Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 just switched to O2. Sent pac code 5 days ago and number still not transferred. Can't get any help. Your phone system just says goodbye and hangs up. Not impressed.

@O2 Hey O2, I've been trying to contact your customer support team. I'm having issues with my MMS, every time I try to send one it won't go through and I get a message saying "MMS not supported by network". My MMS was working fine up until today. Thank you.

@undeadbydawn @O2 Unlike my issue where they've debited my account but not provided me with a bill. Then said wait 14 days for bill. Then after 14 days said wait another 14 days. Why on earth can't your final @O2 bill be digitally delivered like all your other bills?
