@O2 My phone has not had any internet access, it goes off on me, my messages don't send and its deletes. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I am getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@O2 not only did you fail to transfer my sons number to his new account, in spite of hours on phone & assurances today, it seems you have now CUT OFF both phones completely. And yet, we are being charged for 2 accounts with O2. Neither phone number works. Please call me urgently.
