    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    @O2 I upgraded my phone today with o2. I have the same number and I was with o2 previously. The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

    @O2 Hi, I upgraded on Friday. Received the phone, swapped sim over from 4g to 5G sim. My new phone still won’t receive calls or texts. Can you assist please as the phone help line keeps on hanging up.

    @O2 Thank god. I've needed a new phone for months (microphones are broken so I can't speak on it) and every time I go to order a new one, it's out of stock on your site. At least in-store, I can choose alternatives.
