@d2h2_ @O2 Although you’ve been giving me grief I can answer your question. Roaming will work in Spain subject to fair usage policy. Dependent on network, EE are best but Vodafone are good. You can buy a sim for €25 locally. All bars cafes have free WiFi.

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

Disappointed and frankly annoyed by @O2 that they are stopping their @BlackBerry service. I have been on the same contract for 15 years with a BlackBerry on o2! Very irritated when these decisions are made without asking clients. Please keep the BlackBerry service ON!

@O2 It’s happening anywhere ... have been across the UK in the last 10 days - London / Glasgow / Manchester / Stoke and it’s a persistent issue that is extremely frustrating given that I can have a four-bar ‘full’ signal yet no connection to data.
