the situation is out of the hands and they were apologetic

    So I make a payment plan with @O2 to get my account back to positive since I lost my job during covid, 2 weeks later get sent a default sum notice wtf!!! I keep to my side or the arrangement and you want to send me letters about debt collection agency!!!
