    @O2 you must have to be one of the worst companies to get hold of. You have disconnected my sons phone over such a small ammount of money after such a small period of time. I’ve tried to sort this and I cannot get hold of anyone

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 it's painful enough holding for 30 mins after being told I was being transferred only to be then cut off by someone shouting down the phone at me. Was going to change my contract but seeing as I'm at the end of my 3 year deal I may consider my options!

I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel

    @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

    @mattstingray @O2 Don’t worry your bill will go up by £4 in April and they tell you it’s to improve service! Had better signal in 🇧🇬, 🇪🇸, 🇨🇭 and 🇫🇷 off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in 🇬🇧

    @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

    So we were standing in line at 7 in the morning they counted us and when we got in at the O2 and they after we sat down. They told us it was a priority line and we couldn’t enter if we didnt have prio. But we could enter as a guest with one of our friends. @TeamAriana @O2 @TheO2
