@O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

  • StooMonster Stuart Fotheringham (@StooMonster) reported from Ashford, England

@Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

Morning @O2 My phone doesn’t seem to be working I texted/WhatsApp quite a few of my mates last night to see how they were, I know they’ll have been up, as they’re all city fans & will have been watching the match. Not one has replied😳 I think it may be a signal fault. Thank you

  • garthserg G@rth (@garthserg) reported

Dear @O2, it seems as if you have cut my phone service instead of the fraudulent account created in my name but gladly continue to accept a monthly premium. How do I get back online without means to contact you?

  • Redrog76Part2 Rog (@Redrog76Part2) reported

@O2 I won't be a customer of yours in the next few hours so won't be a problem.

  • TrEKxpert TrEKxpert (@TrEKxpert) reported

@O2 You're having payment system issues, yet no one has mentioned it. Tried multiple times, different cards, won't even hit my bank or credit cards as no notifications to say rejected either.

@O2 I need to speak to someone about a return, phoned 202 but keep getting redirected to website or app but go round in circles. Tried the chat messenger but same problem. Is there another number for customer service? Thanks

  • steve66stevie66 Steve Devlin (@steve66stevie66) reported

@O2 brilliant now down to zero to 0.39 mbps in north Wales. How can this be classed as 4G? Paid for Unlimited data.... ha ha ha can’t get anything to work.

  • pickled_tinker Ian Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported

Finally rid of @O2 thanks to an epic member of staff. These are few are far between ATM and here is my advice for any #O2 customers; If the call taker you're speaking to is like banging your head on a wall, hang up. Go through to lost and stolen and speak to one of them.
