@virginmedia @O2 what they fail to mention in this, is that these benefits won't apply if you're not the named person on both the O2 and Virgin Media accounts. I live with my parents and they are the named Virgin Media account holder for the fibre and I am the O2 customer. So I don't get it.

I'm going to change my mobile phone network from @O2; mainly because the mobile data signal in my area is atrocious. I'm lucky if I can get anything better than "H+" signal strength. Any suggestions as to an alternative network? #o2 #mobiledata #badservice

@virginmedia @O2 So you get a better deal by being an o2 and virgin customer than you do if you are a virgin media and mobile customer!

@O2 How am I supposed to get in contact with customer service? clicking "contact us" on the website leads me to a maze. Can I just have the phone number please? I need to reset the date my tariff reloads.

@O2 @Ofcom The problem is... when you get so many you just go, "Ugh. I'm giving up." and then don't go through the process of forwarding it. Forwarding isn't a 1 click thing. I have to fwd the message, then copy/paste the number in a 2nd SMS. And my phone stupidly wants to use MMS.
