I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.
