@O2 My phone has not had any internet access, it goes off on me, my messages don't send and its deletes. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I am getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

@O2 Maybe I should take this up with Ombudsman, you’re not providing a service I am paying for.Yes, I understand you can’t guarantee a fault free service, but there is a known fault, with no fix time and has been like that for nearly a month.There must be an SLA associated with it.
