Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. Les Pigg (@LesPiggypics) reported@O2 Just got an email £1 for a Greggs Chicken roll. They are disgusting and Gregg 30 years ago were better than the current food they serve. Plus the network in some area of NE9 are very poor week signals and dose not work underground on the Tyne & Wear Metro system.
