Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

@msbarethings @skiv9 @O2 No engineers have told me the masts aren’t broken, they just aren’t working properly, their best advice was to go to EE..I’m not kidding! They said they might upgrade masts in a couple of years…I’ve currently got 1 bar and 3G….joke network
