Iโll never understand why companies donโt give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

My mum went into store, they wouldnโt even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isnโt the first time sheโs had poor service in that store. Regardless of you having multiply SIM cards or codes.. they will accept only one per customer, despite O2 saying you can use multiply. Love to hear @eatdrinkmb comments on this matter...
